Ya I know man. Mario couldnt do deadlifts with a bum hip. Im thinking deadlifts tomorrow when I do legs. Basically just do squats and deadlifts.

Lol I mean Idk how far I am really but I just met that chick Rosa a little bit ago and did like 1 or 2 missions for them. Basically finished renovating the Villa so Im bringing in the money. I need to do some side jobs though to up my money so I can upgrade my armor. Will probably PM u to find out what's actually worth getting and what not.

Just got in from a killer chest workout. Volume out of this world.

incline bb 225*10, 275*5 (he swears he didnt help me), 225*9

incline db flyes 70*12, 80*11 PR

decline hammer strength 4 plates*13, couldnt get 5 plates to budge which was weird, then we went back and forth no rest between 2 plates for 10 reps for 5 sets

pec deck big set was 280 for 8 then drop to 115 for 25 felt much stronger on these than usual

standing db flyes start with 15 worked up to 35

flat bb burnouts 35 and then 25

DC db chest stretch with 50s

Lol well this is my 1st time talking about putting a video up that I recall.

A lot depends on a few things. Have to figure out if I can get videos from my phone to the computer. Then how to get the video from my computer to be able to post it to AM. Another thing is I will most likely be going in earlier than usual. So less likely to see someone I know to film me. I plan on doing squats first so deadlifts afterwards will be weaker than I have talked about doing plus no belt.

Take those as my pre excuses as to y I wont have video for yall :ntome: lol. Im going to try though.

Boy stop :lol: If I recorded myself doing them u might not say such ludacris things. A thing to remember is Im short and 225 pounds closing in on 230. I am by no means lean. With a shirt on I look alright without a shirt :ntome: and its hide the women and children time.

Will try and figure out my phone situation later.

So I def just got "duped" so to say. Was on FB and saw a banging body. Added her and became a little less attracted. Looks like Im lifting solo today unless I find someone at the fitness center. The odds of finding someone who wants to/can squat and deadlift with me r slim to none especially here.

My friend Ben went TDY to Arizona and got the top deadlift at there base. Mine would have been top. How sad is that :ponder:

Oh ya Lindsey got a haircut. I dont think Im a fan. Oh well it doesnt look like I will be seeing her anytime soon anyway.

Should have asked sooner about which would make for a better video in case I didnt have time for both. Im thinking deadlift for the simple fact I wont need a spotter.

It will be proof I actually exist lol. Honestly the quality of the video is pretty sh1tty and its short so no close up on the weight. But it should be easy enough to tell its plenty of weight.

Tomorrow is shoulders and it will be very interesting. Chest was thoroughly beaten on Tuesday. Want to try 225 on military press. May take my phone again but honestly nothing all that interesting happens on a shoulder day. Well nothing that looks all that great on video atleast.

i think im still at 175 on military, i cant remember if we tried 225 last week or not?
 
You can do 225 at 184lbs? That's crazy!
 
im starting to thing i need to post sum pix, im 6' 184-189 depending on whatever, i have been training for 2 and half yrs straight, with a past of heavy training for more than 10 yrs.i do have one problem and thats skinny legs, so im all upper body and my shoulders are kinda big,lol.


But i do get people telling me that i do lift crazy weight, and that they would have never suspected.
