Pretty sure by next weekend Im going to look more ridiculous. I really do believe there already has been change in the way I look. It looks like I have ILS when I look in the mirror.

Ok so y I didnt workout with Mario today. Basically I passed out and he texted me. I guess by the time I texted him back he was out. Saw his boss later when I lifted and he said they were out in the heat all day. It was kinda weird he next texted me back or anything. Def want to keep him around as a workout partner bc it def helps. If I talk to him tomorrow I will probably invite him to watch the UFC fights. The guy from the bar said to bring single girls my bad :lol:
I did end up going to the fitness center earlier. Waited on Mario to show up and all. Helped spot a guy I know while he did squats. He had a subtle way of saying we should be workout partners...NOT. He wouldnt be a terrible workout partner but I have him on most things. Only thing he might have me on is squats but I go much lower. Plus he is a Patriots fan so. Should hear from Mario soon about how we r going to workout during his lunch. I also tried flat benching which was dumb and demoralizing. Only got 275 for 5. Didnt really think about how I taxed the hell out of my front delts yesterday till after I tried benching. Also tried T-bar rows with a rope. Wow much harder but Idk if it was so much to do with the back work or just holding the rope.
Im pretty sure the weighted dips will become a regular in my tricep workouts. My preacher curl weights were skewed bc I was on a machine. I have terrible bicep strength and that machine made me look like a badass.

Yo, stop being so hard on yourself. There aren't that many people who are strong on EVERYTHING. Look at it this way, it gives you something to improve upon. If it were easy, we wouldn't work at it. For example, I don't have great "pull" strength (I'd love to have your DL poundages), but I do nicely on bench. Plus, I have long arms, so I STILL don't bench as much as I'd like. But I'm willing to work at it. Plus you got your brothers in iron to push you and insult you. Doesn't get much better than that.

No, actually it may get worse. I'm over 300 pounds (318 as we speak), and people still fck with me. Usually when I ask them if they'd like to be treated to some hospital food they leave me alone. I rarely have to go beyond that point. But it does happen. You can't hide or "blend in" when you're my size. But people usually do get out of your way. Ha!

lol....... Well I dont fight. I used to fight for any reason, because I loved it. It grew old to me, and got me in too much trouble. I'll let someone run their mouth, it just makes them look stupid and loud, especially when I can say that 99% of the people who have gotten swole in my face have never landed a punch![]()

Understood. That's what I try to do now. I know 99.9% of the knuckleheads that talk sh*t aren't gonna do anything. I've been threatened with a gun a couple of times, but I always tell them, "Then you'd better shoot me now. Don't give me or my peeps the chance to show you that you don't have the only gun." One guy, perplexed by my apparent lack of fear, asked what the hell I meant. I told him:

Plus, I'm too old for that sh*t now. I'm not gonna be bouncing around boxing. I'll just use my martial-arts training and, depending on how mad you make me is where I'll hit you to cause pain. If you're lucky I'll just break your arm or kick you in the nuts.
So I had a pretty good time last night. Plenty of people showed up to watch the fights at my friends' apartment. Met a girl I wish I would have talked to more but that is neither here nor there. Im feeling pretty anti social to be honest. She seemed real cool other than the fact she likes the Bulldawgs.
Thought about going out to the pool today at the apartments where my friends from last night live but ended up catching up on some sleep and getting some stuff done around the house.
Idk whats up for tomorrow as far as lifting. Havent heard back from Mario so if I dont hear from him I guess I will go lift with that other guy.

Ok so Mario called and he had a pretty good explanation for y he hasnt contacted me back. He ended up in the hospital after being hit with a riptide. Face got banged up and he messed up his left hip. Was still down to do back and only with some minor set backs I might add.
T-bar rows 270*12 and these were CLEAN reps. Last time I did 10 but the last 2 were jerky suspect reps. Im going to have to go up or change something. Used my traps to stabilze and all.
Lat pull downs 110*15, 120*15, 130*17
DB rows 115*10, 11, 10
Wide neutral grip seated cable rows started with 100 for 15 and just kept going up by 20 pounds. Pulled the lats back and stayed upright to really focus on the lats.
Finished with 3 sets of pull ups
