Feeling beasty today. Talked to Chantel this morning (chick I like, she is cool) and she cheered me up a bit. + I made $147 overnight with BP "(markets open while I sleep here) **** yeah!

Finished all 10 sets like a stud. Felt ****ing awesome. I only have like 8 days left until I go on leave so I need to bust my ass. Moving up next rotation.

A2: Super concentration Incline Hammer curl - 30s

Finished all of these as well. I took about 6 seconds on my negatives for all 10 sets. Burned like hell but damn if it didnt feel good and pump me like a mofo. Dudes were staring at me in the gym (mostly the ugandan guards, they are tiny so i look like a monster compared to them lol)

B1: Seated BO DB LAt raise - 15s

Decided I dont need lat raise x2 for this day and did fronts instead to puff my delts up some more.

Smoked at this point but was doing super concentration negatives forthis as well. Arms were pumped like no other!

I am hovering at 180 ish. No way I am going to take more cals in than I am now...if 4k is my 180lb maint, then so be it, Ill wait til I get home to blow up and just get ****ing ripped and strong here. Im in such a good mood! Took a sampled of jack3d today...dunno if thats what has mefeeling so good, but something does. ASGT is gone, and good riddance I say, cant take the flavor :(

So for the first time since my schedule change I think I will go and do my beasty cardio in the morning! At 680/1000...9 days until I go on leave...doubt Ill hit 1K by then but I will get some more to add!

Caveat: So...I was running a lot faster as you can tell. I took jack3d, oep, at2, and 3 nata before running...and at about 2 miles felt like I was going to chuck so I slowed a bit. At 2.2 miles I said, wtf, and sped up again. Just short of the finish line I chucked...hard. I puked while running a little, then stopped and chucked some more. Not sure if I lost the pills or not, it was dark :sgrin: Stopped the clock after I finished my business, and it was 19:02. I think I would have broke 19 had I finished running, but meh. Weird thing was, the thought of puking was gross, but the puking itself wasn't bad, because jack3d tastes better coming up then going down...did I mention I am taking this **** seriously :sgrin: !!!!!

10 minutes of rotator cuff work with 5lb dbs

A1: Incline Bench Press - 135lbs

Ouch. Incline is a tough movement o.O Made improvements over last week though!

Shoulder was bugging me slightly. I have a feeling it is the volume getting to me. Only a few more days left though until a 2 week rest, so I'll heal up nicely.

Was going for a stretch here on the shoulder.

B2: B.O. Row - 110 on hammer strength rack

Nice and slow

C1: Cable Flys - Pyramid

Superset C was with 0 rest :)

C2: Lat Pull Down - Widest grip possible - Pyramid

Abs: Did some DB twisties, about 50 slow with 25lb dbs, then about 25 super fast with the same dbs. Lots of stretching and such.

Time in: 0310 Time out: 0445 Weight: 178 (I pissed in the gym, and puked before, so real weight was probably 180)

7/16 - sorry I was slacking yesterday lol.

A1: Squat - Pyramids
135x10x3, 155x10, 225x6, 185x10, 135x10x2, 135x20
Squats felt good, nice and painful :) I did a solid 4-0-2 tempo, even on the 225. My ass is about 2 inches from the ground when I hit 90 degrees, seriously feel like my legs are way long or seomthing. Definitely go lower than anyone else I see squatting.

A2: Leg Curl - 50lbs
10x8, x15

B1: calf Raise: 200 lbs
20x3

In 0420 Out 0512 Weight: 177

Ran out of time and was running late yesterday but was a good day regardless.

Got to sleep in today on account of working 18 hours yesterday. By sleep in I mean I got an extra hour. Had more time in the gym because I got an open-ended "come in late tomorrow" before I left last night so I took advantage and showe dup 4 hours late heh. Good day though. On formadrol and perform now as PCT, natadrol finished up a couple days ago. Noticed a weight gain today. Curious about that, but Ill take it :D I am going to wait until I get back form leave to take final measurements and pics and do the final on Natadrol. I might gain some tubbyness, just a warning, but if GVT is anything like every other workout routine ever, my growing time is while I rest, and this will be a good rest :P
