Caveat: So...I was running a lot faster as you can tell. I took jack3d, oep, at2, and 3 nata before running...and at about 2 miles felt like I was going to chuck so I slowed a bit. At 2.2 miles I said, wtf, and sped up again. Just short of the finish line I chucked...hard. I puked while running a little, then stopped and chucked some more. Not sure if I lost the pills or not, it was dark :sgrin: Stopped the clock after I finished my business, and it was 19:02. I think I would have broke 19 had I finished running, but meh. Weird thing was, the thought of puking was gross, but the puking itself wasn't bad, because jack3d tastes better coming up then going down...did I mention I am taking this **** seriously :sgrin: !!!!!

Shoulder was bugging me slightly. I have a feeling it is the volume getting to me. Only a few more days left though until a 2 week rest, so I'll heal up nicely.

C2: Lat Pull Down - Widest grip possible - Pyramid

Abs: Did some DB twisties, about 50 slow with 25lb dbs, then about 25 super fast with the same dbs. Lots of stretching and such.
Time in: 0310 Time out: 0445 Weight: 178 (I pissed in the gym, and puked before, so real weight was probably 180)
