AM: WHAT'S THE LAST THING YOU ATE??
 
4 pieces of homemade jerky :)

1 can of tuna :)

and an unsweet tea
 
I will do last nights this mornings dont count pshhh-


27 g whey con/whey iso with 8 ounces skim milk and a serving of olive oil thrown into the mix

sirloin tip 8 oz, cup of oats natty pb and a glass of 1%
 
my women? nah but this womens husband won't be happy

Damn you naughty Gotti! And to think that Trutein and coconut oil I had were pretty good... mental note, must attack girlfriend after gym for proper meal per Gotti's instructions ;).
 
can of tuna 1 oz mixed nuts, bout to have my casien shake with sum flax oil, coconut oil, and a cheese stick and hit the sack! good night boys
 
**** talk about a late meal 1/2 of tilapia with some lemon

veggies and some casein before bed

1 sausage mcgriddle and 1 chicken biscuit from mcdonald's. Friend wanted to go there for breakfast. I feel my arteries clogging.

Will this set me back? Probably not. But now I feel like ****.

10 slices Bacon cooked very crip, 4 slices wheat toast, Cod Liver caps, Na-Rala and whey-skim milk shake.

So well said I cannot say any more. McDonald's is better know is as not part of my diet ever again along with about 90% of every other fast food place. It's not worth the hell it puts my body through or the poor nutrition it provides.

mm that sounds good, I didnt have time to add in oats so i had a bagel :(
 
A PB sammich and I'm at Panera(no I-net at home just yet) drinking a Black Cherry smoothie O_O Once I get home it's some yummay Tyson chicken
 
A T-bone Steak with swiss Cheese on top.. I know swiss cheese but I had to put something on there.

6 oz greek yogurt w/ strawberries
 
Plate full of chicken liver.
 
Just got done having my first cheat month in 4 weeks.

Beef Fajita Enchiladas, Rice Beans, Chips Salsa, and half of my girls Beef Fajita Chimichango :)

I don't get to have another cheat meal for till I lose another 5 lbs though so I better start kicking some ass!

And as far as fast food goes I eat it on cheat days and thats IT


Doesnt seem to hurt me in fact it helps


but I would not make it part of ur diet lol
