What's the last thing you ate??

my meal 5 (and last meal of the day) at 7pm yesterday was 16oz of top sirloin thin cut with a baked sweet potato. Took glycobol and cinsulin (10:1 cinnamon extract w/chromium picolinate) 15 min before.

Meal 1 today - 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 3 slice turkey bacon, about 1 cup fruit.

Question on this, Does your cans have bones? Are they as obnoxious to remove as they were in my experience? I did have cans before that were boneless, but since moving I can't find those any more, just the big black cans (Pillar rock i think).

its got bones and skin. you wanna eat all that stuff. in fact we should be eating animal bone marrow as it contains even more nutrients and fats. the bones are cooked and soft, so eat everything my dude

Have you checked Costco?

Good to know. I know the bones are not an issue with Sardines, didn't know if it was similar to canned salmon. Thanks!

Yea thats actually where I was getting the boneless ones from, but I am not a member my mom is, and I am not even sure if there is one in the city.

Aw, gotcha. Since it is a canned product you can find it online. Something to think about.

Bingo!!! Definitely search for the best price. Makes food taste even better, when it costs less ;)

Pan fried chicken.......

WHAT.

8 oz chicken breast
1C broccoli
1C mushrooms
1/2 C Basmati rice (dry measure)
1 Tbsp EVOO
1/4C coconut milk
Sauce made from fish sauce, garlic, lime, black pepper, and Sriracha

Stir fried together.

I figured 25g of fat was enough for one meal.

Well said! Excessive fat and carbs are never part of my meal plan unless I want to fight fat gain. Great recipe you posted, may have to try that very soon.

thats cuz you dont need a whole lot of carbs for anything. fruits and vegetables are enough carbs to replenish glycogen and beef/fish/eggs initiates the same insulin response as carbs without a jump in blood sugar.

Today's gonna be cheat day: I'm on my way to complete the Crazy Carlos "holy mole " 5 pound burro challenge, if I eat it in 20 minutes I get a shirt.

2 cans of tuna with a tsp of oil for added fats

1 scoop of pb and 2 cups of broccoli

So well said I cannot say any more. McDonald's is better know is as not part of my diet ever again along with about 90% of every other fast food place. It's not worth the hell it puts my body through or the poor nutrition it provides.

I cant eat McDonalds...its...dear Lord its horrible, I also cant eat anything microwave in the sense of "hot pockets" and crap. Only steamed things, such as steamers or steam veggies, they actually come out good! Taco Bell is the only thing that lures me in sometimes. Or Chipotle, but thats because at chipotle I can get me 60 grams of protein on of of them massive burritos things, and a crapload of calories. Perfect for a Post W/O snack if I cant go home, but if I do eat that I dont mix my protein shake I save it...for my stomachs sake.

Last thing I ate...Does my sugar free Rockstar count?
