and speaking of quads.. i pinned my right one 2 days ago and the pain is debilitating. jabbed a 1.5 in all the way in... ive been limping the past 24 hours wtf

kristofer, i pinned in the upper left quadrant if you were looking at me from the front. just 1 ml test e.. the pin before that was the opposite leg, same spot, but with a 25 gauge, 1 inch. much smoother and no pain whatsoever.. im guessing quad was too small was the problem

I am trying to finish off strong Dragon don't count on me eating more though. My appetite is not here, which concerns me because that seems related to liver stress. You guys ever notice people complaining about loss of appetite late in an oral cycle? That's about how I feel, and I'm not used to feeling it.
Honestly I'm pretty happy with what I got out of this... good first stage in my cycle... I have a few more days to try and close on 240. But lemme say something else, I went on a hike last week, and that made me really hate weighing so much. I feel like a gross, sweaty and inefficient human being, carrying so much redundant LBM around when I'm just trying to enjoy a hike, and constantly worrying about when it's going to be over so I can get back and pound a protein shake.
There are a lot of things that are not fun about being big. Having to eat all day every day and stress about your calories. Not fitting into any normal clothing. Not being able to run well. Sweating up a storm from doing anything. And I mean anything... if it's over 70 degrees out I will start sweating through my shirt from walking around. If it's 75-80+ I will spontaneously sweat.
All i'm getting at is that I'm looking forward to the cutting portion of my cycle. I was so much happier last summer after my recomp sitting at 212 pounds.
Dragon i like being big i just don't like feeling so heavy. I like looking big, i don't like being slow. I love being strong, I hate seeing bodyfat, i hate having to eat all the time. There's ups and downs. I really preferred being 210-220 with sub 10% bodyfat that was much more fun... after all my cycling I should be able to maintain that naturally in the future.

I have dropped SD. Sticking to original plan so I am doing 30mg of Phera this week... very light, just to help maintain some gains before I drop the orals completely.
Yesterday i had some beach time so dehydrated a bit to look drier, was 235 today consequently. Have changed the routine back to something standard, lifting 4x a week Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday. So did chest today and completely tore it up. The #s i'm putting up on chest day would calculate to about a 325 incline max and 380 bench max which is good for me because my bench is usually pretty terrible.
Have started up the supplements. Did 1 scoop of Jack3d before the workout. I think it helped a little but i really need 2 scoops in the future. Also doing Need2Slin right now (2*2 caps per day). So i'm running these supps until they run out.
Not much else to update.. i'll do some pictures in a week.

I had a great chest w/o today too, got the 50's on incline db fly's for 8 solid reps. That's pretty good for me! Yea i need 2 scoops of jack3d to feel it, sometimes i take 3 even, either way, good stuff. Looking foward to see the pics(no homo). had to throw that in there! lol.:veryhappy:
supp brosefs only 236 pounds today, looked good in the mirror though gotta admit, strength was still up on my back. Had a major problem though my buddy didn't bring his straps and my grip kept slipping on my rows. I guess it was still a good workout though, no backpumps or anything either. Looks like I will have gotten through my SD/PP starting phase with only 1 side: backpumps once. lol.

naw bro i kid, i kid.. I need to get some straps because im starting to get popeye arms lol. I just measured my forearm and its 17 inches at the widest part lol
dude i need straps to hold the heavy weight. 315 on bent over rows... first set did 6, then my hands start sweating and next two sets i barely got 4... 315 is so ****ing heavy to do a set of rows with... so hard to holdon to. And then at the end of the workout, my grip is dead, i'm slicked over with sweat all over, and i'm trying to do sets of 10 with 145 on one-armed rows, and i just can't holdon to it.
really only a problem on back day. Also straps are good for shrugs too. I have a pretty strong grip but when the weight is like 150# per hand and i'm sweating its damn hard.
after post-WO meal my scale says 239... basically 240 lol.
dude...... what a coincidence. i forgot my fukkin straps today too. at least i had my chalk with tho, still got 225*6 on my last set of rows. wanted to go heavier, oh well, next week! yea and i will only use the strap on my heaviest set. next week i'll try 235 with straps.
235 is too light to need straps on rows... go as far as you can without straps before using them
Unless you have weak ass back like me LOL... I was giving unreal a hard time but I need to get some straps. anyone recommend any particular brand?
Straps are for your grip, not your back. If your back is weak, you should do less on rows, not add straps. not meaning to start an argument though... I have to use straps on deads... 315 and over and my grip just starts to lose it. but its not bc my deads are weak, its bc my grip is (relatively)

exactly, your grip gets in the way of doing the weight you're (actually) able to do (if your grip was strong enough). As far as brands go I use Harbinger
Just to give some idea of where i'm at. Scale says 238. A lot of fat around the midsection, obliques are spilling over the side, but underneath it all i'm pretty swoled up.

prolly take some more when I get off the orals completely. Maybe take a day or two to let myself dry out. It won't be tooo bad blasting this fat off in the coming months.
Bout to inject again. I'm thinking less mast and more sust per shot. Why? So in the Halodrol portion I run out of sust and I'm just on Hdrol and Mast. WHY? To look grainy that's why. Test is just there for libido and it'll be fine anyway so whatever. I'm so over test.
