think i've got my next madness cycle figured out

Never done bloodwork in my life... I am planning on doing it this time, sometime after I get off the SD (when it doesn't even matter because i know what will happen: my #s will be ****ed up, and then a month later they'll be fine)
 
i had blood work done after T and dbol for 8 weeks

I do a scoop of whey, cottage cheese and sugar free pudding (white chocolate is king) with some almonds. I love peanuts but unless im breakin out of the shell unsalted, it's too much sodium for me

237 (+17)

my arms workout was very short but sweet. I love arms, so I'll list the #s

standing ez bar curls: 125*6, 145*6, 155*6, 165*6
supersetted with
weighted dips: +100*18, +100*15, +100*15

incline db curls: 55*8*3
supersetted with
cable pushdowns: 130*10, 140*10, 150*8

been having to do low volume, my arms get a painful aching pump, it's weird. I haven't done weighted dips in... i dunno, months, considering my fatass weight, they were pretty good. The standing curls were good, 165 is so heavy its ridiculous... love incline curls they just feel solid. Good workout. Wish I could handle more volume but when I'm in there I just feel pain after every set...

Looking BIG

considering a 5th week of SD sticking with 30mg

arms and back: genetic strongpoints. I'm maxing out the whole stack, 300, on my lat pulldowns for sets of 10. I've always been able to curl a ton. Sets of peacher curls with 100 when I was 16. Took no time at all to start doing standing curls with 135 when I was getting back in the gym age 19/20.

chest and shoulders: genetically big for sure... but genetically PU$$Y strength there, my overhead press is retarded. And after a few working sets my shoulders will just give out, instant-failure style.
 
you are the genetic opposite of me. we would make perfect training partners. my strength is chest/ shoulders and wkness is back and bis, especially back.

good lookin workout bro. 165 ex curls while supersetting, nice.
 
Alright hump, legs is the tiebreaker! unfortunately I haven't squatted since like, 2009, lmao. **** legs, the only reason I appreciate my big quads, is so that I can pump more oil into them :P. Nah really i am so hopped up on SD I bet I could still pump out a 315*10 set of squats... maybe lol.

chicks in my neck of the woods like quads too. Maybe its just the chicks out in cali that don't like em'. That's where you're at right Unreal?

And about my legs... no, quads do not earn compliments here. I hardly see people training legs, and half the people that squat have about a 1/3 range of motion, it's ridiculous. I squatted my ass off, and what do i have to show for it... tight ass pants that's what. I feel like if suddenly **** went down and I had to run, I'd be running at 75% of my real top speed because my pants physically constrain me.

When I was wearing my NICE pants to an interview I got scared to death I was going to rip the crotch out of them when I was getting into my car. I can feel the seem flexing.

Anyway i'm just trying to justify why i'm being a big ***** when it comes to doing leg workouts at the moment... haha. I'd probably have gained another pound or two if i had been working my legs hard but I am genuinely pissed off at them.

a chick i know has a sister who lives in cali and she sent a picture of a bag/box of weed on a shelf with some price (dont remember) for like an 1/8 lol... said the same thing about ppl just having to sit in front of a camera and explain their reason for needing it, e.g. hurt themselves, and they get issued a "weed card" lol

and speaking of quads.. i pinned my right one 2 days ago and the pain is debilitating. jabbed a 1.5 in all the way in... ive been limping the past 24 hours wtf
 
I look big but i don't look ridiculous. I need to get my bodyfat under 10% then i'll start looking good.

that's weird bezoe, I guess a bad pin happens every now and then. Generally w/ all my experience injecting, the only time I get bad post-injection pain is when I was injecting almost 3mL. As long as i'm doing under 2mL i never have any pain... maybe a little tightness but that's it.
Man I really love injecting though. I had the sweetest pin with a 25guager last night, the kind where you pull the pin out and you can't even see where you injected.

I'm diggin my cycle... feeling hard and pumped... I am still unsure if i'm going to keep doing a few more days of SD. I feel good, but my appetite is probably at like 80% of what it should be, I take it my liver is working, but not over-worked yet. Soon I'm gonna have to start training for the mirror and give up on lifting so heavy though, it's taking it's toll. I've been going too light with my volume, and the poundage has been causing some strain and ache.
I think for the next few weeks i'm going to switch splits, lower the frequency raise the volume a tad, I want to do working sets with the heaviest weights I can do though, so instead of working up, just train heavy and keep hammering those heavy reps out, really force my body to get used to that weight. I wanna keep these gains. I think if I drop the frequency down my body can deal with this.

When I drop the SD i get to incorporate Need2Slin, Jack3D, and might throw some ephedrine in there too. I once had a really great PCT when i was taking ephedrine pre-WO the whole time, I think with Jack3d it might be too much though, I'll see how I can work those two in. I want top notch intensity.

After 4 weeks of maintenance i'll start low-dosing the T3 I think, then when I introduce the halodrol the T3 is gonna ramp way up. I am so scared that the halodrol is going to do nothing and i'm going to lose LBM though. IME if a compound doesn't work at a low dose then it doesn't work at a high dose either. As long as it exerts some anti-catabolic effects though...

I am already tossing around ideas for my next cycle. Seriously though I'll probably wait until 2011 to run it. Don't quote me on that :P.

1-6 SD pulse 30mg 3x a week
11-14 Winstrol at least 70mg ed
DC training 3x per week with the SD pulsing
other 4 days a week, HIIT followed by cardio

cycle looks money... if i could do my current cycle over, i would have frontloaded my tren e to get it to hit faster, i got kind of impatient waiting 4 weeks to start seeing results... something to consider. other than that... test/tren/winny/sd.... yeah. enough said

too deep. where was the shot? how much compound? what type? is this the first shot in that leg?

1 or 1.25"" is all that is needed. 25 or 27 guage pin. 23 at the most.

for an idea on where to pin the quads, this is the method i read the most about.

quadrant your leg off.

Using the right leg. From your knee run an imagary line down the middle of your leg from waist to knee, then another perdendicular to that line splitting the leg in half from knee to hip.......

looking at your knee, use the lower right quadrant(the quadrant closest to your waist) for IM shots....

1 inch is plenty, used a 25 or 27 guade and inject slowly.

I am trying to finish off strong Dragon don't count on me eating more though. My appetite is not here, which concerns me because that seems related to liver stress. You guys ever notice people complaining about loss of appetite late in an oral cycle? That's about how I feel, and I'm not used to feeling it.

Be careful with this. Pay attention to any other symptoms of liver damage (pruritus, right quadrant abdominal pain, jaundice, etc). And remember, oftentimes significant liver damage can be completely asymptomatic; get those bloods.

Honestly I'm pretty happy with what I got out of this... good first stage in my cycle... I have a few more days to try and close on 240. But lemme say something else, I went on a hike last week, and that made me really hate weighing so much. I feel like a gross, sweaty and inefficient human being, carrying so much redundant LBM around when I'm just trying to enjoy a hike, and constantly worrying about when it's going to be over so I can get back and pound a protein shake.
There are a lot of things that are not fun about being big. Having to eat all day every day and stress about your calories. Not fitting into any normal clothing. Not being able to run well. Sweating up a storm from doing anything. And I mean anything... if it's over 70 degrees out I will start sweating through my shirt from walking around. If it's 75-80+ I will spontaneously sweat.

All i'm getting at is that I'm looking forward to the cutting portion of my cycle. I was so much happier last summer after my recomp sitting at 212 pounds.

LOL, the downside of being big. I remember a great thread over at IM that Dusty Hanshaw wrote a while back about sweating and sleep apnea, and that dude is professional big. IMO, though, the upside outweighs the downside; either you like it or you don't.

I have dropped SD. Sticking to original plan so I am doing 30mg of Phera this week... very light, just to help maintain some gains before I drop the orals completely.

Yesterday i had some beach time so dehydrated a bit to look drier, was 235 today consequently. Have changed the routine back to something standard, lifting 4x a week Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday. So did chest today and completely tore it up. The #s i'm putting up on chest day would calculate to about a 325 incline max and 380 bench max which is good for me because my bench is usually pretty terrible.

Have started up the supplements. Did 1 scoop of Jack3d before the workout. I think it helped a little but i really need 2 scoops in the future. Also doing Need2Slin right now (2*2 caps per day). So i'm running these supps until they run out.

Not much else to update.. i'll do some pictures in a week.

I had a great chest w/o today too, got the 50's on incline db fly's for 8 solid reps. That's pretty good for me! Yea i need 2 scoops of jack3d to feel it, sometimes i take 3 even, either way, good stuff. Looking foward to see the pics(no homo). had to throw that in there! lol.:veryhappy:

when I'm on cycle all it takes is 3/4 of a scoop to 1 scoop and it kicks in my pump perfect.

dude i need straps to hold the heavy weight. 315 on bent over rows... first set did 6, then my hands start sweating and next two sets i barely got 4... 315 is so ****ing heavy to do a set of rows with... so hard to holdon to. And then at the end of the workout, my grip is dead, i'm slicked over with sweat all over, and i'm trying to do sets of 10 with 145 on one-armed rows, and i just can't holdon to it.

really only a problem on back day. Also straps are good for shrugs too. I have a pretty strong grip but when the weight is like 150# per hand and i'm sweating its damn hard.

after post-WO meal my scale says 239... basically 240 lol.

235 is too light to need straps on rows... go as far as you can without straps before using them

Straps are for your grip, not your back. If your back is weak, you should do less on rows, not add straps. not meaning to start an argument though... I have to use straps on deads... 315 and over and my grip just starts to lose it. but its not bc my deads are weak, its bc my grip is (relatively)

ok maybe i phrased it wrong. i stand corrected. I know my back is a bit weaker then id like it to be, and i dont think that its lagging too much or that straps will help my BACK, but the only time i have grip problems is on rows and deads. i think my lifts would be better if I were to use grips. my forearms are big, but my grip gives out sooner than anything and i think it robs my back of its full potential

yea the harbinger "no slip" straps are the premier s***. i use the advanced ones that actually strap through a buckle and velcro on. Works great and helps me look cool in the gym too lol
 
Just to give some idea of where i'm at. Scale says 238. A lot of fat around the midsection, obliques are spilling over the side, but underneath it all i'm pretty swoled up.
