I am taking Anabolic Control with Natabolic and SWOLE!

First let me detail my plan of attack, I have a lot of supplements lying around right now. I have been buying up a lot of products while on sale and am ready to give them a nice run. I picked up the Natabolic Stack online for about $80.00 great deal considering you get 2 bottles of Natadrol, 1 Formadrol, and one Ghenerate for that price. Not bad at all. I also have a SWOLE Stack from Anabolic Innovations that I am adding into the mix. Here is how this is going to look. It is a good mix of everything. I will list what I have on hand and how I plan to use it. I got some of this in stacks and what not but in order to be fair to each product I will list them separately below. I am also looking into something for post workout recovery but haven't made up my mind which way I am going to go with that. Perhaps bulk product or something.

LG Sciences
pSarm, Difference between old and new, old one has Yohimbine in it. Caused some stomach problems for some users so they removed the Yohimbine. Got it 2 for 20 bucks WooHOO! Weeks 1-6 4 caps
Natadrol - Natabolic Stack - Natural Androgenic Compound - Week 1 - 4 a day 2-6 6 a day.
Formadrol - Natabolic Stack - PCT or Test Booster - Weeks 6-10 Can't wait to see how this goes.
Ghenerate - Natabolic Stack Taken Pre Workouts in AM throughout may go up to 8 sprays for GH output.
Anadraulic State GT got three tubs while this was cheap!!! Weeks 1-12
Anadraulic Pump PreWorkout NO Product (Almost Out) :( Alternate with Jack3d throughout run.
Blue Raspberry BC/EAA's once again a great sale! Although almost out.
Receptor - Weeks 2-6 and 9-12 - just to give the receptors some spring cleaning during the run. I am thinking pulsing a few weeks here and there may be beneficial.

Anabolic Innovations SWOLE Stack plus HGHpro
Glycobol - Taken with large carb meals through-out.
TestoPro - Weeks 8-12, so far one of the best test booster I have tried. Have big plans for how this should work in PCT. The Estrogen modulation should avert any chance of Estrogen bounce back from the Formadrol while making slowly declining T levels more Anabolic by freeing them up quite a bit.
STOKED! Weeks 4-12 - Just to stave off any shut down, and keep things going on through PCT.
HGHpro - Weeks 1-3 at Night for sleep, recovery, and GH production. If I can squeeze in another bottle I will.

Training
The workout will be dynamic, I will be responding to how my body is feeling to push things as hard as I can without reinjuring my elbow and quad. I am just now getting back into the lifting a little heavier weight without pain. So things are looking up and we may get an oppurtunity to move some real weight before it is all said and done. Just sit back enjoy the fun and scenery. I may try some new things with the log like occasionally adding a video blog or an example of an exercise or lift I am doing. Maybe some tips on exercises. We shall see depends on what time I have. My overall goal by the end of the 12 weeks is to have leaned up considerably and added back the muscle that has been lost during the first half of this year babying my injuries. Aesthetics will be fist consideration regarding diet, and training as I said will be as intense as i can be without hurting myself. Expect periodization and at some point some heavy loaded partials to increase tendon strength and girth.

Nutrition
Diet will also be rather dynamic, I will respond to my mirror and the lbm. Having varied calories from 2400-3000, and carb levels varying from 100-250 grams per day. Protein will always be at least 250 grams, fat will make up the rest of the calories depending on the day and need for high or or lower carbs. Most carbs will be eaten earlier in the day regardless of ratios. Meals will either be 4-6 a day meal plans varying. Ideally, I hope to be at or around 191-193 6% and dry. However I would be very happy with 190 at a KLEEN 6%.

Updates and other info.

End of 1st 4 weeks, increases in LBM are apparent, strength increases have been pretty steady.

Middle of 6th week I noticed testes a little bit smaller than usual, may be starting to experience a bit of shut down. I have been doing feel tests since the beginning of the stack and this week is the first I have noticed this. However both Natadrol and pSARM say you may need a mild PCT so this is not a surprise since I am taking both currently.

Middle of 8th week 1.5 weeks on the Formadrol alongside STOKED! for PCT the boys are back up and running full blast and as a matter of fact, aggression has increased the last 2 days. The combination of Formadrol and STOKED! is kicking in for sure. It is a different type of aggression than the Natadrol, just different substrate for the androgen receptors so this is all new to them. Monday I start the TestoPro and it frees up all this extra test for an explosion of anabolic activity as my plan comes full circle Muhahahhhahuaahuaa to quote Army!

Final Review​

I weighed in at a very depleted 190 this morning.
To end tis run I have these Measurements even though I didn't take them before hand this is where I am at now and it isn't too bad for being as depleted as I am. These were taken upon waking after the morning download.

190 lbs
Chest 45 7/8 inches
Waist 33 just above navel
Thigh 24 1/2
Arms 15 relaxed 16 5/8th Flexed, No Pump

I do know I am obviously getting leaner. I was asked today by one of the guys at the gym. Hey man I thought you weren't competing this year what's up with that I see you must be getting ready for a show. Was nice to hear that my efforts are working.

I am actually pretty darn happy with the results of this stack. I gained a couple pounds LBM back getting me back to my LBM from last year during prep. All the injuries that plagued me throughout the year and really even during this run kept me from going for the gusto and the stack helped me add mass while cutting down. I started eating some carbs post workout and will be adding them in regularly this next week so I think once glycogen fills me up I will be about 195 again but looking pretty darn lean. Who knows considering what the S-DMZ is going to do as far as glycogen retention as it is supposed to be a major carb hog. I could easily be up to 199 by the end of the week in glycogen and carbs alone. I will be keeping a major eye on it though as I must still have what abs are showing or more in a week and a half for the first so I can not let myself get into an all mass frenzy.

Natadrol-PSarm - Ghenerate
I got a lot of recovery from this stack, doms were hard to come by for me. Once I moved up to 8 Natadrol it was almost impossible to get sore. I was kind of eating all over the place and still made progress having to use lower weights and higher reps due to injuries. I also hit some PR's while on this on exercises I could really push and that was great so there were definite strength increases. I started getting shut down about 2 weeks before my PCT started. When I went to 8 caps my testes got a smaller, and that was in the presence of STOKED as well so the combo of PSARM and Natadrol will definitely require an OTC PCT, at least for me. Sleep was of good quality basically all the way through. Several vivid dreams however they diminished more going further into the stack while sleep quality remained a constant.

PCT- SWOLE and Formadrol - I was running STOKED from week 3 on to limit shutdown, and I think it worked. About 5-7 days after starting Formadrol My boys were back up to size already. This was great although I noticed DOMS had returned a few days into PCT, where they were impossible for a while on the Natadrol. During second week of Formadrol I noticed DOMS begining to be less severe again and then I started Testopro 2 weeks into that and after about 5 days the DOMS were back to being very hard to accomplish. By the time I finished my Formadrol and had been on Testopro for a week my boys were actually feeling bigger than they were before the stack. All together this has been a great run even though there have been some inconsistency with diet and some periods of light weights being lifted for high reps.

Wow is all I have to say Kleen; making my stack look pedestrian compared to yours. Curious how the PSarm treats you, never tried it outside of AS-GT. In for the win big guy!

Yeah there is a good bit listed there but it should all play well off of everything else in the stack. With the pSARM in AS-GT that will take the pSARM dose up to the advanced dosing on workout days. Kicking off the STOKED! a few weeks in when the body may start to notice the higher androgen levels should keep my boys pumping along naturally. The Receptor will refresh the receptors then allowing a little time for the to degrade naturally and hitting them with another cleaning to finish out the stack strong. Now I would be tempted to add in another bottle of TestoPro weeks 4-8 as well but I am not sure that wouldn't just be overkill so I am not going to do it. The pSARM already has Divanil in it so I may as well just enjoy that.

1st workout Day 3 of Week 1

I have been taking pSARM, Natadrol, and Ghenerate since Monday. I have noticed some of the flushing effects of Natadrol already via increased urine. Nothing regarding Alpha Male feeling or any such activity yet.

For those who are coming from my old log today I was to use 80-85% of my normal workout weight. I went in and gave it a good push on everything. Kept some of the reps up a bit and had some fun in the gym.

BB Incline Bench 135x20, 165x15, 175x12 Felt pretty good didn't want to push it too hard to fast.
Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns, 150x15 x2 sets 150x12.
Seated Shoulder Press 90x15, 110x15, 110x15
DB Curls - 25x15 x 3 sets
Dip Machine 110x15, 180x15, 210x15 even 180 was ridiculously easy...
Squats 135x20, 225x12, 225x10 - Was trying to make sure my back held out on these, will go up in reps to 15 per set next time.

I have to say strength is not what it used to be. Imagine that... as long as I have been babying myself it should not be any surprise to me strength is down. I am sure we will see some of that come into play during this stack.

It is basically on demand... I think realistically we can expect to see 2 scoops on lift days and 1 on cardio days. Sunday off.

Yeah that is kind of where this is. I have some muscle I need to recover it had some time off and forgot to come back to work so now I am using this as my "draft board" all workable muscle report to the Flex Deck! TYpically I would have called this two separate stacks and done a log for each 6 weeks but how I interlinked them is part of the plan so I want it all in one log. Not everything I have listed is going to be used so much as it is part of what I have. I also have 3 bottles of TNA, and 2 bottles of T-Force but they are being saved for a different stack later.

I wonder if it's possilbe to avoid cardio completely by just taking enough supps to get the heart rate to 85% and do nothing, I'll get my coat.. (it's an British saying)

I am leaning out on 2-3 cardio sessions a week, diet and a good resistance training routine will do wonders for you. Thanks for to the Warrior workout, I am sure to come out of this cut, well, CUT!

I just read your stack....holy anabolic madness batman! I cant even phathom how that stack is going to work out for you.

Will be looking intently! Any reason why you are overlapping t2 and LX? another possibility is to run T2 for 4 weeks then add in the LX for the last 8 weeks. In total a 12 week run and you finish off with the LX which is commonly used for thyroid PCT(even though PES states it isnt needed) as a measure of safety?

Also will you cycle in Ghenerate when HGHPro runs out? Or will it be run throughout the cycle?

No HGHpro at bedtime and Ghenerate for the AM boost. I could run the Lean Xtreme after, however was going for the 1-2 punch combination. Maybe second month I take out Lean Xtreme, add in OEP then close last 4 weeks out with OEP / Lean Xtreme.

No less than a gallon but typically 1.5 gallons. I drink atleast a liter sometimes one and a half before I ever get to work. Then a solid half gallon at work, I have a half gallon jug I make a new one every day. Then another 2-3 32 ounce glasses of sugar free cool aid at night. When i wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom I drink about 8-16 oz before climbing back into bed. I take a large glass to bed with me at night and basically slam whatever is left in it when I wake up in the middle of the night. So on average 1-1.5 gallons a day. Not including coffee, or tea.

Is that a day's worth of supps in that RC pic? :eek:

Okay there seems to be a consensus that this is a boat load of stuff. Really it is a lot on paper but it is spread out across a 3 month stack, with most things only running at most 2/3 of the run. It is really relatively typical of the amount of Anabolic supps someone would use on a straight run at moderate high dosages. It just looks like more because of the variety of products being used. When it is all said and done I will have used bottles 2 natadrol, 2 Stoked, 2 pSARM, 1 TestoPro, 1 Formadrol, and 2 Gh products over a 12 week period, that is 10 bottles of "anabolic" supplementation.


3 months of Swole not counting glycobol - 12 bottles even at normal dose.
3 Months Nata @8 caps = 6 + 3 months pSarm @ 4 per day =12 bottles
2 Months Nata @8 Caps = 4 + 2 Months pSARM 4 + 1 Formadrol 9 bottles.

This stack 2 Nat +2 pSARM +2 STOKED! +1TestoPro +1 Formadrol+ 1 GHen +1 HGHpro 10 bottles total. Add in the AS-GT since anabolic in nature, which would be getting used by any of us regardless... :) Really I don't have a HUGE stack just more different ingredients that make it look like it is huge. Part of the goal was to stay away from truly megadosing any one product and to change the properties of the androgens being applied mid stream to keep myself at a heightened level of anabolism all the way through the PCT. Now the bottle and a half of receptor I am going to use I didn't count it here since it only effects the receptors affinity but not the hormone levels themselves. Yet even counting it I still only get up to 11.5 bottles during this 3 month stack.

I was not counting nutrient partitioners as part of the "anabolic" matrix since they do not play a part in the testosterone / hormone axis. The rest is just support stuff that most of us use. Most of the stuff in my bulk is to create a mix mimicking that of other nutrient partitioners. IE... berberine, and banaba, the two active ingredients in Anabolic Pump, add in the NaRALA and we are adding in some of my favorite reasons for Glycobol use as well. The mix I have cost me about $70 and will make about 6-7 bottles worth of product. NOICE!!!!

Oh yeah, I am excited with the possibilities here. If things go really well I may revisit this same strategy a couple months after finishing this one. I will do a basic no frills month after this run. Just me some BC/EAAs, protein, maybe some Reset-AD, and Jack3d pre workout.

Yeah, I love me some home brew strategies. I have a few things I am cooking up on that aspect as well. It is really fun to mix and match stuff to get exactly what you want out of your supplements.

I have a good bit of 1-carboxy I am going to cap up soon, I am trying to decide if I want to make a concoction of sorts with it. A good mix of Testophen with 1-C and Trans-Resveratrol maybe. Nice little kick for test and GH. Or maybe Avena Sativa, 1-C and T-R.

Week 1 Day 4 - More time at the urination station.

Just mentioning that the increased urination showed up yesterday, interesting enough it did not ever smell like coffee. Typically at some point my during the day regardless of how much water I drink the smell of my morning pot of coffee comes back up from the urinal to great me with the great aroma of Folger's. Well yesterday I pee'd all day and I was tired too so I was drinking a little extra coffee. The whole day my urine stayed clear as water and never got the coffee odor. So the urination all though more frequent and letting go of excess water, is not dehydrating me at all.

Being a little "older" man I am also keeping an eye on how the prostate feels during urination as well and thus far absolutely no issues on that aspect. I could easily be the author of "The yellow rivers of China." by I.P. Freely. Hopefully I don't find myself in the role of "50 yards to the out house." by Willie Makit, at any point in the thread. LOL

Thus far I have not noticed any Alpha Male feelings creeping up or anything of that nature. However tomorrow is a gym day so we will see. Hard to fee alpha male when you are unsure of your abilities... After testing the elbow sufficiently I should be able to feel better about what I can do leading to confidence that allows Alpha male to kick in. No temper issues at all right now.

Week 1 Day 5 weight workout

Well I got up took 1.5 of AS-GT and 1.5 of Jack3d hit up 13 grams eaa's then 14 grams of eaa's/l-glutamine in my intra drink.

BB Flat Bench 135x15, 185x15, 205x15
HS Rows = 45x15, 90x15, 95x15
HS Shoulder press - 40x15, 60x15 85x15
Curls preacher 60x15, 85x15, 110x15
Triceps Extensions 80x15, 95x15, 110x15
Squats 135x15, 225x15, 225x15

Ab work in sauna, Elbow felt pretty good I mean I can feel it was worked but it never got bad, having him work on it again tomorrow to see if we can get the last spot I found and we will be good to go.

I used my Tommy Konos and and they seem to do the trick, kept them on the whole workout and was fine except I was dripping sweat down my calves. At least I know my knees were nice and warm.

Oh yeah the Alpha Male syndrome showed up in full force yesterday. I was getting ll sorts of opinionated. had to delete a lot of responses to things after typing them. LOL

Thanks, I feel those numbers acually look a little more respecable than the last ones. I can't wait to just go at it though. My strength will come back faster than my tendons recover so I have to watch what I am doing from here on out. Keep it in the 15 range maybe as low as 12 but 15 is good for right now.
