Yah! they look like a hell of a lot bigger than that. I am probably getting close to 19 again and they don't look like that.

Thanks my wrists are like 7 inches around. I can put on female bracelets if that gives you any idea how small that is, and my forearms measure almost 13 at the largest point. My knees are only 13.75 inches around the kneecap so even though my legs are only 24.5 inches around that is a 10 inch difference making them look bigger too.

I've got small wrists too. I can touch middle finger to thumb around them. I wished I had thicker bones.

I have short fingers and can touch middle finger to thumb with over an inch left sticking out. However my bones are dense, density is all you need to worry about man, not circumference. I have been rough and tumble all my lift and other than fingers and knuckles I have only broken 1 bone in my life. Not for any lack of massive blunt force trauma either.

Same here. I can touch middle finger to thumb around wrists also. Very small joints. Which makes the muscles look even larger than what they truly are. Arnold had small wrists and forearms. Made his upper arms look even more impressive.

As long as small joints don't affect strength advancements, I say kudos to small joints. :439:

Finger around wrist - check!

BUT

My biceps are only just over 15", forearms 12" and Legs 21"... so clearly if I can up my work ethic and try harder, I too could look massive with small joints :shocked1:

...that's inspiration right there!
