Yes, sir! I belong to that Lifestyles (on Hillsborough), and also to an Anytime Fitness that is literally right down the street from my house. So when I'm lazy, I just walk down there. It's small, but if I wanted to lift at 3am, I'm good to go!
Is Anytime Fitness an east coast gym? I have never seen them out here on the west coast... maybe I wasn't looking hard enough. It sounds just like 24 hour out here... good equipment... terrible business reputation.
Trauma,I like your postings and respect your base of knowledge, but I dont recall any log you have ever done wherein you were not satisfied with the results of the compund(s) used. If this turns out to be one of the lesser performers will you be critical? I wonder if you would even use something that wouldnt give better than average results. If this is less than SD or Phera, I think it would be evident by day 14, particularly by someone with your experience. Not slammin you bro, just questioning cause this compond came out of the blue at a contentious time, with no hype or comments from AI reps. PA's comments about this compond, on another board are seemingly ambivalent.
I for one find Trauma to be pretty much a straight shooter when it comes to reviews. His reviews in the logs I have read are informative, on topic, and thoughtful. If you look at what he has logged, I think most would agree (at least recently) that they have all been reviewed as pretty good products by the general masses as well.

I forgot to mention that I have Taurine on-hand that I'll be adding in as well. As far as BCAA's go, I'm using up what I have left of Xtend (Blue Raspberry) right now. Once I'm finished, I will switch over to Primordial's IBCAA and Beta-Alanine mixed in with Vitaberry!![]()

not true, iBCCAs from primordial taste fine on their own, I'm not kidding. I have had all brands of BCAAs, and the brand they bulk is amazing.
that said, most people will need flavoring, but vitaberry is plenty (vitaberry also tastes great if you havent tried it, plus its zero calorie). Personally I drink the iBCAAs straight with water, and I add beta alanine. So even those two combined are fine unflavored IMO!
(average BCAAs are horrible, I know that. iBCAAs taste like nothing)

Cynostane: I took 1 capsule at 8am, 1 capsule at 1pm, and 1 capsule at 5pm (30 minutes before meals).
Cycle Support: 1 scoop with my morning meal 9:30am, and 1 scoop with my nightly protein (casein) shake 10pm.
EndoAmp: 1 scoop at 12pm with meal.
Toco-8: 2 scoops at 9am with my Omega 3 fatty acids.
Glycobol: 2 capsules at 9am, and 2 capsules at 5pm approx 30 minutes before meals.
Bulk Pslin: I took at 9am today, and followed up at 9:30 am with approx 100 grams WMS (Nutra bulk) and protein shake. Today I used 100 grams oats instead of WMS; MUCH better effects noted thusfar with Glycobol/Pslin when used with whole food CHO sources.
Vitamin D: 3000 IU's with my morning meal.
Protein Powders: Gaspari's: "Myofusion" and ON's "Casein" (chocolate) for an evening protein. I will be using these protein sources this week. The Myofusion tastes pretty good overall as it was my first dose today. I will continue to take my "Casein" shake prior to bed at night.
Daily Narrative:
Today was Day 3 of "Cynostane". I can't say that I really note anything yet. My libido does seem a little bit elevated as I write this, but other than that, nothing else to report. I feel pretty good otherwise. My workouts have been very good as well. I'll be updating the numbers when I have more time over the next few days. I've been using whole food CHO sources with my Glycobol/Pslin, and it's working MUCH better than with the WMS overall. The pumps are not only better, but are lasting a good 2-3 hours longer as well.
No side effects to report at this time. Everything is status quo. I'm interested to see how quickly this does "kick in". My overall mood has been good as well. No aggression to report.
My dosing pattern is up to 30mg/day as of today. I'm going to stick with this pattern for a week or 2 and see where I'm at. I hope to have pics and measurements up sometime this week as well. Not much else to say thusfar everyone, but I'll report back tomorrow night. :afro:
