Trauma1's "Cynostane" Log (Sponsored by AI!)

Just curious... why the generous daily dose of Vitamin D? Recovering from a fracture? Kidney Disease?

You're probably not gyno sensitive but it IS a estrogen homologue, so I'd be wary of taking a bunch of Vitamin D on cycle.

It's really not all that generous of a dose. I've done quite a bit of research on Vitamin D over the years. It's VASTLY underdosed to begin with in general, and the benefits of its use are only now beginning to really take light. So many people walk around with sub-therapeutic levels it's amazing. Now granted, many factors such as sun exposure (region and season depedent) and diet play a role, but most people don't have their serum 25(OH)D level checked to begin with. I have my level checked 2 x yearly. I was recently on the low end of normal, so i'm boosting my serum concentration level. 5000 IU for 3 months is generally recommended if levels are on the lower end, or you're looking to boost. I normally take 1-2000 IU's daily.

Most people aren't aware that Vitamin D is actually a prohormone itself, so once it's converted to the active state, there are metabolites. It's overall gene activation effects in particular are very interesting; not to mention the very important roles they're finding it to play in immunomodulation, cancer prevention, and cardiovascular health.

I've read a few studies that had linked increased Estrogen levels with Vitamin D to some degree, however, they all involved menstrating women, and no pathway was specifically outlined as a uniform etiology. In other words, I wouldn't really be overly concerned with Vitamin D causing any estrogen-related issues.

Damn, Trauma... 108 replies, and you haven't even gotten started yet!

This is pretty much par for the course with many of my logs over the years, haha. :D

In the end though, they deliver a good balance of humor and eye candy to go along with a detailed and articulate experience. Stick around, you'll see. :afro:

I'm also happy to announce that I now have a Dbol, Test, hCG cycle planned for right around early next year.

Giggity, Giggity, Giggity...Al-right!!

Tomorrow this begins, so I'm excited to get this underway!! :bling:

Daily Narrative:

So today begins Day 1 of my experience with Anabolic Innovations "Cynostane". Nothing to really report today overall other then I've now gotten this underway. I plan to deliver as much detail as I can in regard to effects for you all. My ultimate goal here is to hopefully utilize this experience as a lean bulk, so we'll see what happens. For those of you that don't know me, here's a quick backround. I've been weight training for about 14 years now. I didn't tap into anything hormonal until I was about 24 y/o, but over the last 6 years I've added quite a few cycles under my belt. My last true cycle was almost a year ago. It consisted of Anabolic Xtreme's "Phera Plex", and our own Primordial Performance "1-T". I actually have a Dbol, Test, hCG cycle mapped out for early next year as well.

As far as my backround in Medicine: I'm a Registered Nurse of almost 10 years; almost all of that time working in the Emergency Room (oh the stories I have). I'm actually back in school right now as we speak to work toward my goal of becoming an CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist). My wife and I currently have our first child on the way (Due 11/28/09), so it's been a busy year, haha.

I'm going to try and get bloodwork done, but I can't make any promises. I did have some baseline labs drawn about 1.5 months ago though. I'll see what I can do.

I'm really looking forward to this log. Most of my days are jam packed these days, but i'm going to try and get daily updates for you all. If you all have any specific questions along the way, please feel free to ask away. Anyway, It's great to have you all along here, and thank you for the support!!!

Sub'd and I like the Vit D discussion.

There is a very interesting thread at bb.com forum talking about this compound.

Any AI Rep can clarify it this new compound is listed in Vida?

Does it really matter? vida's testing + numbers were all on animal tissue in vitro, and there are compounds that in practice have exceeded expectations from vida numbers enormously, and compounds that failed miserable even though they had good looking numbers from vida.

So you go to the lifestyles on hillsborough huh? I have been to that one a couple times on the bucs workout nights. i was happily surprised to say the least. Congrats on the child on the way. i didn't even know about that. Is it a boy or girl? Can't wait to see how this plays out! good luck john!

Yes, sir! I belong to that Lifestyles (on Hillsborough), and also to an Anytime Fitness that is literally right down the street from my house. So when I'm lazy, I just walk down there. It's small, but if I wanted to lift at 3am, I'm good to go!

Yes, but since it hasn't been tested before, is fun discussing about it and about how it can react in our bodies "on paper".

IMO, there's no problem in speculate about it.
