Oh and when we 1st started talking about lifting together Mario said he was going to be gone for 2 weeks in the middle of my cycle. That was going to suck but he isnt going to go now so it is all good. Would have been the last 2 weeks of my cycle.

315 is nothing to sneeze at... By the end of the cycle it will be around 350... maybe more. More than likely you will drop some bodyfat too. Just watch the empty carbs.
I knew what you meant about being sore. I get sore to the touch after a good workout and it lasts like 4 days :grumpy: It's absolutely ridiculous most of the time!!!

I know it isnt bad but considering my other lifts it is suspect. Would be cool to be able to put 365 on the bar. I honestly wont try and max though. Probably just calculate a max using some website calculator. I pretty much keep away from empty carbs and def away from alcohol lol. Sister's bday is the 10th and she usually has big parties that r quite fun but I will have to stay away bc they peer pressure like a mofo. Oh and they r a pain in the ass to be around while they r drunk and Im sober.
Lol man Im was saying Im not sore. My lower back felt like it was on fire after SLDL but later in the workout I didnt even notice it. Yes my recovery is that bad ass. No guys I will not sell u my ultra muscle healing urine :laugh2:

Lol that is exactly what it is. Although I do have some fine ass legs. My calves r full and have that nice shape with some good definition. Ladies LOVE to touch them bc they r so soft.

Haha thanks man. I cant wait to see the numbers I am putting on while on cycle and what I can keep. Last cycle my deadlift got up to 600 and I want to say I was REAL close to that natty last week like 585. Previous PR before that cycle was like 545 if I had to guess.

I have the CS 2.0 so orange.
I threw it in this shake concept I picked u from GymAddict20. Ice, cottage cheese, peanut butter, egg white, protein powder, some kind of liquid, and then a crystal lite. I know its a lot but I got it down easy and that orange is no joke plus I had 1-carboxy also which is not supposed to be enjoyable lol.

As far as I remember the chocolate isnt that bad so u should be ok with just that. Plus the myofusion has a strong flavor to it.

Some other things to talk about. Got some good laughs in the fitness center today. These guys Mario knows worked in military press with us. They were 6' and probably 170 give or take. One of them decides to use our weight. Wow NO ROM what so ever. When we went up to 205 he did it yet again. Some people r just dumb. He even watched us. Im not trying to brag but we have some big shoulders obviously what we r doing is working.

So tomorrow is arms. Really going to be interesting bc we have been killing it this week so far. Plus indirect work but the good thing is for shoulders today we only did 1 pressing lift today so tris will be good.

Im thinking about doing deadlifts on Saturday by myself. Starting next week we will have to start lifting earlier at lunch with only an hour and a half to work with on Mondays and Wednesdays. Those days are back and legs which r days I really like to destroy. Deadlifting especially takes a lot of time so like I said might do them on Saturdays by myself. With a day of rest in between and only doing deadlifts I might be able to recover enough for back on Monday or possibly add them in another day either earlier or later. Just some things to consider. I have been thirsty as hell lately.

Also Mario talked about bringing me some more food tomorrow. Im not sure what it will be but he said he is out of the Cuban food. All I know is I wont say no to good healthy food that is free :sgrin:

Rockin shoulder workout man. I envy your military press too. It's probably one of my worst lifts honestly. I'm working on it though.

Well starting next week Mario has class on M and W so we cant lift in the afternoon and he has already said working out after wouldnt be a good idea. So we will be lifting during his lunch break for a period of an hour to 1 and a half hours. We usually take a decent amount of time. Especially when u consider back and legs are my bread and butter.

Damn it I cant think of a way to fit deadlifts in. I want to get 650+ but it just doesnt seem like there is a day for them. They take way too long to do on back day. The only viable day seems to be on Fridays before arms. Which would most likely get my arms neglected since I will be thoroughly worn after max effort deadlifts. Idk I guess that is what I will try tomorrow. Just get there early and start deadlifting.

I normally would but the guy knew better than that. No way in hell he thought that was good ROM. I think he just wanted to stroke his ego by doing the same weight as us. JDS will get a quick tko on fat country. Bet Silva will TKO Sonnen early in the second. Fitch vs alves will get boring an last the whole time. I'm prob gonna get stuck with a trashy overweight waitress at buffalo wild wings eating a lame salad while my friends are downing pitchers of beer and wings....Hooters can't be worse than that haha. Expecting to see some crazy numbers on your arm WO tomorrow. Keep killing it bro

Lets see if any of my shirts fit. I was 231 on the scale today lol. Everyone else wants to gain weight and cant while I cant help but gain.

dude if you're an endo then you'll need to low carb diet and pump cardio like nuts to shed weight. Fortunately stuff like ECA/Clen/T3 makes the job a hell of a lot easier. Try gaining weight when you're on 100mcg of T3 and cycling clen on top of that, lol. and i've messed up and drank on cycle too. I've gotten drunk when on SD even when I know better, lol... I did a shot and i thought it seemed really big, thought "oh maybe its a double shot" no turned out to be a triple shot of 100 proof... anyway you lean from your mistakes, "the burnt hand teaches best."

That stuff about the shirt is funny lol putting on tight shirts ;). I have a few shirts that I call my party shirts that I put on when I want to get some attention lol... they are tighter than I should be wearing. But anyway, if these shirts are fitting as you describe, sounds like some kind of recomp is going.

Which makes me want to ask, Tom forgive me if you have already mentioned this, but what's your calorie intake and your macros? Just curious.
 
Im jealous as hell that u can pack on weight so easy. I'll get to 230 sometime soon. Numbers are looking real good bro.

Speaking of bars, I'm sitting here next to a door guy that looks just like the ultimate warrior at a bar rite now lol. It has been a very interesting nite.

dude if you're an endo then you'll need to low carb diet and pump cardio like nuts to shed weight. Fortunately stuff like ECA/Clen/T3 makes the job a hell of a lot easier. Try gaining weight when you're on 100mcg of T3 and cycling clen on top of that, lol. Thanks man I know what I should be doing but its a bitch. Plus knowing I can get stronger makes it so hard. I just love getting stronger.

Well I was good tonight even after a few people offered me drinks. Next Friday will be another test. Will be going out with my sister and her friends for her birthday. I will be DD though so I really cant drink.

I probably should have gone with a tighter shirt to be honest. Got a lime green one that I havent worn in a while bc it was TOO tight. Went with a black one tonight that was looser than usual. What sucks is guys give me more credit for being big than girls. How facking gay is that sh1t. People I havent talked to in years will run up to me and be like "Damn Tom u r a monster!" Girls look at me like Im a smuck who struggles with 135.

My biggest mistake is I dont really keep track of my macros. I usually have an idea of whats in a certain meal but I dont tally them together for a total.

Haha my bad man. I sent out quite a few invites but couldnt hit EVERYBODY up.

Some good things about tonight. Only spent $3 to get in then add in some gas. My friends gave me $10 for gas money so Im probably in the plus lol. Also saw this guy I met at the last UFC PPV. He invited me over so now I should have a place to watch the fights instead of Hooters :bigok: Plus strong chance there will be good looking girls there. I will most likely be the youngest which isnt a horrible thing in my book.
