I know it was over 315 when I went to visit Nick a little less than a month ago. Would say it is up a little.
I think I would trade some of this strength for some actually cuts.

315 is nothing to sneeze at... By the end of the cycle it will be around 350... maybe more. More than likely you will drop some bodyfat too. Just watch the empty carbs.
I knew what you meant about being sore. I get sore to the touch after a good workout and it lasts like 4 days :grumpy: It's absolutely ridiculous most of the time!!!

Cable lateral raise just pure torture. These weights wont be universal.
DB lateral raise ALL the way up palms down 1st then palms forward 10*10/10, 15,*10/10, 25*8/7
Upright rows 135*10, 10, 11
Plate loaded shrugs in a lunge/squat hammer strength thing 3 plates, 4 plates, then 5 plates. Not sure on the numbers but with 5 plates I got 12 and should have done more.
V-bar pull ups 2 sets of 8.
Then after we lifted we went to my favorite Chinese take out. If any1 ever comes to visit thats where we r eating.

Thanks man, I think next time I will put 225 on the bar. Didnt want to rush into it since I only got 7 with 205. Trying not to destroy my connective tissue too fast lol. My friend Ben got 275 on military tonight.

My workouts r set up to go like this:
M Back
T Chest
W Legs
Th Shoulders
Fri Arms
Sat rest
Sun rest
Well starting next week Mario has class on M and W so we cant lift in the afternoon and he has already said working out after wouldnt be a good idea. So we will be lifting during his lunch break for a period of an hour to 1 and a half hours. We usually take a decent amount of time. Especially when u consider back and legs are my bread and butter.
Damn it I cant think of a way to fit deadlifts in. I want to get 650+ but it just doesnt seem like there is a day for them. They take way too long to do on back day. The only viable day seems to be on Fridays before arms. Which would most likely get my arms neglected since I will be thoroughly worn after max effort deadlifts. Idk I guess that is what I will try tomorrow. Just get there early and start deadlifting.
Some other things to talk about. Got some good laughs in the fitness center today. These guys Mario knows worked in military press with us. They were 6' and probably 170 give or take. One of them decides to use our weight. Wow NO ROM what so ever. When we went up to 205 he did it yet again. Some people r just dumb. He even watched us. Im not trying to brag but we have some big shoulders obviously what we r doing is working.

Man I was going to respond to some of this stuff but there is just so many posts in here now. I ended up multi-quoting a lot of crap and was like oh screw that. So, to summarize my comments. I am a fat azz by trade, I can gain weight through osmosis. I just sit next to something yummy or with excess carbs and I begin to swell up like a seagull that swallowed alka-seltzer. Forgot who said it but 4-6 scoops of ASGT HOLY SH!T!!!!! No wonder you crash. It isn't due to a sudden drop of in stimulants it is that you are frying your CNS.
Great numbers on the shoulder press, squats, SLD's you are strong like bull! Great libido checks. Fight will be awesome this weekend even at hooters around the drunks. All the talk about Cuban food is making me starve don't you realize I am trying to cut!!!

That's a solid shoulder work out bro, I love working shoulders! The card for Saturdays fights is pretty good.I think the best one will be Hughes vs Almeida Nelson vs Dos Santos ehh.. JDS will get a quick tko on fat country. Bet Silva will TKO Sonnen early in the second. Fitch vs alves will get boring an last the whole time. My arms are rock hard like not usual type stuff. Body just looks fuller but more defined aka my body is showing it is responding nicely.

Also it is weird I put on an AMS shirt that is usually real tight on me but it fit loose. Had to change shirts and put on a shirt that is even smaller but not as elastic and it fits fine too. So Im up in weight but shirts fit better.
dude if you're an endo then you'll need to low carb diet and pump cardio like nuts to shed weight. Fortunately stuff like ECA/Clen/T3 makes the job a hell of a lot easier. Try gaining weight when you're on 100mcg of T3 and cycling clen on top of that, lol. Anyway i know eventually you'll run a cut cycle and you'll love the results, you've got a huge amount of muscle to reveal.
and i've messed up and drank on cycle too. I've gotten drunk when on SD even when I know better, lol... I did a shot and i thought it seemed really big, thought "oh maybe its a double shot" no turned out to be a triple shot of 100 proof... anyway you lean from your mistakes, "the burnt hand teaches best."
That stuff about the shirt is funny lol putting on tight shirts. I have a few shirts that I call my party shirts that I put on when I want to get some attention lol... they are tighter than I should be wearing. But anyway, if these shirts are fitting as you describe, sounds like some kind of recomp is going.
