My bad guys been slacking bad lately. Motivation in the toilet. The only things not down are my weight and my libido. Stepped on the scale after eating regularly not LG and was 246(everything on). Libido is sky high and just plain annoying at this point. Thinking about adding in Endosurge but that will boost libido so Idk.

Went to the gym last night and did chest. Felt pretty weak but the pump was unreal. Got too pumped and it actually got in the way. Doing shoulders today.

My sleep has been the culprit of this BS. Called the dr to schedule a sleep study. Hopefully can get this crap worked out.

Also if you post a libido check you are getting negged :bigok:

I am out of it. The dr only gave me a little bit. Was supposed to help reset my sleep schedule and thats it not be a long term thing. Plus he gave me a 5mg dose. Which didnt do sh1t to me. My dad and sister both got 10mg doses. Granted they are supposed to be wearing the Darth Vader mask.

Update

Just got home from the gym a little bit ago. Did a fast arm workout. Definitely didnt mess around.

5 total exercises but my arms are good to go. They look and feel damn big. They dont look half bad right about now. Had a solid workout which is nice. Arms strength was decent too. I dont normally like doing arms but this was a good day.

Sleep is still all screwed up. Set up a appt with the sleep Dr soon.

Tomorrow going in kind of early to lift shoulders with Ben. Hopefully the gym owner will be there. I think my gym card has worn out. Had to have someone else let me in tonight.
 
Glad to hear your workout went well, bro. I have hit and miss days with how I feel about arm day. Some days I just don't feel like it, but others I love it lol.

Anyways I am glad to see you had a blast working your arms. Keep killing it and stay positive. Hope you get your motivation back on track bruther, I'd post a picture for motivation but I am afraid you'd see it as a libido check instead - don't wanna get negged :D

Damn, sorry to hear of you struggling. At least the pumps are good. Get some rest man and try not to fock any grannies. I know they look good mayne. Libido can be a strange thing. Stick with the young ones, trust me.
 
Alright so worked out earlier today. Had a great shoulder workout. Weight was a clear 247 today. It is coming on fast. Strong chance I will hit 260. I have never weighed this much before.

Did seated db presses and didnt do half bad. Power was pretty good I would say. Then the rest of the workout was more hypertrophy. Rest was minimal which is not usual. Felt like I held my own pretty damn good. Shoulders were tore up afterwards.

Now Im waiting on a ride to the club. Havent been to a club since I turned 21. This should be interesting. Havent gone to a club sober and had fun before. Ehh oh well we will see what happens lol.

Benadrly can make me a little drowsy but doesnt put me down. Started taking the Endosurge at 4 at night. Seem how it plays with my libido too. Hopefully Milas and Ageforce can get me some of the melatonin patches and other goodies to try. Probably going to take a Need2Sleep tonight.

Also I didnt go to the club tonight. Might go next weekend. My friend Matt's friends bailed on him so I said lets just go next weekend. Maybe try and get some others to go. I also need to go to the western part of Ga to see a friend of mine play football.

Tomorrow will be a good back workout. Then later going to a cook out/pool thing probably. Plus having dinner with the fam. So lots of food to eat tomorrow after killing my back.
 
Ever think about using peptides? They would greatly help with your sleep issues and u won't become dependent on them like u will with ambien....on an other note where's the skanks!?

Right now they just arent really in the ole budget. Would be interesting to try though. Maybe in the future.

Today was back. Started off a bit rough with deadlifts. Only went to 605 and it was rough. Was hard as hell to lock out and my face was blood red. I have to figure out what I am doing wrong these days. Hands got tore up too. Then did deep lat pull downs which felt real good. Had a competition with tbar rows. Then did wide neutral lat pull downs. 2 sets of hammer strength high rows. Finally some seated cable rows in you go I go style. Finished with some abs and calf work.

Was beyond beat after that. Had 2 good post workout meals. I can definitely say today was a calorie heavy day. Weight was in the 245-246 range today.

Talked to one of the big bodybuilders at the gym today. Interesting take on diet. I had heard about it from another guy at the gym. They got it from the gym owner. I have to say it is working for the bodybuilder for sure.

Ya might have to save that one too haha.

Chest workout went great. Got 315 for 2 sets of one. Didnt do a great job of getting myself ready for the lift though. Think I can get more. Then 225 for 5 on incline. Did some incline DB flyes with DEEP stretches. Tried to do decline DB flyes but it was just too awkward. Ended up doing Macgyver style hammer strength decline press. Followed up by pec deck. Then finished with DB pull overs with a hell of a stretch. Oh and some DC style stretch. Then of course some abs.

I had an all over upper body pump. Hell even my calves felt pumped lol.
 
Oh ya and the Endosurge is redickulous. Hadnt really noticed a drop in libido yet but it was in overdrive today.
