This was one of the very best workouts I've ever endured....or enjoyed that is!! Brutality at its finest!! :angryfire:
It all went down exactly like this:
CHEST--Decline Machine Bench Presses--200X10, 410X9 (oh yes!), 410X9>280X14>200X22. Mind-blowing intensity with laser-like focus this morning. Nothing could deter the Thundergod on his quest for immortal glory!!:notworthy::hammer:
BACK--Reverse-Grip Pulldowns--160X10, 260X11, 260X10>200X12>150X16. What pumps!! Good golly Miss Molly, I was on fire!! :zx11pissed:
SHOULDERS--Upright DB Rows--30'sX10, 60'sX12, 60'sX12>45'sX10>30'sX14. I'm falling in love with this exercise. Much better contractions with the DB's compared to a bar. Less impingement on the shoulder girdle also.
TRICEPS--Lying DB Extensions--30'sX10, 60'sX11, 60'sX10>40'sX12>25'sX16. Inflated and expanded meat hanging off the back of my arms!!
BICEPS--Standing EZ Bar Curls--75X10, 155X12, 155X11>95X9>75X14. Really felt the groove on these this morning. Concentration was fierce and determined.
QUADS--Seated Leg Presses--220X15, 640X18, 640X18>450X28!! I paused a little on that drop set here and there but would not surrender!!! No Guts...No Glory!!:twisted:
HAMSTRINGS--Standing One-Legged Hamstring Curls--60X12, 120X12, 120X12>90X10>60X16. I'm so glad that my right hamstring has fully recovered. Feels good to be healed.
CALVES--Seated Calf Presses On Leg Press Machine--200X20, 400X26, 400X24. Oh how sweet the burn!!
FOREARMS--Seated DB Hammer Curls--30'sX10, 70'sX12, 70'sX12>50'sX10>30'sX15. Kept it light on focused on form....strict stuff here. My forearms are already strong, but they're long and slender. So I gotta beef 'em up!!
Incredible feeling during this workout. Felt indestructible and invincible!!
