Yah you know your stims... I only take them maybe once a week during my Sunday morning workout. I am not that big on them otherwise. I may use them if I get really run down though.

This was one of the very best workouts I've ever endured....or enjoyed that is!! Brutality at its finest!! :angryfire:

CHEST--Decline Machine Bench Presses--200X10, 410X9 (oh yes!), 410X9>280X14>200X22. Mind-blowing intensity with laser-like focus this morning. Nothing could deter the Thundergod on his quest for immortal glory!!:notworthy::hammer:
BACK--Reverse-Grip Pulldowns--160X10, 260X11, 260X10>200X12>150X16. What pumps!! Good golly Miss Molly, I was on fire!! :zx11pissed:
SHOULDERS--Upright DB Rows--30'sX10, 60'sX12, 60'sX12>45'sX10>30'sX14. I'm falling in love with this exercise. Much better contractions with the DB's compared to a bar. Less impingement on the shoulder girdle also.
TRICEPS--Lying DB Extensions--30'sX10, 60'sX11, 60'sX10>40'sX12>25'sX16. Inflated and expanded meat hanging off the back of my arms!!
BICEPS--Standing EZ Bar Curls--75X10, 155X12, 155X11>95X9>75X14. Really felt the groove on these this morning. Concentration was fierce and determined.
QUADS--Seated Leg Presses--220X15, 640X18, 640X18>450X28!! I paused a little on that drop set here and there but would not surrender!!! No Guts...No Glory!!:twisted:
HAMSTRINGS--Standing One-Legged Hamstring Curls--60X12, 120X12, 120X12>90X10>60X16. I'm so glad that my right hamstring has fully recovered. Feels good to be healed.
CALVES--Seated Calf Presses On Leg Press Machine--200X20, 400X26, 400X24. Oh how sweet the burn!!
FOREARMS--Seated DB Hammer Curls--30'sX10, 70'sX12, 70'sX12>50'sX10>30'sX15. Kept it light on focused on form....strict stuff here. My forearms are already strong, but they're long and slender. So I gotta beef 'em up!!

Incredible feeling during this workout. Felt indestructible and invincible!!

Awesome log so far TG. I can't agree with you more when you say that ASGT kicks Jack3d in the teeth. I really can't wait to get my hands on a full bottle of the stuff.
 
I was sick as a dog the first time I used AS-GT and it got me through my workout, I even ended up with some energy too. That was pretty good cuz I didn't sleep due to not feeling well. I didn't workout today because of the MRI, doc said go in without inflaming it and I am still not over that sinus infection yet.
 
By the way awesome workout Thunder, keep banging and clanging man you must be looking pretty awesome about now.

Sweeeeet!!! I can't wait to get some full tubs of that stuff. Even though I'm about to kick off my injectable Prop/Cyp combo in a little over a week, I'd still love to have that ASGT in my pre-workout arsenal.

I like that protocol there. The 1-TT, Epi, and Microdrol. Should go well together.

I've never had issues while using the 19Nor or the Estra-4 tren percursors myself. I always take 200 mg. of B-6 at night so maybe that's helping in that prolactin type problem areas. I'd advise you to take the B-6 as well. Cabergoline is expensive as fukk and I've never needed it anyway.

The Formestane is something I dearly love. I'm glad you brought this up. I have some bulk powder Form laying around and all I need to do is order some Penetrate and mix it up. That should go nicely with my cycle too. Keeps the bloat away very efficiently. I dose 100mg. in the mornings and evenings when I use it transdermally.

The Micro-Drol is one superdrol clone I've never heard of. Does it come in 2.5mg. caps or are you going to recap it into these small dosages? That's a very low dose even though you're going to be running quite a few other compounds already. I'd still go with a 10mg. per day dose of it myself. Plus the 10mg. of Epi.

This should be an awesome way to tail-end your cycle bro. Finish strong!! :head:

Microdrol is a liquid SD.

I'm telling you, TG, a dose of 2.5-5mg of SD is awesome. I've used it before. No sides, all benefits. You feel insanely alpha on it.

Oh I know all about SD. I've probably ran more cycles of it than almost anyone on this forum!! LOL

I was thinking about front-loading my injectable Prop/Cyp combo with some Alpha-Tren that I have. It's 40mg. of 4-Estra tren with 10mg. of Phera in each cap. I was thinking 3 caps per day.

But I have a partial bottle of Testadrol (SD clone in 15mg. dose) and a partial bottle of Decabolen which is 10mg. of SD, 10mg. Phera, and 25 mg. of Halo-Drol in each cap!! I may use these up and save the Alpha-Tren for a later run.

And I agree with you on low-dosing SD. I never advise guys to use 40 mg. doses like I see them doing.
20 mg. per day of Super-Drol is the maximum dose needed IMO. It's uber-strong shizz!!!

It's been just what I needed bro. The Natadrol's gotten me even leaner than before and that's exactly where I want to be when starting the injectable Test. Lean, hard, defined, and no water bloat. Gonna add pure muscle only. I'm not looking to add 15 or 20lbs. like most guys who go on the sauce. I just wanna dial everything in even tighter than ever.

Wow.....just freakin' wow!! Amazing what you can force the body to do if your will is strong enough. Arnold always said that it's the mind that fails before the body does. So we need to train our minds to push through pain and fatigue and never succumb to failure!!

CHEST--High Incline DB Bench Presses--50'sX10, 100'sX21, 100'sX19>80'sX17>50'sX16. And they were totally exhausted. No more needed here. Got more reps than I was expecting, so I will definitely up the poundages here next week.
BACK--Seated Cable Rows with Long Bar--180X10, 320X12, 320X12>220X13>150X15. I love the wide grip on this exercise. I feel it hitting the outer lats real intensely. I let the bar stretch far forward to elongate my lats. It also seems to take some of the biceps out of the movement.
SHOULDERS--Machine Shoulder Presses--150X10, 240X12, 240X12>180X11>130X16. Pumped to da max!!! Delts looked like a couple of cantaloupes after this stuff. :yup:
TRICEPS--Seated One-Arm DB Extensions Behind Head--30X12, 60X13, 60X12>40X11>25X16. Real concentration going on here. I thought about the mind-to-muscle connection while performing these.
BICEPS--One-Arm Cable Preacher Curls--40X12, 90X10, 90X10>70X11>40X16. These really hit the peak of the biceps at the top of the movement. I have decent mass but need to focus more on shape and the peak.
QUADS--Hack Squats--200X12, 420X12, 420X12>300X10. I though I would get a few more reps on that drop set, but my quads were fried!! I did a couple of light-weight sets of leg extensions just to punish them more!!:twisted:
HAMSTRINGS--Lying Leg Curls--80X10, 140X12, 140X12>100X11>70X14. I'm so glad that my right hamstring is back to 100% capacity. I miss the machine leg curls at my old gym. I could always get about 10 to 12 reps with 200 to 250lbs. on that machine. My free-weight leg attachment to my Olympic Bench is very humbling to me. ha ha
CALVES--Standing One-Legged Calf Raises--40X20, 70X24, 70X22. And they were blown up. Nice feeling to have the calves all pumped up. :evil:
FOREARMS--One-Arm Cable Hammer Curls--50X10, 90X12, 90X12>70X10>50X13. I'm trying to make "bowling pins" out of these long slender forearms. Gotta up the weight here next time also.

Great workout. Couldn't be more pleased with this cycle of Natadrol and Anadraulic State. Both products have really helped me to "up my game" over the last 3 weeks significantly. :thumbsup:

TG...where do you pull to for the seated wide grip rows?

I've been pulling them to the lower chest and then I let the bar stretch far forwards to really elongate the lats.
I'm thinking that next time I do these, I'm going to try pulling them up higher more like the upper chest to hit the lats higher up.

I keep forgetting to try those. I fear it's just another leg movement I'll fall in love with and have to incorporate. These quads get enough work as it is.

I think as soon as my legs are ready again I am going to try these out myself. I have a rough time on front squats but this may be just the ticket.
