Dosing Protocol:
Natadrol @8 caps per day which is a double dose. This is allowed by the LG rep (IC) who sent me 2 bottles to cover at least 4 weeks at this dose.
Anadraulic State GTSE at 16 grams (1 serving) before my 3 weekly workouts. They sent me enough that will last 5 weeks at that dose. So on that last week of this planned 4 week cycle, that means I can up this dose to maybe 32 grams which is a double dose. I've heard great reviews already on this product!!

I'm taking 2 caps upon waking with meal, 2 more caps 4 hours later and before going to bed because I work night shifts, 2 more caps upon re-awakening in the evening, and the last 2 caps at like 4 in the morning after work and before my pre-dawn nap.

I'm jealous of your seated cable row stack - the one at my gym only goes up to 290 - having 340+ on there would rock!

Me Too DW!! I've wanted to see what this product could do ever since I heard about it during its creation and production for beta testers. There wasn't a lot of feedback on it and I heard that lots of people forsook their threads and never gave a full review. That will NOT happen here.

You know that's how ol' Thunder rolls!!!:raincloud: :hammer: LG Sciences has been very lenient with me in my dosing protocols. On my first LG sponsored log I ran their MMV2 at double dose also. They know I've ran several PH/PS/AAS cycles before and will probably need more than the average doses. They're a very understanding and cool company. Plus, their products really produce!!8 caps?! Oh sh1t! I cant wait to see how this goes!

I've got two bottles of the stuff. Gonna wait a few months til I finish with my comeback gains. I popped a few rib heads out just as I recovered from a back injury. Nearly suffocated as it obstructed my diaphragm from expanding my rib cage, and some nerve that got pinched in the process caused a near total lockup. I started to blackout and fell over on my back, which thankfully got me breathing again. Of course none of this happened in the gym, but rather during the oddest movements... Getting old I suppose. Anywho, 'nough about me. F**k this sh*t up!

THE NOT YOUR LITTLE SISTER'S WORKOUT
BACK--One-Arm Incline DB Rows--40X10, 90X12, 90X10>70X13>50X15. Real strict movement. I do these face down on an incline bench. Hits the upper lats and rhomboids very well.
BICEPS--One-Arm Machine Preacher Curls--30X10, 80X10, 80X9>50X11>30X14. The contractions were so fierce, it was more like cramps. Painful in such an indescribably delicious fashion. Turned me on!!:naughty: :hump:
I was amazingly agressive this morning!! Felt a rage building within. Loved every second of it. Had to relax and unwind after this workout. I was almost hyperventilating like a caged tiger!! Had to slow the pulse and breathing. Just wanted to tear shit up!!! :rant2: :chairshot: :aargh:
You think that the added aggression was Natadrol or just the beast within trying to get out? You smashed the workout as always brother!
On those DB Rows, do you row to hip or ribcage, and are you keeping elbows in close or angled away from your body getting rear delts involved? Just curious on which arm postion and path you were following since there are so many options. How was the pump? I mean it is pretty good from this workout anyway but you know what I mean regarding the ASGT. Love the Biceps cramp comment! LOL
