Cardio this morning. Wish it was training day!! Tomorrow I get to test drive that Anadraulic State GTSE before my early dawn assault on the iron enemy. Gonna put that shizz through its paces. Put it to the Thunder Test!!

Cardio--20 minutes of HIIT on my "glider". It's a LifeStyler CardioFit machine. You row the handles up top while kicking out on the pedals with your feet. And the seat goes up and down. It's harder than it probably sounds. It's like an old BodyByJake machine. But I can't remember the name of that one.

After the Glider I hit up abs with 330 nonstop reps comprised of Seated Rope Crunches, Leg Raises, and Standing Rope Crunches.

Then I was Sweating Bullets!!........

I'm jealous of your seated cable row stack - the one at my gym only goes up to 290 - having 340+ on there would rock!

My seated cable station only has 300lbs on the stack. I just pile DB's on top of it or put plates through the side with an extra pin.

Me Too DW!! I've wanted to see what this product could do ever since I heard about it during its creation and production for beta testers. There wasn't a lot of feedback on it and I heard that lots of people forsook their threads and never gave a full review. That will NOT happen here.

Now I get to be the big ol' lab rat!!! :laugh2:

I've got two bottles of the stuff. Gonna wait a few months til I finish with my comeback gains. I popped a few rib heads out just as I recovered from a back injury. Nearly suffocated as it obstructed my diaphragm from expanding my rib cage, and some nerve that got pinched in the process caused a near total lockup. I started to blackout and fell over on my back, which thankfully got me breathing again. Of course none of this happened in the gym, but rather during the oddest movements... Getting old I suppose. Anywho, 'nough about me. F**k this sh*t up!

You know that's how ol' Thunder rolls!!!:raincloud: :hammer: LG Sciences has been very lenient with me in my dosing protocols. On my first LG sponsored log I ran their MMV2 at double dose also. They know I've ran several PH/PS/AAS cycles before and will probably need more than the average doses. They're a very understanding and cool company. Plus, their products really produce!!

That is a bad ass video. Did ya notice that writings on the wall in the begining say something about sweat and fans are for *****s but then they have fans going everwhere around the gym.
That workout he is doing is insane. Everything is sets of 15 with really no rest in between sets. Very fast and explosive lifts. I have never workout like that, I have always used slow and controlled rep timing with 90 seconds rest between sets and keep them in the 6-10 range

THE NOT YOUR LITTLE SISTER'S WORKOUT

This is how the massacre shaped up on the sacred field of valor this morning.

CHEST--Flat DB Bench Presses--60'sX10, 120'sX10, 110'sX12>80'sX12>60'sX16. I think I got over psyched on that first set with the 120's. So I lightened up for the second set going into the 2 drops. :dunno: :lmao:
BACK--One-Arm Incline DB Rows--40X10, 90X12, 90X10>70X13>50X15. Real strict movement. I do these face down on an incline bench. Hits the upper lats and rhomboids very well.
SHOULDERS--Standing Arnold DB Presses--30'sX10, 60'sX11,60'sX9>40'sX13>25'sX17. I like the high rep burn on that last set. Searing!! :zx11pissed:
TRICEPS--Lying DB Extensions--30'sX10, 60'sX9, 60'sX8>40'sX11>30'sX12. Tri's were extrememly pumped after that triple drop. Almost uncomfortable...but I liked it!! :twisted:
BICEPS--One-Arm Machine Preacher Curls--30X10, 80X10, 80X9>50X11>30X14. The contractions were so fierce, it was more like cramps. Painful in such an indescribably delicious fashion. Turned me on!!:naughty: :hump:
QUADS--Machine Squats--200X10, 400X12, 400X10>300X12....and no last drop!!! WHEW!! :crazy: Took a lot of gas out of the tank!! LOL Good form and incredible pump.
HAMSTRINGS--Lying Leg Curls--70X10, 125X10, 125X9>100X11>75X8. My right ham is doing much better but I still opted to play it light and safe this morning. Gonna add some more weight next time around.

I was amazingly agressive this morning!! Felt a rage building within. Loved every second of it. Had to relax and unwind after this workout. I was almost hyperventilating like a caged tiger!! Had to slow the pulse and breathing. Just wanted to tear shit up!!! :rant2: :chairshot: :aargh:

I think it's going to take a few more days or so for the Natadrol to build up in my system. It was rage for the sake of blessed rage!!

I will say that I think the Anadaulic State had something to do with it. Something was different. I was at a quickened pace. I wanted to rush between the sets. And I was literally pouring sweat. I mean lots!!

I rowed the DB up to my ribcage and with elbows close in. I didn't really want to engage the rear delts. I utilized the mind to muscle mental connection and thought about my lats doing the work instead of rear delts or even the biceps.

And the pump was stupendous. I DO think the AS had a lot to do with this.
