Weight is dropping pretty fast now, down to 229 today. Leaning out visibly. Great success.
id throw in some more muscle sparing elements.. decrease strength=decrease muscle.

small workout really. Barely maintaining strength.. no, not even maintaining. Around 75mcg of T3 right now. Weight is dropping pretty fast now, down to 229 today. Leaning out visibly. Great success.
not on cycle. I sometimes drink if i'm safely into PCT, but never too crazy. I'll drink off-cycle but pretty rarely. My favorite drug is weed which I can do all the time.

doing good. starting my recompadrol soon. diet is getting very tight on carbs. I have carbs pre-wo and post workout and not much after that.
I would rather die than endure a low carb diet. Furthermore, I'd rather die twice than do cardio.
I hear ya. Dieting & cardio sucks. But it all comes down to dedication. But i'd rather have abs and look good than eat junk and not do cardio.
I'm sitting at 8% body fat. My metabolism is on overdrive at all times. Hence why I eat carbs ALL THE TIME. :32:

yeah sometimes I am jealous of people being able to eat so much because i love food. but it's all tradeoffs. My slow metabolism allowed me to gain size very rapidly when i started lifting. And my equilibrium bodyweight is so established that I'll never get under 200 pounds. Low carb dieting is a bitch though. Carbs are so tasty.
I can't break 200lbs for the life of me. I always get to 198 or so and that's it. I just gave up and said screw the scale. Now it's all about the mirror.
But yes, carbs are tasty. I couldn't live without bread and pasta.

started doing db concentration but stopped. So sweaty and burned out.
Think I hit my T3 limit around 80mcg. My workouts are exhausting. My strength feels pretty bad. My pumps... not happening. Muscle hardness from the anabolics? Don't notice a whole lot. Man this halodrol is weak. I didn't expect the hardness to be so easily countered by the T3. I'm considering dropping it so I can save the rest of my pills for someone who can actually benefit from it. Was actually considering the same thing with the rest of my oils too. I dunno why I keep trying when I know they don't work.
Hmm on the plus side this was pretty much expected and at least I am accomplishing the fatloss. Always disappointing to see #s go down but I guess it happens on a cut even if i'm on 4 anabolics. Obviously the SD is the only stuff pulling its weight lol.
