think i've got my next madness cycle figured out

Unreal those are some great numbers! Glad to see everything's comin together. Now I wish SD worked for me like it does for you. :( Makes me depressed.

yeah the cables can vary a bit, but most of the cable machines i used for pushdowns/pulldowns were like this. The weight is relatively accurate because I start my pulldown sets at 260 pounds and at that weight I dangle from the bar at my bodyweight of 230 pounds. So it's pretty close. 160 has got to be around 140 actual pounds. My pushdowns have been extremely strong, I used to top out at just 130 on the machine.

had a nice weekend off, kept diet clean

230 lbs

pulsing 20mg of SD. Sticking to 100mg of Halodrol. Around 70mcg of T3.

chest
bench (slightly close grip): 135*10, 225*10, 275*10
flat dumbell flys: 55*15, 60*12, 65*10, 70*8, 75*8
cable flys: a few sets
pec deck flys: triple dropset finisher

good chest workout, good pump. I did a closer grip on my bench and i was able to do a few sets with no chest pain. I was happy enough with 275*10 so i just stopped there. My dumbell flys went well. My finishers gave me a good pump. My workouts have been way way better since adding in the 20mg of SD. Halodrol all i'm noticing is some hardness. It's different from SD hardness which feel like the muscle is hard from being full, this hardness just makes the muscle feel denser, not fuller or bigger at all. Maybe the SD will start to fill me out.

I think I am looking a little leaner.

Eat them SD caps like they are skittles. LOL I was worried that the HD-2 wouldn't do much for you. I was disappointed in my run of it even at high mg like you ran. I was running T3 with mine also and didn't gain much weight at all. I did lean out some though.

id throw in some more muscle sparing elements.. decrease strength=decrease muscle.

or maybe its the calorie deficit.. i just know i get real discouraged when i start losing strength, but i suppose it doesnt necessarily mean muscle loss- of course there are many factors.

Whats in the mirror is what ultimately matters in our case though

5 plates on t bar? 295 on bb rows? That may seem significant to you, but those are still GREAT numbers bro, right now your goal is to lean out and dry up, and it looks like you're right on target. cant wait to see the progress pics
 
not on cycle. I sometimes drink if i'm safely into PCT, but never too crazy. I'll drink off-cycle but pretty rarely. My favorite drug is weed which I can do all the time.
 
Usually week 2 half way my stool looks normal that's when I know its ok to drink

doing good. starting my recompadrol soon. diet is getting very tight on carbs. I have carbs pre-wo and post workout and not much after that.

yeah sometimes I am jealous of people being able to eat so much because i love food. but it's all tradeoffs. My slow metabolism allowed me to gain size very rapidly when i started lifting. And my equilibrium bodyweight is so established that I'll never get under 200 pounds. Low carb dieting is a bitch though. Carbs are so tasty.

I can't break 200lbs for the life of me. I always get to 198 or so and that's it. I just gave up and said screw the scale. Now it's all about the mirror.

But yes, carbs are tasty. I couldn't live without bread and pasta.

Ive been really lucky that ive convinced myself that I just dont like things arent good for the way I want to look. Unfortunately it doesnt seem to always work the other way.... I spent about 20 minutes trying to stuff starkist in my face over the sink while holding my nose and tryin not to puke...

I get sick of eating when I'm bulking. Trying to get 4000 cals realitively clean in too much for my appitite so I just started doing 2 1100 cal shakes with tons of oats and such.
You wanna eat more and I wanna eat less. Lol

I kinda like dieting since I like to IF so I'll just eat 2 massive meals of pretty liberal foods. =]
 
wait whats IF? While you diet you eat two massive meals of liberal foods? that doesn't sound like the kind of diet I can do...

pretty small workout. not particularly strong. but my raises weren't bad. T3 at like 80mcg, seeming catabolic, even with SD pulse I feel meh endurance in the gym. And i've been sweating all day long. Weight dipping into 220's again... I wouldn't mind getting down to 220.
 
Well it seems like the t3 is doing its job. I wouldn't sweat it much unreal you havent been on SD again for too long.. Let it kick in some more and im sure youll see less catabolic effect
 
Damn Unreal, your military press is awesome man! How high are you thinking of going with your T3? 75mcg is almost too much for me, but obviously you're a much bigger person than myself.
 
hmm i am not going to go much higher unless my weight is stubborn. I should be dropping weight pretty fast now though, i've dropped so many calories, carbs in particular.

my fatloss should be faster. I really need to do more cardio, but I already go to the gym 7x a week. the 2-a-days is really so much work (not to mention insane amounts of sweaty gym laundry).
 
man id kill for fast metabolism, im just like you. I can gain weight like no tomororw, mainly fat i mean by weight.

it works for adding mass but jesus, I wish i coudl eat sloppy sometimes cuz im sure youre like me, you pay for it :(
 
im the same way as well, i have to stay away from all-you-can-eat buffet's, particularly chinese and golden corral restaurants, or i seroulsy cant stop myself from eating 2-3 plates of sh*t and turning into chris farley.

iF is intermittent fasting. The guy from lean gains . Com is a big advocate of it and has lots of studies and info on it. Lyle mcdonald also feels that it is a solid nutritional strategy though it's not neccessarily his thing.

Martin from lean gains mantains a 5.5 bf it's insane how shreaded he is at 195. In a nut shell it's on eating for 8 hours a day and fasting for 16. He shows studies that cite that our bodies take alot longer to process the foods and aminos from our meals and that it won't go catabolic in such a short time. He also shows studies that show even a slight upregulation in metabolism durring the 16 hour fast. The results of his clients are insane.

I personally could never bulk with an 8 hour feeding window. Especially since he like I think like 50-60% of nutrients to be in your post workout meal, I just don't have the room in my stomach like some people.
However when it comes to dieting for fat loss... 2000 cals or so in 2 meals is nice. I just essentially split up my macros in 2 massive meals though I tend to eat a little bit fattier or carb heavy for some reason. Especially post workout since I know my nutrient partioning is better.

Anyways 2 or 3 meals is fine even can be beneficial when you study it if you prefer that eating pattern. Large less frequent meals.
 
lol i ate similarly to that once. breakfast around 10am and dinner around 6:30pm. 2 gigantic meals a day. I shouldn't knock the diet because at the time I wasn't training and it was bad food, but I was amazed at how quickly I got fat eating just 2 meals a day. I gained almost 30 pounds in about 9 months (pure fat). And that's the story of how I got fat.

started doing db concentration but stopped. So sweaty and burned out.

Think I hit my T3 limit around 80mcg. My workouts are exhausting. My strength feels pretty bad. My pumps... not happening. Muscle hardness from the anabolics? Don't notice a whole lot. Man this halodrol is weak. I didn't expect the hardness to be so easily countered by the T3. I'm considering dropping it so I can save the rest of my pills for someone who can actually benefit from it. Was actually considering the same thing with the rest of my oils too. I dunno why I keep trying when I know they don't work.

Hmm on the plus side this was pretty much expected and at least I am accomplishing the fatloss. Always disappointing to see #s go down but I guess it happens on a cut even if i'm on 4 anabolics :P. Obviously the SD is the only stuff pulling its weight lol.

That really sucks Unreal. I knew you would be disappointed with the Halo... Might as well drop it. **** blows. Just run the SD full blast brotha! :D
 
i didn't expect much from the halodrol anyway, and it is contributing some hardness. my cycle is actually going pretty well, it's just that I am always amazed by how weak anabolics are for me. I am making progress tho, maintaining 95% of strength while dropping bodyfat at a pretty good rate. I'll try to get some pictures up in the next few days.
 
Curling 80 lbs dbx6....you really are a machine. I bet you get people staring at you in amazement the entire time you lift
