think i've got my next madness cycle figured out

ARM DAY
today was insane, one of the best workouts in my memory. I had my way with the gym, every set was like pounding the poosy, and my ending pump/superset was like nutting all over the gym. In some ways, it was better than sex, because it lasted an hour but i didn't get bored. My energy and pump was...

IT WAS UNREAL

every pair is a superset

standing db hammer curls: 75*6, 80*6, 85*6, 90*6
weighted dips: +120*15, +120*12, +120*12

db curls seated on incline: 60*8*3
close grip bench: 225*8, 225*10, 245*9

standing ez bar curls: 105*10, 125*10
cable tricep pushdowns: 130*10, 140*10, 150*9

Felt twice as big by the end of the workout as when I started. I was flying on endless energy and focus the whole time.

Dude that is pretty impressive.

I'm feeling ultra-lethargic today.. called in sick to work and have been putting off going to the gym... this helped get me out of my funk a lil bit. that jacked kicks in the pump something fierce (on juice)

I know I can see a difference. Friend of mine pointed it out when I was tren. Maybe its a coincidence that happens in a sh1t load of people.

it'll be good for me to see how messed up my liver is after 5 weeks on some combination of SD and PP. Also get to see how high my test is on my 350mg dose of sust. I figure I'll get another blood test done after I finish PCT for this cycle, which is going to be quite a ways away lol.

Guys, why would you avoid getting bloodwork done when the #s are going to be bad? This is the more important time to get it done because you want to see how bad it is! You don't want to close your eyes and pretend it isn't happening... I feel great and however the #s are I'm sure i'm going to live lol, but facing the results of your actions is part of being responsible for your use.

anyway we all know liver enzymes are going to be elevated so whatever. I also want to see where everything else is at. That'll give me #s to compare to when i get tested again post-PCT.
 
hey unreal what r some good places that do blood work or T? cuz if i got to my doc i know he will ask me all sorts of question as to why, and if he looks at them as well he will call back askin 1. WTF why is liver ldl etc etc. 2. why is ur T 6547?

Unreal, this is a very good idea, i like the methyls just as much as you, and it would be good to see how bad the #'s really are after 4-6 weeks of methyls. Thanks for doing this buddy!:bigok:

Yeah honestly I want to have some high AST/ALT numbers. Think of how many n00bs are going to emulate me if I run cycles like this and then post healthy liver numbers ><

Long rant about how cycles have been getting crazier here

I dont want to be a bad role model but I've noticed when people PM me for cycle advice they have been coming to me with progressively crazier cycles for the last few weeks/months. Whereas someone used to be happy to run a single compound for 5 weeks, they then turned to bridged compounds for 6 weeks... and NOW i am seeing people write out double bridged cycles with 3+ compounds for their FIRST and SECOND cycles... Stacking steroids that they've never used before and then bridging into something else, it's getting crazy...
I'd like to reiterate that I spent like a half dozen cycles running a bunch of PH's mostly by themselves before I started merging **** together into the crazy ass **** I do now. I wasn't just like "Oh this guy who's been cycling for years is doing it so i'll do it."

Secondly the dosing people have been PMing me has been increasing. Alright guys... IMO the sweet spot for SD is 20, for Phera is 30, and for Epi is 40-50, for Tren its 90-120... Based on what I've done and seen, you really don't need a lot more than this. The SD at 30 and Epi at 60+ is all good and fine but when you start stacking it, it gets to be a bit much.

When I came to this site, it was like, relatively radical for how heavy the oral cycles were... BB.com was preaching no more than 4 weeks on methyls, and the golden rule was never stack methyls. We've violated all of that completely here and I think to some extent that's great because liver toxicity is overstated and if you are going to cycle orals you need to do it long enough to keep something from the cycle... HOWEVER the trend to go from heavy cycling to guessing at what your body's limits are is a bit much... I know I've done it but I never thought it was smart and I know i'm going through this with an unusually low amount of sides.

When your appetite drops down and the lethargy picks up and your BP is high and your libido is low, your body is getting ****ed in the ass and you should cool it a bit.
 
my sweet spot on SD honestly is 40mg sooooooo gooood recovery within 24 hours

but i am on the same boat i get relatively no sides on oral as well. i was on 30Sd and 50Oxy (greatest **** ever!) and besides the headaches and some minor sides here and there i did not see too much harm, as i expected though on this next one i will go slower.
 
I just hope the guys listen to what Unreal has just stated.

TRU dat my man. Unreal is a machine. lol. Just cause he's doing "madness" cycles doesn't mean n00bs should be following his footsteps. Don't be stupid n00bs.

n00b's need to start with weaker stuff and work they're way up to harsher methyl's, longer cycles, etc.

Anyways even if u ran a crazy a$$ cycle, still not gonna be stacked and jacked like Unreal. :rambo:

And no that cycle is retarded! You need M1T for the first 4 weeks MINIMUM to kickstart it, and don't forget the winstrol finisher.

Problem is, you often never see or even notice the worst sides of heavy oral cycling (liver and heart), but rest assured damage is being done.

uhmmmm lower than it should be

Here's my plan... Ill keep my Phera up for today and tomorrow (tuesday) and then on Wednesday i'll get blood drawn first thing in the morning (supposed to fast before blood is drawn). This way i'll get blood drawn IMMEDIATELY after the orals.

I been off my SD for a week. I'm down like 2-3 pounds. Strength is the same (thank you phera). Looking good, still get pumps... no sides... Lovin it, but too bad my phera is about to end.

i worked chest... i guess i'll post it, i am always pissed at my chest but after cycling SD it's up to a point where i'm no longer ashamed of it lolll

incline: 135*10, 245*6, 255*6, 265*6, 275*5
incline db flys: 60*10, 65*10, 70*9
incline pushups supersetted with decline pushups: 2 burnout sets of each

short, sweet, simple, and yet distinctly hardcore. Get in, kill it, get out, eat some food asap.

^^^ All depends on split, frequncy, and what type of training you do.

I know of some seriously big dudes who spend 1.5 hours in the gym daily. Once the weights get really big, if you are still working multiple bodyparts in the same session, it's very, very tough to be done, soup to nuts, in under an hour.
 
i think workouts should vary by day to how u feel.. what ur working out.. what u have to do after.. whether u have alot of cardio to do.. whether u wanna throw in some calves or abs for 20 min at the end cause u feel u need it.. sometimes ill do my cardio.. and ill wann go hit the bags for another 15 minutes.. sometimes im dragging ass and i need some extra recoop time between sets.. sometimes i work out earlier in the day when i dont have as much food/energy so i dont stay as long.. it all deopends on how my body is feeling that day

I agree about changing stuff up, most of the time anyway. I have made some really awesome progress when doing the exact stuff every week and making very caulculated weight/rep increases week after week. But the problem is lifts will increase and then get stagnant and you have to throw them out and switch them up. The way I train now, I follow my routine eg Monday i do chest... The lifts I do every week change though. So overall yes I like to "lift by feel." Today I was feeling like some heavy incline, but after my dumbell flys I wasn't feeling like anything else heavy (I was done) so just burned out with various pushup ****.

When lifting by feel I want to hit up my lifts that have been increasing (esp. the heavy ones) and hit those first and hardest. Honestly I feel in any workout you really only have a few sets where you are pushing with 100%. Those sets absolutely have to be done heavy. After you get tired out then lifting heavy results in less reps and it's not worth it as much.

With the whole chest WO i did today I felt there were really only 2 main sets, my "failure" sets. 275*5 on incline when I was going for 6, and 70*9 on incline flys when I was going for 10. After I hit that failure I'm no longer pushing at 100% and i switch exercises.


on a sidenote, ****ing tuna. I hate everything about it. I hate opening the cans, I hate the smell, i hate the water in the cans, the preparation for this meal destroys every amount of hunger I have managed to build up in the few hours since my last meal... And then actually eating it is gross. There's nothing you can put on it that makes it taste "good." Because the tuna itself tastes nasty. I have to wash it down with something just to swallow it.

Today it struck me that training is easy and fun, but it's eating disgusting **** like this when you're not hungry at all that is the hardest part of bodybuilding.
 
i got through stages like that with fish.. i went thru like 2-3 cans a day everyday for a few months.. then i switched to tilipia.. then i went to salmon for awhile.. now i cant stomach any fish for a little bit.. actually ive been eating some shrimp and crab lately.. but no other sea creatures for a bit... im in the ground turkey meat stage right now.. eating plates full with every single meal..
 
been 4-5 months tunna constantly must havbe gone throught over 300+ cans it dont mind it its only 3 big table spoons mind over matter. and yah no oen should spend more than 45min in gym
 
Yeah dude tuna is pretty nasty, when i'm baked i can't even come near tuna.. But if i'm not high i can eat it without a problem.. I know that's really weird since weed stimulates an appetite, but **** not with tuna.....
 
Im with Zach on this one.. Change it up a bit with your fish. There's fish like Mahi that has almost NO fishy taste, its like steak consistency too. Easy to season and you grill that sh1t and have fish for days. My favorite fish by far.

If the cans and water really make it even less appealing to you, spend a bit more and buy the pouches. If you look around you can find them in bulk for a pretty decent price and you just open it up and dump that **** out. I hate getting fishy ass water in the sink and on my hands just cuz I hate the smell. Love fish but hate the smell raw LOL

And unreal I agree with you on the heavy workouts. Gotta kill that ****. Good numbers on your chest, Im sure if you keep that up you wont be able to say its your weak suit. Its like me and my back, I have been powering thru back workouts and I change em up to hit some muscle confusion and really just get it. Helping my back out and my scalpular dysfunction.

Plenty of other fish in the sea, pun intended. Plus too much tuna/deep water fish can lead to unhealthy mercury levels in the body.
 
i dont know bout the rest of yall but i dont eat tuna for any reaon other than 1. its low fat / high protein and 2. its instant! crack a can and eat... i dont wanna grill some damn fish ive never heard of several times a day, i just wanna get it done. my meal is prepared and forced down my throat in 3 minutes. DONE.

Unreal i gag on every single bite i eat. its disgusting... one time a tried to blend it with milk and a banana LOL, that was the worst thing ever.

:rofl: And I thought I was weird with food. Preworkout meal today was 4 eggs, 2 egg whites, 6 turkey meatballs, a cup of brown rice, and soy sauce.
 
unreal, how do u prepare ur fish (salmon, talapia)?

i take a huge baking sheet, cover in in aluminum foil, sprinkle it with EVOO, lay on as many talapia as i can fit, put on some spices (occassionally some onions and bell peppers).

bake for 12 min, flip them, back for 12 more min and done

1) Replace "bake" with "grill".

2) Replace "I" with "The wife".
