I have a slow metabolism too, not as slow as you but relatively slow, i was stuck at 17-18% for a long time until I ran a bigass cut. If you are like me then eating less doesn't result in any significant weightloss... What works for me is low carb dieting + lots of cardio. The var can only help but it's not something to rely on for weightloss... Some people "lean out" on cycle but for me with my metabolism no steroid has ever had this effect for me sooooo don't get your hopes up too much.
Anyway Hump your insomnia sucks don't you have any drugs to knock yourself out with? I never have trouble sleeping in the first place BUT if i did, well i've got a bunch of GHB and that stuff gets the job done... and it's frequently used by bodybuilders to naturally increase HGH levels because it puts you into a deep sleep where more HGH is released.
