DAY 19

WEIGHT - 218 (+12.5)

WORKOUT - CHEST DAY
i felt unreal today. all my lifts were up, i felt jacked, great pumps. last wk i benched 295x5... this wk i tried 315 and did 5, then just for the hell of it 325x3. so i felt good, getting my old strength back. i feel on top of the world today. f*ck everybody! im f*cking awesome!

very nice, very solid!!! f*ck you too!!! LOL
 
dude WTF SAME! man i could not sleep until 2am... i went to bed at 12. around i decided to srtip everything of and then i finally fell asleep after a while it was horrible! hows the stripper ehhhhhhhhhh :)

dude i went to bed at 130 and didnt sleep until 5 and woke up by 730. awesome.
i started in bed, moved to the couch, moved to the floor, moved back to bed, back to couch before finally falling asleep back in bed. i was so angry.

as for the ripper... well yesterday i was having fun playing with her head and i convinced her that Florida and Goergia were at war with eachother over oil. like actual ground attack military war hahaha.

also she didnt know the president was black.

STUPID CYCLE UPDATE:
i just realized that the scoop ive been using for sugar was 45 g not 30g so ive been taking way too much sugar post slin shots and explains how my belly has been getting a lil softer than expected. f*ck! is that annoying.

I am on my first cycle and feeling good. Strong as ****. But I am still 17-18% BF. My last 6 weeks I add var at 50 per day, hoping that helps.

I know its all diet but damn I dont eat that bad!

I have a slow metabolism too, not as slow as you but relatively slow, i was stuck at 17-18% for a long time until I ran a bigass cut. If you are like me then eating less doesn't result in any significant weightloss... What works for me is low carb dieting + lots of cardio. The var can only help but it's not something to rely on for weightloss... Some people "lean out" on cycle but for me with my metabolism no steroid has ever had this effect for me sooooo don't get your hopes up too much.

Anyway Hump your insomnia sucks don't you have any drugs to knock yourself out with? I never have trouble sleeping in the first place BUT if i did, well i've got a bunch of GHB and that stuff gets the job done... and it's frequently used by bodybuilders to naturally increase HGH levels because it puts you into a deep sleep where more HGH is released. Lemme know if you want more information.

great bicep workout but my elbow is f*cked and i couldnt do any sort of tricep workout. like nothing! this is nothing new for me but never the less it is frustrating.

also i hate people who do incline skull crushers. what a stupid ass excercise... all you are doing is limiting the range of motion by like 30% and its the part of the range that actually works your tris.

also i do not understand why anyone likes tyler perry. this sh!t just isnt funny.

im eating swedish berries as part of my post slin carbs lol. so damn tasty. it must look hillarious to see this fairly big dude who just busted his ass in the gym walk out with a bag of swedish berries in his hand haha

these guys do'em on the incline and the bar moves like 6 inches, its retarded.

There's a Invalid Link Removed by PP that you may be interested in. It's a tea and scented oil. I've heard good things about it but haven't tried it myself. But I believe it'd be worth checking out since you want to stay away from sleep drugs.

I was in the same boat...skullcrushers used to tear up my elbows until i started going back behind my head.

Yeah i will say that my abs definitely get some work when i do them like that. But I don't mind....core strength is something you can't have enough of!

sorry for the couple day lag here fellas, my computer was f*cked with viruses again haha. my retard gf wont stop downloading porn. christ i hate her.
-the gym is great, i feel a great pump, im looking forward to starting the epi tomorrow.
-ive managed to get a couple good nights sleep in a row so i find that to be best news ive had in a while.
 
your weight gain has been progressing smoothly very nice. Looks like you're getting it back pretty fast huh!

yeah its felt great. i look alot bigger. i had an uncle that i hadnt seen in bout a month come into the city on friday and right away he noticed i looked alot bigger and asked how i did it lol.
 
OTHER UPDATE -
though im more vascular thru my shoulders and arms... my stomach looks a sh!t. this has to be the effects of the slin. worth it.
 
I just tell people i've been eating a lot and they always believe me because i'm hungry 24/7. Have you used Epi before? i hope it works good for you.
 
yeah i tell them the same, and cause of the size i had before i tell people its just muscle memory.

ive never used epi before so i hope i get some results from it. i know its a little bit hit and miss. im sitting on a ton of anabol and stanozolol so its gonna be hard to have those just sittin there teasing me lol.

ive had good success with Epi
 
yeah hope it works well for you, i had superficial effects from Epi like hardness and pumps but numerically 0 gains so it was rather weird. You've got a good dose it though so you should be good. But dude if it's too weak, i'd throw the winstrol in there... for sure.

same here ,, first thing i ever ran was epi.. i got no strength gains... none... got that hard/ grainy look.. and def improved my cardio. pumps were ok... i didnt feel anything really till my 4th week I went 50mg and then ended at 60mg.. i figure if u have the money 60mg is a good place to run it.. even for the less expierenced with AAS.. anything under 50mg seems like a waste
 
I think it is hit and miss....I gained 9 lbs from my first cycle of epi and strength was great....it was my first compound ever tho

UPDATES -
-i had a decent backday today but some nagging injuries kind of hampered it.
-i mentioned it quick earlier but for those who missed it i look alot fuller through my upper body and id say probably a lil more vascular through my arms and shoulders
BUT...
my stomach is lookin rough not gonna lie... also my inner thighs are looking fat lol. im starting to chaffe. not cool. i've dropped the slin to once a day, post workout and am being as cautious as possible with those post slin carbs now.

With your epi dilemma, you said you've used anadrol and winstrol before so you can judge whether to use those compounds from your experience with them which one you like better, which one you think is the better edition. Or you can gamble with the epi. Your progress rides on this decision!!! haha no pressure bro. you're most likely good to go on the epi, but you can play it safe and stick to what you know works for you.

I'm really wanting to get some for that same reason. I hit the gym pretty late and so I'm up for hours after getting home. Which doesn't work out very well when I got to be at work by 6 or 7.

Good call man. You're a big guy so I wouldn't be scared to up the doses that high. I hope it works good for you. I'm pullin up a chair to see how epi treats you since I gotta hop on that soon too. How you liking super by the way? How does it rank with the list of compounds under your belt?
