may have to cut the dosage back 1 capsule per day- I had the same thing happen on 4 per day....went back to 3 and it evened right out and I feel like a million bucks again....
was weird cause it hit me yesterday and I threw the notion off as I just hit it hard in the gym, and got really good sleep.. I was OK this morning, but this afternoon just hit me like a ton of bricks. I'm going to continue at 4 caps to see if it evens out, and if it doesnt, I'll drop to 3 starting on Saturday.

very tired as well, but I dont know if its the one or other factors. Im gonna get a good 8 hours sleep tonight as well as take a day off from the gym and see how I feel on friday.
Might start taking RPM as well if its still a problem.

Agreed, same with me, by 3pm I was really tired. I am now dosing 2 in the AM and 1 Pre workout for that pickup.

today's weight: 233lbs. -1lb from yesterday which boggles my mind since I ate AWFUL yesterday.
I hate the dam scale, with in one week i'll go from 190 to 198, then back to 194, ect ect When I make a run at anything I just hit it once a week, and thats on mondays.. but man that philly cheese steak and 24oz Mt dew sounded great![]()

BB curls 135lbs 10/9/8, Close grip bench press 265lbs 8/8/6, db hammer curls 60lbs 10/10/10, tricep pressdown w straight bar (used the stack plus added magnetic weights) 10/10/10, concentration curls (very slow repetitions) 30lbs 10/10/10, Overhead rope extensions 100lbs 10/10/10, Occlusive arm curls 110lbs 15/10/10/7/6
Had a huge pump in my arms last night, they were rock hard without flexing them, such a great feeling in the arms.
Why not pyramid your weight up and your reps down? You are training for a basic all out one rep max contest right? Especially on the close grips and curls and basic movements.
Though I understand there is a great deal of endurance involved why not get used to pushing a heavier weight each time?
Believe me, I'm not trying to be wise or bash your training because it works for you, just asking for my own information. Maybe you can shed some light for me that I don't see.

Yeah, no real lethargy feelings today either.. sucks though cause I woke up and now have pink eye.. I really wish people would clean up stuff at the gym, as that seems to be the only real culprit to where I could have contracted it at. Luckily I'm good friends with my doctor, so I called him this morning to have him get me a prescription, hoping to get this knocked out and better before tomorrow.

Nope, not one rep max.. going to be 4 events total, all timed. Right now I'm working on getting my strength up, then will start moving to a 4-6 rep range, i just dont want to wear my body down too soon. I've done one of these before and feel comfortable with the type of training I do, I'm not built like alot of the other guys (they all have big bone structures, whereas I am pretty small jointed) so I have to be careful how far out I push my body from the comp.
