may have to cut the dosage back 1 capsule per day- I had the same thing happen on 4 per day....went back to 3 and it evened right out and I feel like a million bucks again....

was weird cause it hit me yesterday and I threw the notion off as I just hit it hard in the gym, and got really good sleep.. I was OK this morning, but this afternoon just hit me like a ton of bricks. I'm going to continue at 4 caps to see if it evens out, and if it doesnt, I'll drop to 3 starting on Saturday.

yea man..i jus did legs and im worn out as all hell, i could prob fall asleep right now..

im gonna give it atleast a week on 3 a day, its probaly from no sleep and lack of food today

how bad was it? just started mine, all is well so far, following this closely. hoping to get some do's or dont's from your experiences!!

Yesterday was bad with the lethargy, we'll see how today goes. I'm staying at 4 caps at least until Saturday, going to see if I can get control of the tired feeling without having to drop down. I'll keep everyone updated.
 
Let me know what you to to offset/combat the lethargy. I dropped down to 2 pills from 3 yesterday and that took care of me, would like to eventually jump back up tho. Looking good TP!
 
very tired as well, but I dont know if its the one or other factors. Im gonna get a good 8 hours sleep tonight as well as take a day off from the gym and see how I feel on friday.

Might start taking RPM as well if its still a problem.

I may start taking a pre workout stim to help combat this today as well, time will tell..
 
hmmm i guess my dosing + workout protocol has avoided me feeling that way preworkout

Its really just in the afternoon that it hits me. I can push through the workout, but it would be nice to have a little pick me up in the afternoon. I'm staying positive though and hoping today I dont run into any lethargy issues.

its early mornings and then late in the afternoon for me as well. right now i could go to sleep all day, but then again im at work and I sit behind a computer so that could contribute to it, and ive had a long friggen week so that might be it too. like you said only time will tell

Agreed, same with me, by 3pm I was really tired. I am now dosing 2 in the AM and 1 Pre workout for that pickup.

so far today, energy is really good, and i'm still at 4 caps per day.. might have just been a fluke, but for now I'm staying 4 a day.
 
today's weight: 233lbs. -1lb from yesterday which boggles my mind since I ate AWFUL yesterday.

I hate the dam scale, with in one week i'll go from 190 to 198, then back to 194, ect ect When I make a run at anything I just hit it once a week, and thats on mondays.. but man that philly cheese steak and 24oz Mt dew sounded great:)

dinner was an entire frozen pizza, bowl of golden grahams, and a protein shake.. still lost weight lol..

I think I'm going to just get up at night and down a protein shake, as I'm extremely hungry in the morning, sometimes to the point it is painful lol...

How come you dont binge on fruit and vegetables, meat and quality starch carbs?

The pizza, mcd's, pop and chocolate isnt quality muscle food so how do you expect to add quality muscle?

I dont get why everyone is so big on macros and calories when they come from crap sources.

Youve had a stellar transformation so its clear that you have alot of knowledge. Maybe i am an idiot and there is a very good reason for it, i am mostly curious. Do you normally eat like this?
 
Is this a dirty bulk? My mind tells me to stay away from this stuff...but you clearly seem to know more then my dumb skull! lol, i thought fast foods were killer?

I eat pretty clean shy of 1-2 meals a day, but as stated I'm doing a dirty bulk (not that it differs anyways for me as I stay around 10-11% bodyfat no matter how clean or dirty I eat)

Other things I eat are cream of wheat which has no cholesterol and is fat free, and fats at other meals consist of EVOO and or fish oils. Whole grain/multi grain bagels, whole wheat pastas etc..

normally I do not. I'm just trying to pack on as much weight as possible to help out for the strongman contest this summer.
 
hitting up biceps and triceps today, will report back after the gym. Tomorrow is an off day and Saturday we are doing some of the strongman events.

BB curls 135lbs 10/9/8, Close grip bench press 265lbs 8/8/6, db hammer curls 60lbs 10/10/10, tricep pressdown w straight bar (used the stack plus added magnetic weights) 10/10/10, concentration curls (very slow repetitions) 30lbs 10/10/10, Overhead rope extensions 100lbs 10/10/10, Occlusive arm curls 110lbs 15/10/10/7/6

Had a huge pump in my arms last night, they were rock hard without flexing them, such a great feeling in the arms.

Why not pyramid your weight up and your reps down? You are training for a basic all out one rep max contest right? Especially on the close grips and curls and basic movements.
Though I understand there is a great deal of endurance involved why not get used to pushing a heavier weight each time?

Believe me, I'm not trying to be wise or bash your training because it works for you, just asking for my own information. Maybe you can shed some light for me that I don't see.

Nope, not one rep max.. going to be 4 events total, all timed. Right now I'm working on getting my strength up, then will start moving to a 4-6 rep range, i just dont want to wear my body down too soon. I've done one of these before and feel comfortable with the type of training I do, I'm not built like alot of the other guys (they all have big bone structures, whereas I am pretty small jointed) so I have to be careful how far out I push my body from the comp.

Yeah, no real lethargy feelings today either.. sucks though cause I woke up and now have pink eye.. I really wish people would clean up stuff at the gym, as that seems to be the only real culprit to where I could have contracted it at. Luckily I'm good friends with my doctor, so I called him this morning to have him get me a prescription, hoping to get this knocked out and better before tomorrow.

That makes perfect sense. going to heavy to early can be rough on the body and especially the joints.
