I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday and that their New Years is off to a great start.

Each year, I do a thread asking for suggestions as to what products that people would like to see from us, as well as what ingredients that they’re interested in or would like to see included in formulas.

I really enjoy helping people and interacting with people and hearing their ideas, answering questions, and throwing around ideas with them.

I look forward to hearing any ideas that people like to see from:
Feel free to suggest single ingredients and/or combination ideas.

These threads also tend to serve as news threads and I try to remember to post in them about new product launches, sales, etc.

Thanks, and I look forward to seeing everyone's ideas.

2024 Year in Review:

A big priority for us in 2024 was continuing to increase inventory levels of existing products in order to reduce out of stocks and scale up inventory levels as we grow.

We didn’t get quite all of the new releases that we wanted to out in 2024, but we were able to release a lot of new exciting products.

Here is a list of 2024’s new releases, and I may have forgotten a few.

Serious Nutrition Solutions (SNS) – 2024 New Releases:

Competitive Edge Labs (CEL) – 2024 New Releases:

Xtreme Performance Gels (XPG) – 2024 New Releases:

What's in Store for 2025:

2025 will be an exciting year for people that love science and love supplements.

We have a lot of exciting new releases planned for 2025.

We will be starting the year off with the 12 Weeks of New Releases promo where we will be releasing a new product each week for 12 weeks.

If the 12 Weeks of New Releases goes well, we may even extend it – but a lot of that depends on you.

I do want to emphasize though that bringing out new products is still being balanced with increasing inventory levels on existing products to try to minimize or avoid out of stocks.

I’m always hesitant to give ETA’s on specific products if they aren’t in yet, because exact ETA’s are impossible in this industry because so many things can cause delays. If we do give an ETA on something, even if I mention a hopeful month or even a hopeful quarter it may be released, I want to emphasize that it is an estimate and that there are a lot of factors that can influence it.

Also, not everything in the works is mentioned here, as there will be some cool surprises along the way – and if all goes well, some major ones.

Here is a list of things that I can confirm are in the works at this time.

Serious Nutrition Solutions (SNS)

In last year’s thread, I mentioned that we had so many exciting things coming up under SNS, that it was almost a certainty that some of these may carry over into 2025.

As predicted, that has happened, and it’s going to make 2025 an incredible year for new releases.

SNS Single Ingredient Products:
  • C3G XT
  • Spermidine XT
  • Senactiv XT
  • Glutamine XT (Glutamine + AstraGin)
  • There are at least 8 others planned, but I think I want to have some suspense to some of these.
SNS Health Series Formulas:
  • Cholesterol Support XT
  • Elite Choline
  • Libido Boost XT
  • Multi XT
  • Neurogize XT
  • Prostate Support XT
  • Blood Sugar Support XT
  • Digestive Health Products – there will be 2, maybe 3 products that will contain quite a few clinically researched branded ingredients and will be very unique and comprehensive.
  • A fruits/veggies capsule formula containing multiple clinically researched branded ingredients.
  • A multi-mushroom formula.
SNS Sports Nutrition Capsule Formulas:
  • ATP Elite – A very comprehensive ATP formulation designed to help you train harder, longer, and more intensely.
  • ReV02 – A very comprehensive endurance formula designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, breathing, and VO2 Max.
  • Senactiv XT
  • VasoForce XT (New Version)
  • There will be several more exciting ones, but I'm limited on what information I can release right now, but one exciting surprise one should launch during the 12 weeks of new releases.
SNS – Flavored Powders:
The long awaited SNS flavored powders are finally here and will start coming out as part of the 12 Weeks of New Releases and there will be a lot of exciting ones in store for 2025.
  • Focus XT – all of the original flavors will be back in stock + 2 new flavors of the regular version and 1 new flavor of the stimulant free version.
  • Energized Aminos – All 3 of the original flavors and several new flavor samples approved and ready to bring out, pending sales and demand for other flavors.

Competitive Edge Labs (CEL):

There are a lot of cool things coming from CEL in 2025.

Competitive Edge Labs – Capsule Products:
  • Cordarine – Fat Burning/Endurance formula
    • This will be a very unique formula and will be the closest thing to a legal, compliant, and safe natural version of Cardarine.
    • Note that I am not directly comparing it to Cardarine because I don’t compare supplements to illegal drugs or research chemicals; I’m just using that as an example of what the intended goals of the product would be.
  • BASIS - A very comprehensive natural anabolic and recomposition product that will incorporate some bone morphogenetic protein aspects into it, but there will be a lot to it in addition to that.
  • A natural anabolic that I’m not releasing the name of quite yet.
  • Nattybolic
Competitive Edge Labs – Flavored Powders:
  • Super Swole (new version)
  • Stim Edge – high energy pre-workout
  • Thermogenic Pre-Workout formula – absolutely loaded formula
  • Pre-Workout Powder – there will be Super Swole (stim free), Stim Edge (high stim), a thermogenic pre-workout formula, and this this one that we aren’t ready to release the name for yet, that will be a very comprehensive pre-workout formula that will have stimulants but be more dosed for the average person rather than being as strong as Stim Edge.
  • Intra/EAA Formula – absolutely loaded formula
  • Anabolic Sleep Formula – I’m very excited for this myself.

Muscle Addiction:

We’ve been kind of guilty of focusing so much on the other brands that we’ve neglected Muscle Addiction in terms of new things coming out from the brand. That will change in 2025.

There will be some things from Muscle Addiction in 2025 to be super excited about!

Xtreme Performance Gels:

Xtreme Performance Gels has a lot of exciting products, so many that it has a product for almost every conceivable product category now.

There will be at least 2 to 3 new products coming out under Xtreme Performance Gels in the next few months.

There are a couple of things that we are working on, that may or may not be released depending on how the ideas turn out and how they work.

We are always open to ideas and suggestions.

SNS Protein Powder Update:

We had planned to launch a protein powder in 2024, but it got delayed because the price of whey protein went up dramatically.

That created a situation for a lot of brands, including us, where it was hard to make a decision to move forward on doing a protein because of the fear of having a product made at the inflated prices and then having the prices drop.

We are still monitoring the protein price situation and hope to be able to bring out the protein in 2025.

There will be at least 2 types:
  • Whey Protein Isolate (WPI)
  • Whey Protein Isolate/Micellar Casein Blend (Zero Carb)
I also would like to do a clear protein as well. I have so many flavor ideas for that that I would like to do, I’m not even sure where to start. I’m open to ideas and hearing what people would like. We would start with 2 to 3 flavors – I’m thinking Blue Raspberry, Grape Limeade, and maybe one more – but I’m open to suggestions and those aren’t set in stone.

One reason that I’ve been bummed about not getting to bring out the proteins is that the flavor samples were incredible.

From the samples, they were versatile and just how I wanted it – not too thick, not too thin.

I tried:
  • 1 scoop in 8 ounces of water - tasted great for standards of protein in water
  • 2 scoops in 8 ounces of water - tasted better and little thicker, but not too thick
  • 1 scoop in 8 ounces of Almond Milk - tasted great.
  • 2 scoops in 8 ounces of Almond Milk - tasted great and not too thick, not too thin
We only had a limited number of samples for me to try as I give them out to others to try too - and usually to people that are hard to please, like females that normally wouldn't like the taste of protein for example.

If I had to sum it up, I would say that flavor wise:
  • WPI - Vanilla - Reminds me of a Vanilla Frosty from Wendy's.
  • WPI - Chocolate - Reminds me of a Chocolate Frosty from Wendy's.
  • WPI/Micellar - Vanilla - Reminds me of the Labrada Lean Body RTD's, which I love. It could be named Vanilla Ice Cream or if we wanted to, we could name it Vanilla Cupcake as it has a good hint of a sweetness to it.
  • WPI/Micellar - Chocolate - Tastes exactly like Fairlife Chocolate Milk.
What I really liked the most about them is that they are all flavors that I could drink as many per day as I needed to and not get tired of - and that was the key for me with the first few flavors.

I have some proteins that I love the taste of, but I couldn't drink 3 or 4 per day of for long without getting tired of.

The biggest testament to these is probably to say that I have a shelf full of protein so I keep a lot on hand to choose from, and I found myself craving these flavors after I was done with the samples.

Looks like a great 2025 line up Steve. Super excited that Focus XT will be available again soon. Will be giving both endurance formulas a go, as well as the anabolic sleep product. Looking forward to seeing all the details.

I tend towards taking unflavored and add my own....but generally use milk isolate. Guessing the wpi/casein mix will be mimicking that ratio of around 80/20.

Definitely intrigued by the flavors.

Glad to read the Energized Aminos will be part of the 12 weeks of new releases. I've had to resort to other brands for a while now and really miss the better kick (and taste) of it.

Steve, have you tried getting SNS carried at Healthy Planet in Canada?

I've emailed them a couple of times asking what requirements they have for US brands and have never gotten a reply.

I would love to see this, iherb would also be great since its to my knowledge the biggest pure online supplement store in Canada.

Getting into iHerb is a big process, and its something we've been looking into.

I would love to hear suggestions from anyone as to domestic or international retailers that they would like to see our products at.

A lot of times, customers would be surprised how hard it is for a brand to get in with different retailers, especially some of the larger online retailers like that.

We're super easy to work with and I love working with different retailers and different types of retailers, but for some of them, it comes down to how much advertising money does a brand spend, will you give them free products, etc. - which are some of the reasons that you see big brands business models being lower cost formulas at higher prices, because they factor things like that into their business decisions.

The main thing that helps is demand - let us know where you would like to see us sold, and let the retailer know that you would like to see our products sold there by requesting them.

Thank you. I miss Energized Aminos too.

There's been a couple of slight changes to it too - the amino content will be higher, and there's another mental energizing ingredient added in too. Flavors will be the same, and I think slightly better than before.

If it sells well, we have several other new flavors lined up and ready to go.

Brutal. I’m going to email them tomorrow about carrying SNS.

Thank you. I appreciate that.

I want for our products to be available everywhere that people want them to be, because I want it to be as easy and convenient as possible for people to get them.

I can't necessarily think of specific ingredients... but would XPG every consider doing something more 'skin care' related? Meaning something along the lines of skin tightening/anti-wrinkle/general skin health? Could also be something used to get the brand out to the female customers, even though I'm sure theres also. plenty of guys like me that have some loose skin after losing a chunk of weight haha

Wow! Looks like a great year ahead for you @sns8778 and your companies!

I'm still most excited / interested in your SNS multi & intra/EAA (both SNS and CEL). But actually very pleasantly surprised to see both the Glutamine XT and Hydration product, just because those are other staples that would be great to throw your way. And, as long as the SNS or CEL pre-WOs don't have alpha-y I'm in!

You’re very welcome, Steve. I just emailed them. Have a wonderful day and thanks for all you do.

Iherb of course, is super easy to make international orders without paying stupid fees in their web.

Yes if sns was on iherb it would change my life lol, ill send them an email asking them to retail sns and cel products, if there are any other Canadians reading this id love for you to do the same.

That is something that we thought about and is under consideration.

There are also several anti-aging/beauty ideas that I've been considering for SNS, and have a really good formula for some cosmetic type products I would love to do one day, but its something I probably wouldn't be able to finish for awhile bc there's so much in front of it.

what’s sns’s best libdo booster i want to turn into a horny animal ?

We have a lot of great options for libido, and plan to launch Libido Boost XT within the next couple months.

There isn't one set best for everyone answer to the best product for increasing libido, as the reason for low libido can be different for different people. For some people it's low testosterone, for some people it's high estrogen or prolactin, for some its stress and depression, etc.

I know that most people want someone to just say - here, it's this, buy this - but it's important to me to be honest with people and let them know that its not a one thing fits all approach, its about finding what works best for them.

A very popular libido stack is: https://seriousnutritionsolutions.com/product/pine-pollen-tribulus-750-libido-stack/

Pine Pollen is popular for libido and so is Tribulus-750, and that stack is basically like getting the Tribulus-750 for free.

I'm going to do a very detailed post below and will reserve the spot for it. I just have to catch up on a few things before I'll have the time to write it all out.

I can attest to the pine pollen/tribulis 750 stack as being a very potent libido boost! After just a couple of days my libido boost was noticeable and taking a capsule or two of amentoflavone-xt about an hour before intimacy and it's off to the races so to speak 😂👍

This is probably something you haven't heard but as someone who plays a high impact sport it would be nice seeing a concussion support xt product or something that can help my brain heal faster, most people on my team get a concussion once a season usually and there's nothing worse than being out for training, practice and games for a long time since healing can be pretty stubborn.

There are probably at least ten products from above that I will be trying this year. I am especially excited about the endurance ones and digestive health products. You have almost all the categories covered. Some possible new products I would not mind seeing

A comprehensive eye support product
A dream support product (Not sure how it will sell, but I love crazy vivid dreams)
A product combining nattokinase, serrapeptase and lumbrokinase
A probiotic

For XPG a topical pain reliever/anti inflammatory gel for localized pain would be very useful and possibly a gel designed for good sleep and relaxation.

With all of the concussion lawsuits in the US related to sports and even the issue going before congress, if a brand marketed something for concussions, the FDA would probably put their foot so far up that companies behind that they'd have a concussion themselves lol.

The problem with making a product for concussions is that a company couldn't market it for concussions, because that would be considered treating a condition by the FDA, and an especially hot button one right now.

I had some severe post concussion issues after my accident, and I researched this a lot. I don't talk about it much on here, but I do supplement regimens for a lot of athletes and with athletic trainers, and there is a protocol that we use for it. It helped me a lot and there are at least 2 other members here that do the same protocol and its helped them too.

If we were able to make a supplement for this, it would be exactly the same as stacking 4 of our single ingredient products:
  • Sabroxy XT - 1 capsule twice per day
  • PEA Relief - 1 capsule twice per day
  • Polygala XT - 1 capsule twice per day
  • Theracurmin XT - 1 capsule twice per day
It's important to continue with it even after the symptoms are gone and the person feels back to normal or close to normal, because as you know, concussion related issues aren't over just bc we feel better.

You gave me a good idea with this. We can't call it anything related to concussions, but I will make a discounted stack of those 4 as soon as PEA Relief comes back in stock, which should be next week.

I may also write an article on the why part of this as related to the ingredients. Thank you for the idea.

We will have an eye/vision support product coming out. It's extremely comprehensive, and one that has taken quite awhile because have had the pleasure of having 2 very knowledgeable eye specialists involved in the design process of.

I love vivid dreams - Growth Factor XT is awesome for that.

I have wanted to do a Lucid Dream type product; I don't know how well one would sell, and Growth Factor XT does such a good job with this purpose. Growth Factor XT + 2 caps Sleep Support XT is like having a vivid fantasy dream type experience in your sleep, really cool combo for vivid dreams.

Probiotic - will be more than covered in the upcoming digestive health releases.

I have thought about something like Nattokinase, Serrapeptase and Lumbrokinase; the thing that has held me back is that some people won't take anything with Lumbrokinase in it bc it grosses them out. And admittedly, myself included. I can't make myself do it haha.

Relaxation and sleep gels are one of the ideas we are playing around with for XPG.

Of course I'm happy to help, I got a pretty minor concussion at a new years rugby event and its still bothering me, I get headaches (especially when I'm concentrating) and a lot of difficulty concentrating on things. I didn't know that concussions last until even after symptoms stop, do you know roughly how much longer? I didn't even know there were lawsuits in the USA for concussions. Where I am in Canada rugby is pretty popular and there are quite a bit of concussions. I'm gonna start taking my curcumin pills and curcuprime gel again, interesting that they help with concussions.

Oh yeah, no one really knows how long a concussion can effect a person even after symptoms stop. Once the very obvious effects subside, there can be lingering ones for a long time, as you are experiencing. But even if those do stop, it doesn't mean the brain is fully healed.

And the more concussions a person gets, generally the easier it is to get another one.

There are all sorts of lawsuits here about concussions and athletics. It's been discussed in congress quite a bit and there are all sorts of laws pending legislation dealing with the subject.

Something you might be interested in looking up is the 15th World Congress on Brain Injury is being held in Montreal in March of this year and is held by the International Brain Injury Association. I wish I could go to that myself.

I'm going to write something about Post Concussion Syndrome in the next post.

I've dealt with Post Concussion Syndrome since my accident. I'll write a little about if for anyone interested that isn't familiar with it, in hopes that it can help them or help them be more understanding with a friend or loved one.

Post Concussion Syndrome (PCS):
Post Concussion Syndrome (PCS) is a set of symptoms that can occur after a traumatic brain injury (concussion), even a mild one. The symptoms can take a few days to a few months to appear and can last for weeks, months, or even years.

The exact cause of PCS isn't fully understood. However, it is believed to be related to changes in brain chemistry, neurotransmitter imbalances, and damage to brain cells caused by the concussion.

The symptoms of PCT include, but are not limited to:
Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue, Irritability, Difficulty Concentrating, Memory problems, Sensitivity to light or noise, Sleep disturbances, Anxiety or depression, and Neck pain.

PCS & Depression and Anxiety:
Post-concussion syndrome (PCS) often leads to depression and anxiety, which many people experiencing significant mental health challenges following a concussion, often due to the direct impact the brain injury has on mood regulation and the stress of managing other symptoms.

Studies have shown a very high rate of depression and anxiety among people with PCT, with some research indicating that over 65% of people with PCT have symptoms that include:
Persistent Sadness, Irritability, Excessive Worry, Difficulty Concentrating, Sleep Disturbances, Fatigue, and Feelings of Being Overwhelmed.

PCS and Suicidal Thoughts:
Studies have shown that there is roughly a 2x higher risk of suicide following a concussion.

Studies consistently demonstrate that individuals with a history of concussion have a higher likelihood of reporting suicidal thoughts and attempting suicide compared to those without a concussion.

Experiencing multiple concussions can further elevate the risk of suicidal thoughts and attempts.

I could keep going on and on about this, and its a big reason that I've researched the subject so much and have the protocol that we do with many athletic trainers and people for it that I outlined above. Those address helping the healing process, and we frequently see people use them in conjunction with Mood Support XT and Stress & Anxiety Support to help with the mental aspects of it.

----------------------------------------------

This is very important to me -

Many people suffer in silence because the people around them can't understand them or relate to them on why their brain doesn't work properly anymore.

Anyone experiencing issues related to Post Concussion Syndrome and needing help, whether its with supplements or just someone that can relate and is willing to talk with you and listen to you, message me and I will give you my direct contact information. If you view here and don't have an account and can't message me, contact me through the contact us page on the website at www.seriousnutritionsolutions.com

I don't care if you never buy a supplement from us or anyone else, if you are struggling with PCS, especially the mental health part of it, and need someone that you can talk to or that will listen, and that will be glad to help you try to find any available resources in your area to help you, reach out.

Ill keep up with that Brain injury congress thing happening in March, sounds interesting. I used to struggle with not knowing when to go back to playing Rugby again after getting a concussion, I once went to the doctor and asked them when its safe to go back and they said whenever I stop getting headaches or atleast when they are very infrequent. Headaches are the main symptom I get with concussions and I usually get them when concentrating and working out. Thanks for teaching me a bit more about post concussion syndrome, its something I should really familiarize myself with more.

Concussions are tough because most people aren’t educated enough about them (not their fault), coaches often ignore or downplay them (stupid just be tough outdated thinking), and there generally isn’t even much available for “getting treatment”.

Recovery may go long past when you just think “symptoms” have faded. We have stopped doing it because honestly people just don’t care enough and teams weren’t willing to make it parts of their programs, but there is a whole battery of “tests” you can do to get a baseline of (for lack of more refined language) “brain function”. Then ideally when any issues arise you would have to retest close enough to baseline to be “cleared”. Even without a baseline there are many tests that we’ve done that can help show people may still be experiencing issues well beyond when they think they are recovered. Another common issue is returning too soon then regressing. You can almost think of it as an exponential versus linear problem. If you return too soon and then get another concussion instead of it adding linearly to your recovery the results are exponential in terms of length added.

Sorry for the long post but I think it’s one of the most under appreciated injuries in regards to severity and how much it’s impacting athletes, especially our youth. While if needed we help people with it at work we don’t actively promote our services anymore because trying to get people to take it seriously or stick to return time frames laid out by the research became so tough it just hasn’t felt worth it (considering our time and energy in other areas we serve for rehab, unfortunately can’t have infinite energy for every cause).

To add on to Steve’s excellent recommendations we saw success with additional fish oil and creatine (and a few other things, but again it’s been so long I forget our official protocol).

Sorry for the tangent.

Nothing to be sorry for. Excellent information.

Creatine is an excellent addition to a protocol like this; I didn't think to add it to the list bc most of the people that I work with about this are already using it. Thanks for mentioning it. We generally go with Creatine HCI for this purpose bc of the low dosage.
