Huperzine A is a great ingredient and a staple ingredient for a lot of nootropic purposes.

It's one that is pretty basic so it may not get a lot of hype, but its a great ingredient and one that I hope doesn't get overlooked.

One of my absolute faves to keep in the cabinet to bump up a pre workout cocktail, or just add with my coffee before work.

So cost effective for the difference it can make! Just ordered a bottle; looking forward to it enhancing things for many months to come.

I think this is one that should be a staple or an on hand for almost anyone, but I think its an example of how sometimes things get overlooked because they are inexpensive - like people don't realize or overlook how good they can be because they don't expect things that are this inexpensive to deliver the great results that it does.
 
Is it safe to take 100mcg daily for 4 months?
In general and if I eat 10 eggs/day?

I see so many different opinions on this topic

If it can't be taken daily, how should I cycle it? Can I take it every 2-3 days? 3 on, 4 off?

(Got an old bottle of SNS Huperzine A on my way with 100mcg/cap)

Huperzine A is a daily use supplement for most people that take it. You can use it for as long as you would like.

I take a 200 mcg capsule w my vitamins every morning.

There are people that take up to 800 mcg daily. I wouldn’t do that, as I get some from other supplements too. But nothing to worry about at 100 mcg or 200 mcg per day.
