What is FL7 7-OXO Gel?

Hey Steve Ive got a minicut coming up, and I like going aggressive with these. Im gonna run all 4 topicals mentioned in here, but what other supps would work well with these, putting aside cost. Also, I have no problems dosing higher than label if its appropriate😁

I think that these will be a great stack together for you, especially for an intense mini-cut.

I'm not saying to take all of this - I'm answering your question and making it into a detailed list for anyone else that may have same questions and read whether now or in the future.

It depends on you and your situation.

If you do low carb, I would go with GlucoVantage XT.

If you do moderate to high carb, I would go with GlycoPhase.

You can do GlycoPhase on low carbs, but if so, I would do 1 capsules with each meal rather than 2 caps twice.

A lot of people do both - but it depends on the individual and their situation and a lot of people that do both are doing it with more than fat loss in mind. GlucoVantage XT has a lot of overall health benefits and GlycoPhase helps with digestion, carbohydrate utilization, etc.

For me, I don't do well on low carbs. When dieting, I keep my carbs moderate and I do GlycoPhase 2 capsules with my 2 largest carb meals of the day and then 1 capsules of GlucoVantage XT per day with other meals.

Whenever life settles down a bit, I plan on doing a pretty intensive mini-cut myself.

that's an interesting question, looking forward to Steve's thoughts. My knee jerk assumption was lipoderm since the napalm has the added visceral targeting but the more I think about it I'm really curious.

Either would be effective for it, but I think that Lipoderm Xtreme would be my choice for it.

No, Reduce XT is 7-OH DHEA and FL7 is 7-OXO/7-Keto DHEA.

Orally, I would prefer Reduce XT over oral 7-OXO/7-Keto.

But in a topical, 7-OXO is the way to go.

I think that that is going to be a heck of a cut. I'm looking forward to seeing how you do on that.

My thoughts on Ab-Solved over abs/love handles mid-day is that I would go over a different area of my abs and stomach than where I apply the Lipoderm in the AM.

For example, if you apply the Lipoderm around the mid stomach area, like around the belly button, then I would go a slightly different area with Ab-Solved.

The ingredients go into the skin layer and then the goal is a steady state release. My worry is if you just go one over another over another, is that at a certain point you skin may be saturated with all that is going to be saturated with at a given time. It's not that its going to hurt anything, I just want to make sure you get the maximum benefit from it.

I'm probably going to try it the way you're saying yourself with the slight modification of how I suggested. I can't say for 100% sure that you or me either is going to get the maximum benefit out of all 3 like that, but I hate cutting and I tend to go all out myself and that's my thought on my upcoming quick cut.

Yeah over-saturating the areas was one of my concerns. Ill do your tweak idea so I can minimise that risk.

Im not gonna get started on this for a bit, so I have some time to accumulate other product options. Its gonna be kitchen sink material.

I hate cutting so I go all out too. If a cutting regimen was a person, I'd throw everything at it including the kitchen sink and then beat it to death with the sink just to get it over with faster haha :ROFLMAO:

Ive gotten pretty lean before, but never quite been able to get rid of the last bits of stubborn fat on my mid ab and love handle areas. Ill be starting this minicut leaner than I have in the past too, so Im hoping Ill get there this time with the addition of the TDs.
 
I’ve had these since early July. First two months I stacked Lipoderm / Napalm and since then have been stacking Napalm and Ab-Solved - after a month with this will switch to Lipoderm and Ab-Solved.

I haven’t been this lean in over 10 years. In early July I had already lost about 18 lbs so there wasn’t much easy weight to come off. Since then I’ve lost about 6 more.

I think based upon how I hold fat that my preference is Napalm and Ab-Sovled but will hold final judgement until I try Lipoderm and Ab-Solved.

It will be very interesting to see what the consensus is across these forums - please share your results

Thanks for sharing this. What would you estimate your initial bf% was before starting the Lipo Xtreme /Napalm Xtreme stack?

I purchased 2 bottles of each and planned a 2 month cut as soon as they arrive. I’m estimating ( via the mirror) that I’m at 10 to 11 % currently and plan to get stage lean along with a controlled diet.

I purchased 2 bottles of each and planned a 2 month cut as soon as they arrive. I’m estimating ( via the mirror) that I’m at 10 to 11 % currently and plan to get stage lean along with a controlled diet.

I was probably around 15 percent. Now closer to 12
 
There have been so many questions in so many different threads about these products that I'm surprised there has been no more activity in this thread.

I hope that that is maybe because the FAQ was so thorough that I answered them all. I would hate to think that I spend that many hours working on this for people not to bother to read it.
 
It was well put together Steve ! That said, does Napalm Xtreme and Lipoderm Xtreme fully absorb though the skin once the application surface is fully dry so that if, say an hour later, you wanted to do a work out there would be any risk of sweating out the ingredients?
- The reason I ask is to maximise the level of fat burning resulting from the release of free fatty acids as a result of applying the gels.

I apply prior to the gym on the AM. Have had amazing results

I don't think you would have to worry about sweating any of the active ingredients out an hour after application.

I’m 43 and slowly have let my weight creep up due to a poor diet and too much beer. For the past 8-9 months I’ve really tried to dial my diet in and hit the gym a couple days a week. Also started running once or twice a week. From my peak of 200lbs in the winter, I’ve lost over 25 lbs and that has equated to probably 4-5 inches around my waist. I’ve been taking different combos of absolved, fl7, napalm and Lipoderm for probably 6 months. To be fair I’ve also used other fat burners, stim and non stim. So I cannot attribute all of the weight lost to just these products but I think they made a very large difference in transforming my physique.
 
@sns8778 Hi Steve, I’ve been using both Lipoderm Xtreme and Napalm Xtreme for a few would now but I was curious whether there is any synergy between the two specifically when targeting stubborn fat if rotating application sites? I ask this because I’ve notice a muck more pronounced reduction of fat on love handles lower back and obliques when using Lipoderm Xtreme only in those areas. I’ve focussed Naplam Xtreme mainly on abs and lower stomach areas to minimise a minor bulge in that area but the results are not so pronounced in that area hence my question above. Wouldlove to hear your thoughts on this as I’m planning to purchase some more under the Black Friday Sale but wondering weather to focus on Lipoderm Xtreme only?

I just ran a full dose of one in the morning and a full dose of the other at night. I feel like it did add that extra 1% while cutting. I personally felt like maybe the Napalm did a little bit more because I felt like I was getting closer to that vaccuum.
 
Hi Dustin, was that like 3 to 4 pumps of Napalm Xtreme in the morning and 3 to 4 pumps of Lipoderm Xtreme in the evening?

I’m struggling to get that vacuum to be honest but feel that my love handles and obliques have leaned out more. I’m getting the feeling that along with diet applying these topicals an hour or so prior to training might be the ideal way to go.

Yeah, it's not a miracle drug but the past few times I cut did not feel like mid section had hollowed out enough to get the mid section as flat as I had it years ago crusing in that 10% BF range. So wanted to see if the napalm helped with that, potentially visceral fat. so I was running 4 pumps of one in the morning, and 4 pumps of the other in the evening. I combined this with fasting, cardio, and deficit nutrition, mind you. But I do feel like it gave me that extra 1%.

Lipoderm Xtreme has more of an emphasis on subcutaneous fat, so it makes sense that you would see more reduction in the love handle area with it because that's the type of fat that you would have there.

Napalm Xtreme targets both subcutaneous fat and visceral fat, so you will get the subcutaneous fat loss and also the visceral fat loss. Visceral fat is the fat that is around the internal organs and makes the stomach stick out more. So Napalm would be helping lose subcutaneous fat and also visceral fat, which can allow for a flatter stomach.

Some people will rotate application areas morning and night and and other people will go Lipoderm Xtreme on the love handles and Napalm Xtreme on the stomach. I don't think there's a right or wrong way really, its just what works best for the individual.
