The main thing would be the extra EZGABA and Apigenin. I don't know if it would really knock you out so much as help you sleep deeper and recover more. I do think it may intensify the cool dreams effect.

I like both ingredients and have good relationships with both companies and we use both ingredients in different things, based on which is the better ingredient for the specific product purpose.

We use Sensoril in both Stress & Anxiety Support and Lean Edge.

In this case, KSM-66 has much more clinical data on it for sleep purposes than Sensoril - like they're not even in the same realm as one another in terms of research and data on the subject. The have clinicals on sleep quality, sleep latency, relaxation, etc.

Ahhhh man please can we get a batch with sensoril Steve!! I second this or can we get Shoden? KSM66 makes me feel horrid, get the worst lack of motivation and depression where sensoril and shoden the sleep is amazing

I'm sorry. We do our best to make everyone happy, but there is no making everyone happy and we cannot do runs of products for a handful of people that prefer one ingredient over another. It's not that we wouldn't want to - it's that its not financially feasible to do a batch with a different ingredient just for a handful of people.

Which Ashwagandha a person prefers personally is a personal experience and a personal response.
For example, for me, I like KSM-66 and Sensoril but Shoden makes me feel terrible.

We used KSM-66 in this because is is by far the most popular form of Ashwagandha and in this case it is the one that has by far the most clinical studies for the desired use of the product.

Stress & Anxiety Support is an excellent product that contains Sensoril and can be used before bedtime to help relax and get your mind to calm down and help you go to sleep.

There's never any pleasing everyone when it comes to any ingredients, especially Ashwagandha.

KSM-66 is one of the most popular dietary supplement ingredients in the world and has over double the clinical studies on it that all the other branded forms of Ashwagandha have on them combined.

We were one of the first companies to ever use KSM-66 (in M-Test) and also one of the first to use Sensoril in a fat loss product (Lean Edge) and Sensoril in a stress formula (Stress & Anxiety Support).

Different ingredients work differently for different people.

With Ashwagandha, different ones may work differently for different people and different ones can also work better for certain things.

As a brand, we formulate the best products possible and we select ingredients based on real world feedback and what the studies indicate would be the best one for a particular product.

I advocate more for Sensoril than anyone else that I know because it far too often gets overshadowed by KSM-66 in the overall market and I do feel it is better than KSM-66 in some things - which is why we use it in Lean Edge.

Thanks for this product Steve. My sleep is utter sh1t at the best of times. Its going to be welcomed to finally have a quality multi-ingredient product that appoaches the issue so completely.
 
This will be one I purchase that will replace other supps I already take at night. Love apigenin, KSM, theanine, and EZGaba already. To me this is a similar supplement as Cardio support was as it will be much more convenient purchasing this versus multiple other products.

I wanted to address one more thing.

Sleep Assist XT is a great formula and contains melatonin.

We had people ask us to do a melatonin free sleep product - hence Sleep Support XT.

Melatonin and KSM-66 are the two most popular sleep ingredients in the world.

Hence Sleep Assist XT having melatonin and no KSM-66 and Sleep Support XT having KSM-66 and no melatonin.

I hope that makes sense.

Later in the year or Q1, we plan to do a powdered sleep formula and as of now, I doubt it will have any Ashwagandha in it and we will be doing one flavor with melatonin and one flavor without.

I tried to go in depth with the write up but not to the point of overkill or to where people wouldn't read it bc of the depth, but Sleep Support XT is designed to help with address sleep from a variety of different angles.

It definitely helps me sleep, but a huge difference I've noticed is how awake I feel in the mornings. I just feel so much more well rested.

I'm not sure if EZGABA is available single ingredient either. I do take Gaba most nights and have taken EZGABA with GFXT which I really enjoyed.

For me, I'm not a morning person to begin with so I normally feel like crap in the morning no matter what.

That's been a big thing I've noticed with Sleep Support XT is when I wake up, I'm actually ready to get up.

For the record I think this is a great formula, and like that you listened to the requests for "melatonin free." I was just able to single out KSM-66 as causing insomnia when taken at bed time. Odd as that is. No problem with use durring the day though. No issues with Sensoril at bed time.

Thanks. And no worries, I just didn't want the thread to get sidetracked.

Adaptogens in general are interesting in how they can affect people. Like for me, KSM-66 seems to help my mental energy levels during the day but help me relax and unwind at night.

I like Sensoril too, and I do still use Stress & Anxiety Support so in the course of a day, I use both forms.

For those who took this.....have you actually felt fresh waking up? I can't get into deep sleep for no more then 4 hours and I always wake up groggy as hell....need something to energised me

I'm not a morning person at all. I don't ever truly wake up feeling great, but I wake up feeling better than I have in a long time and actually ready to get out of bed with this.

That's been a good part of the feedback we've received on it too. Definitely isn't going to make you feel groggy.
 
About halfway through a bottle of this. Enjoying it so far. Taking 3 caps around 30 minutes before bed and sleep quality has been solid. Love that it has a 200mg dose of Apigenin, so I can substitute it for my Api-plex and have a few extra goodies thrown in. Also appreciate that it is melatonin free. Nothing against melatonin, but I prefer not to take it daily. This gives me the option to add it as I choose. My favorite all-in-one sleep supplement so far.

I've got three bottles on the way and will be giving it a try! I'm the same way. I don't like to take melatonin daily due to building up a tolerance so I like to be able to add it in when I need it or if I've had a rough night the night before hand.
