There's some incredible plants out there, like turmeric which was found to be more effective than some anti inflamatory drugs. Natural products for sleep and inflammation also don't have the same terrible side effects that pharmaceuticals do.
The reason why I bring that up is because a few years ago I had terrible insomnia and anxiety. I have taken upwards of 10 sleep medications. I remember on a trip to Germany my dad brought back a valerian root tincture and when I used it I was absolutely blown away. Valerian root was far more effective for my insomnia and anxiety than any anti anxiety drug and benzodiazapine I have ever taken, the only side effect it had for me was some impaired reflexes but that was fine for me since I took it before bed. Valerian root has been incredibly effective for me and my mental health, more than anything else.
