Swanky gets down with DCP2.0!

So tomorrow I'm going to do some heavy rack pulls until I puke followed by heavy forced bb shrugs. I'm going to pull 420 next week. No excuses

As per some advice from Airborne42 I did some rack pulls and shrugs today to help my DL

Rack pulls ss/ (shrugs): 215x5(5), 265x6(5), 285x3(3), 335x3(3)

Rack pulls (no ss): 420x1, 430x1, 435x1, 450x1, 420x2, 400x1

Shrugs (no ss): 335x3-3-3
 
Took little man to the playground and busted out some sets of pull ups while he played on the slide. Win
 
There is nothing like getting a little workout in the most unexpected places. That may have been just what you needed to hit that 420 PR. Keep it up brother!

New PR! Flat bench 270x1. It fought back hard but I gave that bar hell and didn't give in!

Feeling GREAT today! Barely bloated at all and not holding any real subQ water even though I ate 40lbs of cake and a gallon of ice cream yesterday!! lol, exaggerating of course, but I ate a ton of sugar. Hey, it was my birthday damnit!!

running dcp 2.0 myself, there's a definite appetite suppression effect in play.

As with any fat burner, DCP's effects will be more noticeable the leaner you are. That being said, it killed my appetite for the first few days, but after that not so much. But what it has done FLAWLESSLY is force my body to make the best use of the nutrients I'm giving it which has dramatically reduced fat gain and almost entirely eliminated carb bloat. You might consider adding in another appetite control product with it if you really want to put the brakes on your eating

I'll hijack; I'm a fat dude logging DCP, and I absolutely love it. I'm eating more (therefore aiding recovery), yet gaining literally zero weight.

I'm going to add in some conditioning to tip the scales a little more to fat loss, but so far I could not be more pleased.

FYI.
