Nice job on the Chest and Squat PR's!

Lol at the slow neg squat. I tried for 405 a couple weeks ago and I guess you could call it a slow negative. I just kept going down even though I was trying to come up.

Lol! Next time load up 420 or so and just try to take as long as possible to let the bb hit the pins. It gets your CNS used to feeling the additional weight and will make 405 feel lighter on your shoulders allowing you to focus on the function of your quads under the weight and not how the bar feels on your back

It gets your CNS used to feeling the additional weight and will make 405 feel lighter on your shoulders allowing you to focus on the function of your quads under the weight and not how the bar feels on your back

Hit bis/tris on lunch today:

Alternating DB curls: 20x10, 40x17(+2), 50x7(+1)-7-7(+1)
SS/tricep rope pushdown: 8plates x12-12-12-12(+2)

EZ curl bar: 50+bar x15-15-13(+3) dropset to empty bar x30

Lying DB tri ext: 40x30-30(+5)-30(+10)

Reverse grip EZ curl bar: 30+bar x20-20(+5)-16(+1)


nice progress on this routine from last week!

Sweating like CRAZY today!!!

Shoulders:

Wide grip BB shoulder press: Bar x10, 55x10, 130(+5)x12-10, 125x9, 115x13(+4)-9(+1)

Rev flys: 10x20-20-16

Lateral raises: 30x10-10-10

Arnold press: 30x20-18-18(+2)

DB shrugs: 85x15-15-15(+2) dropset to 30x12(+2)

Upright row: 85x12-12-12


By the time I got to those upright rows I was so burned out and had such a massive pump I could barely hold onto the bar, lol!

Note on DCP 2.0:

I've noticed that when I have a lot of carbs at night, in the morning I have absolutely no bloat, my muscles just feel full and hard and I have had absolutely amazing pumps during and after lifting. This is obviously due to the glucose disposal/nutrient partitioning properties of the supplement, and I can tell you this stuff works like FRIGGIN MAGIC!

Out of curiosity, what do the BPS reps feel about running this year round? Any down side? It's non-stim so I figure it would probably be ok, unless it loses efficacy after a certain period of time. I could see running this at 4 caps a day (2 with lunch 2 before bed is how I'd do it) year round, it really is an amazing product.

I have been getting the same experiences. It's intoxicating! I too will be running this long term.

DCP 2.0 is seriously probably the best supp I've ever used, and in 23 years of this I've used A LOT.

I'm absolutely floored at the effect it's having on me, and I'm not one for hyperbole. As a dude that has fought the carb consumption/fat gain/recovery battle for years, this is like a revolution for me. It seems the balance between the 3 is no longer so delicate, and I'm able to just f.cking EAT.

Love it.

After that I tried 415, and 410 several times but was just spent and couldn't get past the same point as in this vid. Bummer
