Lol! Next time load up 420 or so and just try to take as long as possible to let the bb hit the pins. It gets your CNS used to feeling the additional weight and will make 405 feel lighter on your shoulders allowing you to focus on the function of your quads under the weight and not how the bar feels on your backNice job on the Chest and Squat PR's!
Lol at the slow neg squat. I tried for 405 a couple weeks ago and I guess you could call it a slow negative. I just kept going down even though I was trying to come up.

Note on DCP 2.0:
I've noticed that when I have a lot of carbs at night, in the morning I have absolutely no bloat, my muscles just feel full and hard and I have had absolutely amazing pumps during and after lifting. This is obviously due to the glucose disposal/nutrient partitioning properties of the supplement, and I can tell you this stuff works like FRIGGIN MAGIC!
Out of curiosity, what do the BPS reps feel about running this year round? Any down side? It's non-stim so I figure it would probably be ok, unless it loses efficacy after a certain period of time. I could see running this at 4 caps a day (2 with lunch 2 before bed is how I'd do it) year round, it really is an amazing product.
