Swanky gets down with DCP2.0!

I'll hijack; I'm a fat dude logging DCP, and I absolutely love it. I'm eating more (therefore aiding recovery), yet gaining literally zero weight.

I'm going to add in some conditioning to tip the scales a little more to fat loss, but so far I could not be more pleased.

Haha...I'm already dreading the 28+3. I told myself I was going to get in the best shape of my life during 28+2. Well, I'm 28+2 and 1/2, and I for sure am not in the best shape of my life. I can do it in 6 months, right?

Walking lunges: 35x10-10-10 (3 sets, 10 reps each leg)

Leg extension: 95(+5)x15-15-15
ss w/ SLDL: 185(+5)x12-12-12

lying leg curls: 82.5(+2.5)x12-12-10
ss w/ calf raises: BWx60(toes out)-60(toes center)-60(toes in)

Any recomp effects with DCP 2.0? I know the TTA in DCP 1.0 had some recomp effects, just wondering..

I will 100% vouch for its effectiveness in this regard. I'm getting a lot stronger and bodyweight hasn't changed much even though I've been eating a TON. If I lowered cals a bit I'm sure I'd really start shedding the fat, but even with a big surplus, I'm seeing way more change in my muscle size than anything else

Feeling bloated as alllll hellll today thanks to all the salt in that pizza from yesterday. even the palms of my hands are puffy. still got up on time and KILLED it today!

I'm going to work on getting all this water bloat off of me today, going to stay 100% away from salt and simple carbs and POUND water all day with some extra taurine and potassium to boot.

Thank the baby jesus for DCP. If it weren't for this supp, I'd never had been able to get out of bed this morning from the carb bloat. Thankfully it's just the salt doing me in right now and I can handle that.

I'd be 100% happy to run this for another 30 if you guys wanted me to! ;P

closest thing to cardio I'm doing is supersets and squats. lol, definitely seeing increased strength but endurance is almost a non-issue

If you had to guess, would you attribute the increase in strength to DCP 2.0, an increase in calories or something else?

i'd attribute it to DCP routing more of my calorie surplus to muscle tissue than fat

usually around 3500, more like 2k today though. still recovering lol
 
So I will either take an off day tomorrow or hit chest day #2. To be determined when I get up or by popular vote.
