Feeling bloated as alllll hellll today thanks to all the salt in that pizza from yesterday. even the palms of my hands are puffy. still got up on time and KILLED it today!

I'm going to work on getting all this water bloat off of me today, going to stay 100% away from salt and simple carbs and POUND water all day with some extra taurine and potassium to boot.
Thank the baby jesus for DCP. If it weren't for this supp, I'd never had been able to get out of bed this morning from the carb bloat. Thankfully it's just the salt doing me in right now and I can handle that.
I'd be 100% happy to run this for another 30 if you guys wanted me to! ;P
