Nice workout man. How'd those new grips work for you.

Man theyre workin! I killed some fore arm curls when I got home, definitely need to do grip work after using these! but i took less time between sets and went for more of a HT workout.

I grabed a bottle of SD-LV. I was paranoid that it wouldn't still be out when I was ready to take it, so figured I would grab one. Staring at that in the supplement cabinet has been way too tempting.

A good guy is letting me in on one of his bottles of SD LV... Cant wait!

PCT still doing good, I actually notice that I'm losing a bit of water, weight is still the same.... And appetite is insatiable! Face is finally cleared up, and libido is turning back up. Still gonna have some blood done in 4 weeks. If everythings cool I may start my cycle in October. We'll see.

good to see you still putting up big numbers! I know the recovery difference sucks. I got my blood drawn today bro, ill let you know what my numbers come back like after the mdrol.
 
Im taking ALA, NAC and Milk thistle (concentrated extract) up the wazoo. Hopefully my levels will be better. If my lh and fsh are in normal range, its go time lol.....

RBC and Hemoglobin are high, to begin with. 5.78 and 17.2 respectively.

AST: 43... ref 0-40
ALT: 57... ref 0-55

LH: 0.1... ref 1.7-8.6
FSH: 0.2... ref 1.5-12.4

Estradiol: 5.1... ref 7.6-42.6
Test: 499

Our levels are damn close. Endocrinology is def not my thing but it looks like test can regenerate exponentially as fast as LH and FSH.

Glad to see my enzymes just above normal range. Also been using letro which may account for such low E levels.

Actually all of my other lifts have gone down significantly, legs are still feeling solid and stronger than the rest. Back is stronger then it was before my cycle, chest... I have to really evaluate and see if it's very different. I go heavy on chest once a week compared to heavy on back twice a week. I havent hit back twice this week. Just once... However today im feeling unstoppable still. Now im gonna be starving all day! lol

Nice w/o my man! I did some deads the other day.. been about 3 weeks since i have and hollly **** am i sore today. hams are sore, lower/upper back everything.. love deads man! just stayed at 315 for my heavy sets though.

Man today sucked, that's for sure. We hit triple digits, and we had a storm blow 3 panels of our fence out last night. Needless to say, I really dont do well in really hot weather, especially digging and pouring concrete and lining up a fence. It actually put me in a bad mood but I felt like I burned so many calories I ate like a champ later throughout the day. Im sure ill feel sore tomorrow ;)

I ate a huge ass mushroom swiss burger and a big ass serving of broccoli casserole.. I had no shame today. LOL........ Man needs to eat ;)

UPDATE!!!!

Weight is still up, I am at 261lbs, no real change in body composition last couple of weeks...

TODAY I AM ADDING NTBM ATTACK and NEED2SLIN to my daily regimen. I look forward to attack, because I never really cared for Pump Preworkout DRINKS, so these little pills should do me good. I will be stacking it with ASGT, of course! Today will be chest/shoulders/tris- my press day. Should be intense!!!
