Rubbing on the goods - a sponsored Chlorathoxy TD log

well, crap. woke up today coughing up some serious chunks of my lungs. mostly yellowish at least, not green. So i'm not 100% sure i'll be able to work out later. Damn airplanes. Even if I dont feel like I have a full regular back workout in me, i'll at least do cardio and some light back work. We'll see, I might feel better by then since i'm not planning on working out till 6pm or so

Well, a couple of tabs of mucinex and ephedrine later, and I'm feeling decent. I may do chest/shoulders tonite instead of back since I forgot straps. a guy here is going to let me borrow his tomorrow

i hate when i forget my straps for back hey dont forget the Vit C and zinc to help with the cold

sucks about the cold bro keep your vitamins up!

I use echinacea and it's been over 5 years since my last illness of any kind but when I used to get a cold I would just take Nyquil and Dayquil and soldier through and I hardly noticed I had a cold. Like I said it's been awhile so maybe there are better remedies out there.

ok, today I overdid it. did chest/shoulders/tris, which was just a bit too much. mostly that I'm not sure how good of a tricep workout I got, because when I got to them my strength was way down vs doing them a separate day. Hard to tell really. anyhow

db flat press 90x6-95x4-90x3
incline press 165x6x4x3-145x5
dips bwx5x3x1 (almost fell off on the last one)
military press 115x6x4-95x4
upright rows 125x6-135x4x4
lateral raises 40x6x6
cg bench press 110x5x4x4
skull crushers 70x4x4x3
single arm overhead extension 30x4-25x6

and a half hour of cardio at the end

hopefully the one person at the client's office remembers to bring in a pair of his straps like I asked, so i can do back tomorrow. otherwise, i'm really not going to be able to do rack pulls at the 4-6 rep range, as it will slide straight out of my hand. Not so much a direct issue of grip strength so much as I have thumb arthritis.... oh well. we'll see tomorrow.

Looking good in the mirror. Whats funny is that it seems like the fat at the bottom of my abs is disappearing, but at the same time the upper abs are a hair more blurry. Probably real fat loss + water retention i'm guessing. Strength has gone up a decent bit while on chlorathoxy so far. I'm getting pretty close to PRs that I set while a good 30+lbs heavier, and also doing them basically fasted now while when I originally hit those PRs it was after eating a carb heavy breakfast.

nice to hear the chlorothoxy is kicking in!

i hear ya on the chest/shoulders/tris. i tried doing that too for the last month and now switched back to hitting each muscle on their own day and i'm waaaay stronger

back today, and bis. The dude brought me in some makeshift straps made from a cotton belt, and they didn't work worth a crap. a guy at the gym loaned me his, but they were beat up too. I guess i'm just too used to the versagripss. anyhow...

rack pulls 405x2x2-365x6x5 - even with the straps, i couldn't keep a hold of the 405. i'm sure I could with the versagripps
bent over row - 225x3-185x6x6
chinups bwx6x5x4
cg seated row 210x6-225x5x4
barbell curl 115x5-105x6x6
preacher curl 95x7-115x0-105x4-95x5
hammer curl 50x6x5

weights were up on everything, was quite nice. did an hour on the elliptical with heartrate around 150 afterwards.

I've noticed that too, and also the way some shirts fit have changed. its surprising, with only a 3-4 pound gain. but looks good!

This compound is really easy to run, and puts on gains that you are surprised to see it seems. It's freaking sneaky, lol

Glad to hear your feeling better E.

Great pics man!!

thanks! actually i'm not really feeling better, still hacking up pieces of lung, but just manning up thru it.

Oh and since I forgot to say it (was late when I was typing that and I was beat) the rack pull, bent over row, cg seated row, barbell curl and preacher curl were all PRs. I never managed 225 on the seated row even when I was bulking and up near 230lbs

Seems to have kicked in a bit sooner than normal now we're about to see how strong it is... so far so good.

legs today. this sucked is all I have to say :D finishing my full mon-fri workout set in mon-wed was too much for me. I probably should have at least taken today off, then done legs tomorrow. But one of the guys at the client I am visiting wanted to go out to dinner at a wild game restaurant tomorrow, so that will kill the evening :) anyhow

squats 195x5-245x0-215x4x2
leg press 720x4x4x5 - this was a heavier sled than my club has, a 2 bars per side one.
single leg extensions - 110x5x6 man are the one legged ones hard
lying leg curl 150x4-140x3-125x4 lower back hurt on this
straight leg deadlift 155x6-175x3 could have easily done 6, but my grip kept slipping. I gotta make sure I bring my versagripps every trip

was decent overall. stopped at the organic store, picked up 3/4 lb of terriyaki cedar plank salmon, some quinoa salad, some grain "cakes" (like a mix of lentils, couscous, etc) and some quinoa salad. oh and 2 beers :D

only 2 beers ?

Gotta love micro brews and custom beers.... That's what I miss most about drinking, having a new crisp cold beer or having one with a nice out to eat meal...... But I seriously spent over 3000 dollars last year @ bevmo.... That'd the part I miss least....

also it was a huge contributing factor to my weight gain and staying out of the gym so long.... So glad that part of my life is behind me and using the much healthier therapy I love again to keep my head right.

Abstract
Background: research has reliably demonstrated cardioprotection from regular alcohol use. Heavy episodic drinking (HED), however, negates these beneficial effects and increases the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD). The impact of age on the health effects of episodic drinking has not been evaluated.
Objective: to examine the association between alcohol volume and pattern of consumption on the risk of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality across the lifespan.
Design and Setting: prospective, community-based cohort study of adults in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Subjects: a total of 1,154 participants (580 men and 574 women) aged 18–64 surveyed at baseline (1990–91) on alcohol consumption levels and pattern of use.
Methods: usual alcohol consumption was measured using a quantity–frequency approach. HED was estimated by asking participants how often they consumed eight or more drinks in one sitting in the past year. Questions were asked separately for wine, beer and spirits. Surveillance for cardiovascular events was conducted for 10 years (i.e. up to age 74 years). Diagnoses of CVD were obtained via health utilization records. Cox proportional hazard models were derived for both genders and for ‘young adults’ (baseline age 18–34), ‘middle-aged adults’ (baseline age 35–49) and ‘older adults’ (baseline 50–64). Models were adjusted for marital status, cigarette smoking status and educational level.
Results: Reduced risk of CVD was associated with usual consumption, whereas an increased risk was associated with HED. Among male usual drinkers, cardioprotection was afforded only to middle and older age groups. The benefits of regular consumption were seen only in the youngest age group among women. The heaviest usual consumption category was associated with a decreased risk of CVD in men. Heavy episodic drinking increased the risk of coronary heart disease in middle-aged men and was marginally significant in middle-aged women. Risk of hypertension was elevated in older men with heavy episodic drinking.
Conclusions: The well-established relationship between regular alcohol consumption and decreased risk of CVD may not become evident until middle age or older in men. Women may benefit from usual consumption at a much younger age. In both sexes, however, these beneficial effects of alcohol use are negated when alcohol is consumed in a heavy episodic drinking pattern, particularly for middle-aged and older men.

Someone get this man another bottle.... LOL jk ....

So just off the top of your head on a scale of 1-10... What would you rate this product...

You only get 20 seconds to think about it lol...

I'd say 7-8. A little early to be totally sure, but virtually no perceived sides, decent weight and strength gains with what seems like fat loss, although a little loss of definition from water retention I think. If I had another bottle, I'd run it. :)

Man that's awesome to hear. And to think a lot of people were doubting the lower dosage on this product. For something to be mild yet effective is all win when it comes to these compounds.

TD can make a difference for sure. I remember running 4AD nothing special then in TD with DMSO ... oh my...:13:

Was just looking back, today makes 2 full weeks on. We'll see how long it goes for, but nice results so far. Today is an off day, going over to the Moose Preserve restaurant for their Roadkill platter :D

Lol, yup, def know it has its benefits.... I prefer to just steer clear of all drinking period. Extra money I just don't have that can but a meal or two and I trend to have an addictive personality.... Usually go from occasional to all the time.

Definitely love this td carrier myself, never had anything like it and would be interested to see how it would work with compounds like 4-ad that we know how effective they are in another carrier.

Still I'm looking forward to how your future deca run treats you!

Dinner was.....
Buffalo barley soup
Wild boar sausage
Roasted quail
Venison kabob
Wild rice
Corn
A fried pastry dealio, sort of like a funnel cake

Man was that good.

I was reading your dinner list and got to corn. I was like, CORN, wtf?

It just doesn't fit into the rest of meal. You could have at least put a spin on it:

Yeah, I have an assortment of interesting powders, but didn't like original penetrate as a carrier.

It looks like original penetrate is out the window actually.... That stuff was really oily....

The penetrate out now is actually one and the same with Primordial's carrier, check the patent number ;). Its not that bad imo but this stuff really does trump all as far as ease of application and how quickly it dries.... Really wish we could get a head to head to see which is the best in actually getting more active to transfer....

yeah, i saw that when it happened. i haven't tried anything with pp's carrier other than old sustain, and dermatherm target. neither was bad, but nothing like the way the chlorathoxy carrier is

Well Im def interested in trying the carrier out. Def like the idea of it drying quick especially when on the go.

Yeah for sure. Today I was at 194, and am the most vascular I've ever been. It's a pity it looks like it won't make more than a few more days. I've got the turinabol-lv here to start the day it runs dry though :)
