First of all you lookin Lean and mean man! Buffed out, great job.
I have a quick question: Because I am a P/H newb, I am wondering--Why do people talk bout all the P/H cycles they have run, or say things like "cant wait to run this again"? I dont get it, If you keep what you get why do people need to do multiple cycles?? Some guys on this baord seem to sound like they have done 3 or more diff ones. Shouldnt they be huge??
Reason i ask is I am kinda worried that after PCT is over, ever so slowly over the months I will lose it all. That must be the case or why would people always be looking at another cycle?

well, picture you start at 5'10" 170lbs. You do a cycle, get up to 185, end of pct down to 181. a great cycle. you then cut for summer as some fat was gained, and get down to 176. so after summer you do another bulk cycle, etc. Plus also with many people here life gets in the way. you switch jobs, have a child, break an arm, get tendonitis, etc etc all of which cause losses....

think of it like this man, anabolics could push u pass ur natural limit but your body will want to go back to wats natural,( slower if u train like u did while "on" and eat like it 2)
but say me i weigh 194, take the 1 then im 210 but mi natural limit is 244(estimated) then i am alot better off at mantaining mi gains and continuing to gain till i get to mi natural cap. then when i get 2 244 then i push pass with "help"
also dirk "typical users report 10-15 lb. gains in the first 2-3 weeks"
wat happins week 4 and 5? r the effects just more dramatic?

Wow, your really filling out quickly on this.
I was contemplating running a cycle of this, but not sure what to use for PCT, and still debating whether to use cycle support whilst on this too.
It looks like its only been given a good word so far, will definitly be subbing to most of the logs.

Im also interested in that question Dirk, though I thought you weren't spose to run it past 4 weeks?
PCT- (2nd gear, drive, RPM, igf-2)... or another natty test booster thrown in such as sustain alpha would work great. theres no need for cycle support imo. Get fish oil and a multi-vitamin and you should be alright, i feel no pains or aches.

i thought "the one" didnt need much of a pct because of virtually zero shutdown. Just second gear.... can someone clarify? :type:
After weeks 4 and 5- gains will slow at original dosage, simply b/c your cortisol levels begin to catch up with the increased T levels- this is normal for any compound of this nature- there are ways to circumvent this, but you should probably only run this for about 4-5 weeks anyways......

Yep. I had no luck with SuperCissus. If it's cortisol lowering you're looking for, VitC/LX stack for sure.
I am on Day 26- have gained 14-16 total, even though my activity level the last 10 days has been super high between workouts (b-ball, plylos, weights) and 10-12 hour days in production- got the last video going up in a day or two...
ive been following all the other logs as well.... and they al ar getting strong strength gains, do you think that the muscle codination aspect of the one plays a large part in the strength gains?
wat percentage of muscle cordination do u thinkg comes into play when lifting heavy?
