Cardio/Burn day today. Nothing overly exciting. Did 35 minutes of HIIT elliptical this morning for a 450 Cal burn. I will probably do about another 45 minutes of cardio tonight on the treadmill.
Fast breaker today was 12 oz chicken breast, steamed broccoli, sweet potato, 5 oz plain Greek yogurt, one slice of Layne Nortons cheesecake, and 2 scoops of whey.
Tomorrow I may go for an extended fast with a shorter eating window around 4 hours or so. I will probably drop the cals quite a bit also, and may get abput 1500 or so for the day. This is something I might start doing for the next few Sundays. Its easy for me to do that day, and it is pretty effective for giving a little extra burning on off days. I'm kicking it up just a bit as I head into the last 3-4 weeks of this ride with the hopes that I end up pretty diced by the end!!

I've been trying to eat more fish, but its been mostly tilapia. I know tilapia isn't the best fish to get but the price is right on it in bulk

I'm going to start getting a lot of different fish now that you guys have me thinking about it. My wife did pick up quite a bit of salmon today, so that will be a nice change too

Its actually my favorite lol. The other fishes taste too fishy for me. But Mahi tastes like meat. My dad was a fisherman. And he'd go out on his boat and catch Ahi and Mahi quite often so those are my favorites.![]()

Paleo and Primal are both good ways to eat. I prefer Primal, but honestly on cycle I have to some grains because my whole body is in overdrive, but I assure you I could eat salmon every night and still get lean as a mofo.

i think im not big on it because it seems like everythime i have it, somehow its overcooked... it definitely can taste like meat... honestly, i like lobster the most =) who doesn't though right?? =)
Rick is quite a bit lighter than me and I did DB Military for the first time in a long time today. Been sticking with the BB for my shoulder, but I pushed it.
I used to be able to push the bills for at least 4 or 5 reps. Guess I lost my touch, I only got the 100s twice, surrendered to the 85s and got 8 and then 7. That says a lot about how strong Rick is honestly.
I had just finished my deads for the day though just to be completely far. 135x10, 225x20, 315x15, 365x10.
The last set of deads almost killed me, but I managed to crawl over to the dumb bells and toss the bills up a few times before I was so beet red in the face it look like I was on gear....or am I on gear....huh, my log starts MONDAY!!!

its all good man... and everyone has their own opinion on this... for straight cutting, i just have always had much better luck with white fish and when i cut out salmon i notice a big difference...

Well, as promised these are the pics....I'm pretty happy with them for the most part. They are still not perfect, and I have to play with lighting and stuff a little more. You can see how good they are coming in on my lats and across the back. I know I've never been this lean and I am thinking I have to be real close to 7% now. I was 168 this morning, so thats about 6 lbs heavier and about 1% bodyfat leaner than my best during the summer!!
I have to say that in 4 weeks, I have made very similar progress and just as good as a mild methyl cycle. These SARMS are excellent for this type of goal in a recomp and where I think they really shine. I dont know that they would be as good in a bulk, but they have helped me to hold onto every bit of muscle and build a little more while cutting up incredibly. I cant complain about that!!
The differences are coming so fast now, that in two weeks when I take pics again it could be ridiculous. When you get this low in bodyfat, very small changes in bodyfat of even a tenth or two of a percent look like big changes!! I'm enjoying myself right now!!

The veins in my back are pretty nuts, but very hard to see in pics. Last cycle I logged, I had somebody take a YouTube video of me doing cable lateral and front raises. It was easy to see at that point. What about a video like that, taken from the back so you can protect your identity??

I can get lower bf% to see all my abs and still hold some lower back fat... its a toughy for me.
Just gets me all the more excited for the next cut though... Ive added a LOT of mass to my back recently and Im really excited to see what Im working with.
