Yes....I've ran Ostarine solo as well as S4. I've had good gains on them separately, but together there is a definite big enhancement. I almost feel "on" with them stacked :sgrin:

You get what you pay for on SARMS for sure. Its hard to say what is in some of the lesser known companies stuff.

Yeh....my rest periods are generally pretty short. Most of the time its around 60 seconds and no more than 90 seconds between sets

Yah I try to keep it short as possible, but when I am getting to really heavy low reps I have to take it closer to 2 minutes but not over.
 
Well.....let me start by saying that today was the most incredible workout I've had in months....literally. I mean even better than any day I had during my last cycle even. Everything was great. I looked better than I ever have in size as well as looking shredded and vascular as hell. Then comes the performance....I had insane endurance today. I mean it was almost like I couldn't get tired, and that's saying a lot on Quad day! I hit some very big and nice PRs too. These were the biggest strength gains I've seen since last cycle, and were right on par with those. I am not sure why the big strength gains are coming now, and this late in the game, but I am not complaining!! I absolutely killed it, and I have a huge smile only face today :D

The only negative I have to report is that the vision sides are more than normal today, but I am at the end of my 5 days on S4 getting ready to enter my 2 days off of it. It usually is a little higher towards the end of the week but today seems the highest its ever been. Not a big deal to me though....I'm confident it will be gone by tomorrow afternoon since I don't dose tomorrow...

I'm going to try and fill up a bit today and Carb up for the weekend. Morning weight should be up around 168ish by tomorrow ;)

2 things are overwhelmingly signicant here....

1) The number of records set, means there is signicant overall strength gain.
2) The types of exercises that the records are being set are very good execises for landmark comparison, leaving little doubt about signgicant strength increase.

I am going to add in a 3rd, all I have to do is look at what is going on here with your physique and I know that the results you are getting are genuine and partially due to the supplementation.

In short I am sold :)

I think you would be very happy running these if used for the same goal. They didn't shine as brightly (but still good) ran solo, and during a bulk....but stacked for recomp or cutting is awesome. I'm totally amazed at their ability in an overall caloric defecit right on par with a lot of toxic and highly suppressive anabolics ;)

Yah it's what I have been looking for, I don't mind biting the bullet during PCT and there is some residual there as well, but that 8 weeks afterwards I want to have something to tide me over... The longer we keep our gains the better. Your approach has been perfect and I find myself with a similar opporotunity now that I am in control of my off season weight.

Thanks a lot guys. The last 6 weeks or so have been great and a lot better than I expected! If I were to end today, I would be ecstatic at my results, and I still have a couple weeks or so left! :D
 
Wow, ok, SARMs are the future. With the results im seeing, and experiencing myself, i see no reason why i should nuke my liver with oral aas anymore.

I hope ntbm is working on designer SARMs, once the pharmaceutical clones are cracked down on....

Or, perhaps we will be able to easily buy SARMs for our lab rats indefinitely. Thatd be cool.

Im still going to run patents on Ostarinodrol and S4bolan :)

I think SARMS are definitely a big part of the future in muscle building anabolics.

The next time I run these two compounds I may try out about a month longer and go for around 10-12 weeks. The gains are slow and steady and don't seem to diminish, so I'm thinking the longer cycle of them may be something good to try out after my summer cycle ;)
 
Cardio/burn today. My endurance seems to have gone through the roof just like my workout from yesterday. I had a huge burn on the treadmill at home. I went for 75 minutes total which consisted of about 40 minutes jogging and 35 minutes of incline walking. I ran almost the entire 40 minutes at 8 MPH and could have went faster. This is a personal best for me, and I had 5 miles in without stopping in no time!

Walked another 2 miles on incline that gave me a monstrous burn today of 1150 Cal's :D

Yesterdays Carb up put me back to 168 this morning. I looked to be retaining a little bit of bloat but not much. It will all be cleaned up some this weekend, especially Sunday

Its my wife's 40th birthday today, so I'm taking her out for some dinner and drinks, so the diet will go off course today, but will be back to business tomorrow ;)
 
Really enjoying this log rick. I did a 45 minute lecture in undergrad on SARMs. It's nice to see that everything I researched and lectured on has some merit. Wish I could have used this log as an example though, Haha.

I'm glad you are enjoying it man. SARMS are fairly new for bodybuilding purposes bit have been around for a while. They really are underrated for what they are capable of doing, but I think people are coming around and seeing just how useful they can be. Nontoxic and minimally suppressive are big pluses alone on top of the fact that you can rum them for much longer than oral anabolics make them an easy fit for in between cycle use. They will certainly be an in between cycle staple for me anyways ;)

That will give my body 4 full weeks without tren before I try to start my recovery. Last time I used Osta in PCT it was remarkable. I kept most of my gains and didn't gain much fat.

My PCT is going to be pretty mild, but I honestly think its all I need. If I have any shutdown, it isnt noticeable at all anyways. My PCT will be somewhat sponsored by BPS and will be in a new log when the time comes. It is planned to be Endosurge and DAA. Ive heard great things about Endosurge so I have faith that between that and the DAA I will have levels back to norm. I have other stuff I could throw in if needed.

So, SARMS are not hepatotoxic? No trouble for the kidneys either?
