I did hdrol back in Jan-Feb and joints were an issue. Hdrol does not aromatize which if one has has joint issues in the past this can be an issue.

I have used taraxatone xt and it worked but I was already dry and it pulled from my muscle leaving me flat as a pancake. However after a big carb up where spill over is not a concern until post carb clean up it would have been effective.Kleen I'm thinking of utilizing Xtract from Axis Labs after a carb up...have you given that kind of thought?
I am currently running the Natabolic Stack and it is really treating me nicely. I have 2 weeks before starting the SWOLE Stack but I love the SWOLE Stack too. Add the Formadrol into that equation and I am looking at just continuing to make gains, this will be more of a stack extender than a PCT.Good to see the swole stack is doing you good. I have used taraxatone xt and it worked but I was already dry and it pulled from my muscle leaving me flat as a pancake. However after a big carb up where spill over is not a concern until post carb clean up it would have been effective.
My recommendation though would be don't drink too much water during the carb up. Then after your carb up put 2 Cups of Epson salt in the bathtub, get in and run the water as hot as you can stand it and submerge as much of your body and head as you can. Stay in for about 10-15 minutes. Get out towel off and go to sleep. You can aslo wipe down with alchohal and close the pores up so they don't pull any water back in. You will wake up both dry and full. The salt changes the balance of the water so that it pulls water from under your skin while the heat opens the poors and makes you sweat. This is how a lot of fighters cut weight the healthy way and now some body builders are picking up on it. I have done it with great success. Oufinny has tried this as well at my recommendation and had really good results. This way you don't have to worry about a diuretic pulling water out of the organs and what not. The fact you still have carbs digesting and pulling the rest of the subcutaneous water into the muscle helps as well. This is a very effective method and is overnight as opposed to a few days with a diuretic.

I did the bathtub trick Monday night and I was down .6% on Tuesday. still have a little water but I'll be dry by tommorrow no doubt. just was wondering about the xtract, I got a bottle and will devise a way to use it effectively after a carb up.

Amen, I plan on being in such good condition for my next show I won't NEED it at all. I will just be shredded and ready to go on stage. Keep my hydration up the whole time. With a good carb up 2-3 days before the show then right back to my lower carb diet. My entire prep was a practice run for this method and I looked amazing before trying the Taraxatone and sodium crap that flattened me out and dropped so much of my mass out from under me.
Now that I have a better idea where I have to be, I won't have problems either. The less tramatic the better. I thought from my experience with my usual carb refeeds and the ones I cheated quite a bit on that you were carbing up a little early. I wouldn't have been able to hold the fullness that long or keep from spilling over if I tried eating carbs after to maintain it that long. However I figured you had it all timed out for you and didn't want to suggest anything based of of my physiology and mess you up. Wednesday or Thursday will be my carb up for it but it will be cleaner carbs as you mentioned. I will drink lots of water up until the day of the show then sip and begin eating carbs if I need any more. If it is a morning pre judging I will get up early enough to have 4-5 jours early and assess myself and add carbs without minimal water intake at that point wth the help of some GDAs. I am going to run several test runs since I will be low carbing it I won't have any problems using my carb refeeds as practice runs. I can play with 150-400grams of carbs all throughout my next prep. I plan to start it at about 7-8% and 12-14 weeks out so I can coast in slowly with all my muscle intact. However every carb up I do from here forward is going to be a practice run. I will be watching how my body responds, how I can manipulate water with food in the following days after the refeeds. All of that is going into my rolodex of info so there is no guess work the day of the show.

I wasn't able to make it to the gym but I used the Tower2000 I just put the full weight on and went after rows pull downs, presses leg movements and what not until I couldn't move. I found myself on hand and knees gasping a few times I was going so intensely. Just got back up after a few seconds and started again. I was dripping sweat everywhere and in the end I had quite a nice pump. Composition is changing nicely too. Here I am standing relaxed although much furrier than last pics.

Weighted ab work could backfire on you and make those obliques even thicker.
Do unweighted work. Lots of broom twists and unweighted side bends, plus roman chair sit-ups while twisting from side to side. :deal::thumbsup:

You say you did modeling competition. I have had to choice of competing in modeling, I have always felt more comfortable bodybuilding because I am more a bodybuilding type. However, have you ever done any modeling where the magazines paid you?
or have you got a modeling portfolio or a comp card where the people that choose the models can scout you out?

Mine are thick as hell and so much the better when I get cut... but yah enogh is enough for me. I use light weight movements that are still difficult. When I train abs my rule of thumb is if can do it more than 20 times then it's not heavy enough. Even my medicine ball work is done at an extreme decline. I will pre-exhaust with wheel of death if it gets too easy...

She is the best. I am going to have to find that spot in the video where she does the Red Robin commercial it is SOOOOOO CUTE! Last year during my prep she got so used to seeing me posing my side chest and triceps that every picture she took for a while she stood sideways twisted her upper body towards the camera and spiked her calf. It was friggin awesome! She is my biggest fan. The leaner I get the more excited she is to see me flexing. She has been begging me to do a posing practice on video again. I told her I am not quite to that point yet. LOL In her eyes I am though and that is a great feeling. Can you believe I am 1 week away from the end of my Natadrol stack already. I am contemplating starting the Formadrol a little early at a lower dose. However i still have another 1.5 bottles of Nata from the special so I am thinking I may just extend the Nata until I finish the bottles off. Maybe go up to 10 a day.LOL...... I actually never pushed for the modeling although I placed higher in my modeling than I did my bodybuilding due to coming in flat. The most recognition I have is my pics on the cover and interior of the Asteroid Stack manual and the print ads they put out in the magazines. However they got my friggin name wrong... I have been asked on multiple occasions at the gym... "Hey aren't you the guy from the Asteroid Stack manual? Scott Tucker?" or Arent you that guy from the ad in Musclular Development. However I didn't get paid for that I just got some free products for allowing them to use my picture.
I know about the wrong name feeling my last name is Smeton and is an unusual name and throughout my life many have pronounced it wrong,School, appointments,etc seems like the more educated pronounced it right. Its actually pronounced Smee-ton. To spell your name wrong,esp your first name is a huge mistake.
