im laying off the ephedrine and eca stack bc for me to reach that many calories I do need to eat so no stims but the jack3d thats it. Let me know what you think of my diet plan etc. I hope im not overdoing it.

Okay posted a new thread on my new stack and diet recomp. Considering the website u gave me I did the BMR and calculated it. So take a peek at the thread diet and new stack plz help lol. I hope its solid its running 6 meals now not measly 4 or 3 bc Im a big framed guy as u see =)

Yeah I knew something was up with his article. I will do a full search on the logs u mentioned. My doc got delayed again bc he wasnt in. I think hes doing surgery I guess. Its tomorow. Anyways going to run errands. My appetite is slowly comming back. Im just having so much trouble planning my nutrition to do recomp like u suggest.

SO far it looks like this. Mon- chest tris. tues-shoulders traps. wend back bis. thurs legs maybe. friday all arm blowout on tris bis and forearms. Cardio I dunno where to put. 3,000 is what im shooting at. shooting for 250 gr protein.
