4 very cool shots big Kleen!!!!:head:

ya sick pics dude

Thank you Sir!

KLEEN Looking good my friend!!! LOOKING SWOLE!! DAM!!! What are your measurments big man?? your pipes have to be almost 20" hahah

I need to do some. My arms are about 17 flexed right now believe
it or not but they wont get much smaller as I lean out either. Blessings of small joints makes everything look bigger.

^ about what my end-game is.

Don't want to be flex wheeler swole, lol.

BTW your arms look much larger than 17"
Mine were 15", and I don't think my eyes are that bad (read: your arms look twice the size of mine :D)

Yah those are awsome shots, 17 on a guy Chris's size looks like 20 yah, I would probably have to get 19 before I had that look.

This is an awesome gif! Looks like me playing with my boys when they were younger. Okay sometimes now... Much harder to throw down. I have to put enough force into it sometimes I fear I may hurt them, they are just getting so strong and everything is 100% for them they are used to being able to come at me like that.

Speaking of that, I had to laugh my son threw a surprise punch at me this weekend, I instinctively blocked, hand over ear and put the point of my elbow in the path of his punch. Yep you geussed it... right cross into the point of my elbow. I felt the knuckles part on my elbow then the bones of his hand us the blunt force trauma passed though him. LOL Needless to say this caused some jumping around shaking his hand and laughing to fight the pain. No real damage to his hand but he will probably think about it again before he surprise attacks me again. Nah! Probably not he is about to be 16. LOL

Thanks for all of the compliments guys. I was pretty impressed with those to. Thanks Flex for making me go look through the old photos. I get surprised when I see these photos again. I don't remember looking like that. I mean I knew I was looking good but these pics surprise me when I see them.

Schedule changed tomorrow is lift day.

I am excited tomorrow I get to hit the weights. More squatting, should be fun. :food: :food: :food:

Well after looking at those pics I got home and was bored and decided to pull my shirt off in front of the web cam and pop out an Arnold shot as I call it. I just had to see how I looked at it now. Not too bad, a little hairy. Can't wait to see how this looks on me when I am lean. I am still a few lbm up from last year I think. Just a lil though.

Doug, thanks I do like the pose it covers my problem areas really well.

CHUGGA CHUGGA CHUGGA CHUGGA… CHOO CHOO!

All aboard!!!! We are hitting up more weight, & having more fun on the Iron Express! CHOO! CHOO!!

Man I can not tell you how awesome it is to go up in weight pain free on my leg. Doing these one step at a time building strength back while testing the leg farther and farther. I should be putting on muscle by doing these increases semi-slowly. However next week we go 3 wheels per side and will stay there for a little bit. Then cutting out the Hacks and doing partial squats with excess weight for the top 4 inches of the movement. Just building tendon strength up while staying working at 315 for full range squats until I hit 15 with 315 then work up to 365 and work my way up from there until I feel I can do some true strength training on my squats.

So here is how the battle was laid out before me.

Squats - 135x15, 225x10, 275x9, 295x9 - Heading back up in weight. Very excited here not leg pain. Lower back is gaining strength again as well. Reps will start climbing once I get to 315!

Hack Squats - 135x10, 315x10, 315x10 - Machine was fixed YAY!!!! I like Front Squats but wanted to push my legs harder than I can on them. Man my last set I did a close stance and my balls got caught between my thighs mid rep then popped through the inside of my thighs where they were touching HOLY SH*T that was not a good feeling. I think they are now a little more oval than round.

These 2 were super sets also doing DD on these.

Leg Ext. DD - 160x12, 160x12, 170x10 - Beast mode started at 160 and enjoyed it. Lots of work but that is how I like it. Negatives feel great!

Lying Leg Curl DD- 80x12, 95x12, 95x10 - Oh yeah the last too of the last two sets were lowered with both legs as a set extender. May replace these with good mornings so I am still hitting an elongating hamstring movement and not just curls.

Donkey Calve Raise - 310x15, 350x15, 350x10 Last set was a BIA!!!!! Nice burn.

A little update, I started my Receptor yesterday 2 pills.

My recovery is awesome right now. I have had such awesome aggression. My libido has just been well higher than normal and that means I am nonstop horny compared to before I could find at least 5-10 minutes through out the day that I wasn't horny. As you can see my strength is climbing I am gonna kill it tomorrow on upper body and see what I can do there. I am really surprised so far that I have only edged into soreness and have not been full on sore since the first week of starting the stack. Between pSARM, AS-GT, Natadrol, Ghen and HGHpro I have had such great recovery it is mind boggling. I have had some acne issues but not bad just more than normal. Skin always producing extra oil so I have to wipe the bald head more often throughout the day.

Thanks for the compliments on my recent pics guys, I am pretty hard on myself and hearing positive things from you guys helps me have a little more reality based perception of myself. I only see a big dude in the mirror every once in a while. It is an accidental glimpse and then I go "DAMN... I am kind of big." Otherwise this is my body, it doesn't feel big to me. I know tons of guys in the 190-200 range who don't look that big to me so I don't think how much my body differs from theirs. We do have mirrors in our elevators and I am in them all the time being IT. I have just recently noticed how much wider and thicker I am than others when we are leaned against the wall next to one another. LOL I guess it is good I am mostly unaware of my size. Keeps me from being egotistical.

Numbers are climbing nicely bubba. I need to bring these DDs into the equation. They just sound masochistic!!:sgrin:

Finally nailed it 365 x 5 PR

No, thank you, Kleen! Those pics are motivation for me and I really do keep telling myself I'm gonna get there! The feeling is mutual homey!

Man I have missed a lot... Still here with ya bud. Stoked you are starting to feel more like the old Kleen!

Impressive. I see some big legs being made.

Your most likely leaner than a lot of the guys the same weight which makes a huge difference and muscle weighs more than fat.

Your forearms are on point! :fing02: Especially in that triceps shot. Great landscape on the extensors/brachioradialus. Also, in the front lat spread you look like a young 20 year old. In a few of those shots you look like a young college kid. You failed to list hyperbarrick chamber on your support supps list.

Good going on legs Kleen :D I don't feel SO bad about my measly 30lb leg curls now, 10x10... you are going to have some killer quads in a couple months!

The Kleen Machine is back on track!!! This is what I like to hear.

Outstanding workout bro. Way to persevere through all the injuries and come out on top. :clap2:

THREE more PR's in the book!!!

First thanks for the great compliments. LOVE the ones saying I look young Volc!
It does feel good to be back and I love that I have found a good way to lift my arse off and hnot totally kill the elbow. It isn't on point yet. As a matter of fact I decided not to do any bent arm movement today. Still feeling the love a little from dead lifts last week. I may change these to rack deads on the seated shrug machine like I did last time. I think the difference between a neutral grip and the pronated may help. We will see what happens after this next time hitting them up.

Okay here is how it went down.

Cable Crossover 80x12, 120x9, 140x5 PR! >110x5>80x6 140 per side one those was so much fun. I haven't strained like that on chest work in so long.

Straight Arm Lat pull down - 75x12, 125x2 PR!, but too much dropped weight and started immediately with 105x5, 90x8>75x7>60x8 The 125x2 is a PR for weight for sure, I was let down hoping for 5 but it is a PR nonetheless....

Lateral Raise Machine - 70x12, 130x10, 140x8 PR! >100x3>70x2 Holy Crap man! I was shocked I was able to move that for that many reps. On top of that 130x10 was also a PR but I killed it with 140x8 WOOT WOOT!!!!

DB Front raise 40x2>30x8, 32.5x10>25x5>20x6 40lbs was too heavy after blasting the PR's on the last move. I didn't really rest I got up from the other machine walked to the dumbbells and started. So maybe 15-20 seconds rest...

Rear Delt Machine 90x10, 110x10, 120x10>80x7>50x10 and DONESKY!!!

So that is where we are now getting stronger in a lot of lifts. Enjoying the intensity again and making sure not to hurt myself.

RECOVERY ALERT!
Why am I not sore today??? I can "feel" my legs being repaired but soreness NOPE! Recovery is off the fuggin chain right now guys!!!

ill have to give that a try.... ive never done heavy cables its always been a finisher for me

140 x 5 Ehhh

Pretty impresive

you crushed it Kleen!!! man those cable numbers are impressive!!!! but only 1 contest at a time lol

Thanks everyone. Ed I am very big believer in cables for mass. I have always loved to go heavy on cable cross overs. I love the striations from them across the middle and inner chest. It does help it was my only chest move but man it felt great! I may make it my main chest movement instead of rotating and see how much it improves over the course of the log as well as how my chest responds to only that stimulation and some push ups.

The doc gives you the green light to start heavier training again and look what you do!! Be careful bro. I never go that low on reps with isolation movements.
I do NOT want to see you end up re-injuring yourself so soon. Or ever for that matter.
Not chastising......just encouraging you to be safe. :fing02:

No doubt, and I appreciate it.

I have always gone heavy on the cross overs but I wont be going up on that for a good bit. Just work my way up the reps I may even go back to 130 and see if I can hit in the 8 range. These particular moves don't really effect my elbow and are all I have to get my mass on there with them. However, my intention was not to get in those low rep ranges. I was hoping for 6-8 on that. Now the 125 on straight arm pull downs was just a gross under-estimation of the weight. LOL I won't be attempting that one again for a little while. lol

The front raises I can normally hit about 6-8 with the 40 lbs, but I couldn't because they were toast from the heavy lateral raises before. I could have done it that way with Body English but in all of these isolation moves I use deliberate and controlled movement with strict form just to be careful. That is why I dropped the weight down on those to keep strict form. Although admittedly I did bend my arms a little more than normal on the last 2 reps of the 140 but still with in what anyone would say is good form and better form than most people start out with.

However I see what you mean, looking at it from a safety stand point most people do not lift heavy on isolation exercises. Yet I wouldn't consider crossovers a true isolation exercise. It may not be compound joint movement but it definitely involves multiple muscle groups. Not only chest but biceps, shoulders, hip flexors, and abs, heck the entire core are all heavily active during them.

Heavy cable work has been something I have added in for years. Every once in a while I will make an entire day each week of a program about just heavy cable work and go buck wild. I honestly don't know that the joints are in any more of a disadvantage than in a compound movement. The weight is often limited by the strength of that single joint. I think people have just gotten into the mindset you go heavy on compound lifts and lighter on ISO. Kind of like everyone used to think high reps were best for cutting. I think lower reps heavier weight and less rest is best for keeping muscle during a cut. I have gotten a good amount of muscle from this in the past and so far my only injuries have come from compound lifts.

However when I do any pressing or pulling with arms you will see more of the caution because it directly effects the elbow joint where the issue is. Like I said you won't see me go up in weight on the CC until I get to 8-10, the Pull downs we will see, I am still trying to find my weight to work with. 125 was NOT it. LOL My shoulders are just depending on how toasted they are by then and what I can do with good form on that particular day.

I'm a huge fan of the cables too. I actually like grabbing the rubber stopper ball with and overhand grip rather than the single hand bar, it seems to get a way stronger contraction especially in the center. I do the same for rear delts on the crossovers.

The DOMSasaurus Rex in da house!

Well guys, I was able to bust through the crazy recovery that I have had and my chest is sore today. Inner forearms as well. Everything else is good to go. At one point last night I felt a tiny bit of soreness in my legs but it went away. I know I pushed hard so this means recovery is high. I can understand whymy chest is sore though, and I LOVE IT!!!! I bet it will be fine by tomorrow heck maybe even later tonight as quick as recovery has been of late.

The more attention to diet and getting in my cardio is already starting to show the fruits of my labor. My stomach is coming down. I think I am barbecuing for Father's Day, I will probably make that a meat and veggies day. Heck I may even have a few beers or more likely some Crown and Pepsi Max. I will be having a cigar and I have talked my wife into buying me a used mid quality bicycle, something not over $200 but was in the 350-500 range when new. Something I won't tear apart. I go through a huffy or schwin like a weed whacker through San Augustine grass.

Once I have the bike, it will be my main source of cardio. I will keep riding and training so I can do the MS 150 next year which is actually like 172 miles. Nothing better than riding 15-20 MPH outside with the wind in your face and actually going somewhere. Responding to things around you instead of plugging away on a piece of equipment that NEVER moves. I have a place I already measured that is 11.5 miles, I will start on that one in the mornings. I am very excited, I grew up riding bike and would go for distances all the time. Not sure what kind it will be. I will probably get a hybrid so I can be a little rougher on it than I could a road bike.

Anybody have any recommendations or is someone is local to Houston and has such a bike not getting used let me know.

I think people have just gotten into the mindset you go heavy on compound lifts and lighter on ISO..

I think you know from my old logs that I love heavy cable work and isolation moves as well. I just keep the reps in the 8-15 rep range. But very heavy.

I'm so very glad that you're feeling better and are eager to smash the heavy iron again my Warrior-Brother!!!!
