Well i hoped on the bench for the first time in probably 6 months. I tried incline, and started low just to guage how far i could go up to with out putting strain on my shoulder. It actually felt pretty good, even though i was doing small weight. By the time i got to my last set i could definitely feel it though.

I don't know how helpful my workouts are for chest, it feels pretty good but they're not really mass building. Hopefully it will be a change of pase for my body and maybe something good will come of it. My main goal before was to work around my shoulder, but now i guess i am going to try and build it up if i can to help my problem.


Soooo i guess it's time to start force feeding myself. I pretty much have been eatting as i please, with a little extra protein in my diet. But i haven't really gained any weight, so im going back to forcing myself to eat all day long. I will cut back if i start to see much fat gain...
 
Tomorrow is beginning of week 3 by the way. Day 15. If this **** doesn't want to kick in, im forcing it to kick with with force feeding.

And i will still have Abs when im done with this cycle lol.
 
Keep at it man! Not only counting the days of the cycle but the days to go home! It should start kicking in for you anytime now i would think. Congrats on the engagement.

if i had some need2slin and a vial of ghrp6 next to me i could probably eat 5 dozen eggs, 5 lbs of bacon, 2 loaves of bread and gallon of chocolate milk

hahaha yeah man right after i started my cycle i fell in the random 10% and started freaking out even though i know the process of testing for steroids...still always going to make me worried even though i saved the regs onto my desktop so i can always have them on hand

Tom told me the other day "There's a reason i'm 220lbs" And i've been realizing there's a reason im not! but im trying lol. I almost feel sick when i have to force myself to eat more than i want to, but i just gotta get used to it again. I bulked up about 7 pounds the month before i started katana, and it feels like i've solidified it. Round 2.


To do deadlifts today or not, that is the question. I have to take a PT test in less than a week, and if my back is sore, it all comes out and makes running suck ass.

Not a bad workout. Something came over me and i got pretty exhausted as i got to my pulldowns. I could of/should of done a little more but i was kind of exhausted. I got a pretty good pump all around, and i think i got a good deadlift workout, with out straining my back. I didn't jerk around my deadlift like sometimes i have to.

Workout is over though, and now it's time to grow. Back to eatting something every 30 minutes!
 
i'd be majorly impressed if you got fat eating clean.
 
Deadlifting didn't turn out to be the best idea. Last night i had to move a bunch of heavy ****, packing up here. My back was/is soo sore... lol oh well.

Today will be filled with eatting and taking a nap. They don't like to afford me as much sleep anymore, so im gonna start taking more naps at work.

Also, i think i've come to notice that all my other muscles have out grown my chest. For months i haven't been able to lift with the intensity that i have blasted all my other muscles. My back is wider, my traps are getting taller, my arms are getting bigger, but my chest still looks like it did a long time ago.

I need to figure out how to up my chest workout intensity with out straining my weak shoulder.
 
Try adding Static contractions or Negative reps after your last set of preferred chest exercise. That shizz always does it for me :D
 
I will look into those fundoc. Not really sure how i can do heavy negatives with out hurting myself though. Always open to suggestions though.

Alright, so far HCGenerate on cycle is more than over powering the shutdown effects of helladrol. About the time HCgenerate runs out, i will be about to start my PCT.

New plan for PCT - Triazole, PhytoSerm-347

And i doubt i will need it, but after cycle i will make this call, i have a bottle of Perform. I have a feeling my libido will already be sky high with my pct though.

Seeing how this week treats me, i am considering bumping it to 125mg since i am only running 5 weeks. Or does this sound crazy? So far no sides, no signs of shutdown.

Well, no sides other than possible lethargy. But i've always been king of taking naps so it's hard to tell.

Nothing serious to report still. I gotta keep up the higher calories. No significant strength, but i think im still keeping up my katana strength which came on very quickly. Still hoping for more out of Helladrol, i think im doing everything right! I'm going to get serious about more protein as well. As a note, last time i ran P-mag i didn't get much of any results. Maybe this type of compound i don't respond well too, but im dosing it higher.

****ty lack of sleep the last 3 days, but working 16-18 hour days is over with for now. Back to 12 haha...

Hopefully i have enough to kill it with legs today. Not sure if im going to out do my last week workout. One note, my lower back recovered in a matter of a couple days, instead of what normally is a week after an intense workout. I feel like i could rep out some SLDLs today for legs if i wanted, but im gonna take it easy!

JK man listen to your body last thing you want is a preventable injury or to aggrevate it further before it fully healed. Good work so far man. I like them numbers on those upright rows, ive never done wide grip though. How much difference is there in the weight you can do vs. close grip?

Lol i wish i could man up, but my lower back is very prone to soreness. I got the ache just from my squats so i didn't really have much choice but no straight legs.

I will try close grip next time. I always thought wide grip were easier on your shoulder, and lose prone to hurting yourself so i've stuck with them. Won't hurt to give close grip a try though, i will report back next shoulder day lol.

Wasn't feeling great this workout. You know you're not quiet into it when the bar is hurting your back. You don't even notice that sh1t when you're pumped up to do squats. I pushed out some pretty good reps regardless so it's okay.

I just gotta keep eatting and hopfully i grow some. Every pound i gain is an all time high weight for me, so it makes me happy to see the scale go up!

Time to drink my protein shake with a banana and some chashews :)
 
I heard people make fun of NOX edge and didn't know what it was. Then i saw it advertised with "The Situation" on facebook so i googled it.

NOX EDGE got me forgetting to put on shirts when i leave the house and got my pants droppin' every night. The only side effects : massive amounts of blood pumpin, massive amounts of girls gone wild action when taking as directed! Got chicks swearin theyre water breaks when u walk by. Getting settled right now though and ready to get back in it, monday will be my first day back. Lost about 10 lbs from all the travel, but should be able to put it back on fairly quick. I was at 189 the day I left Iraq lol.

Not happy with the workout. I wanted to include my exercises and sets. bleh. Also took a Ibuprofen pre workout because of a headache.

Not too much to report. Weight is slowly climbing between being mid week 3 and doing my best to crunch in as many calories as i can.

I've started to hate chest day. Still trying to find exercises that will help me build size with my shoulder hurting me. Today i had a weird burning in my delt, of the shoulder that normally hurts. I attempted small range bench, no go. I also was going to rely on my never fail dips, no-go... bullcrap! Oh well, hopefully next week i can do better.

This week i've started to get a little more aching in my balls. No suprise, i'm almost 50 days into my over all cycle. Libido is still up, and over all feel pretty good. Still feel alpha male in the gym, although chest day still erks me.
 
Hey bud, that sucks to hear about the shoulder problems..... Like you said that can really ruin a chest day..

Thank you, kind sirs. It really hasn't hit me mentally like this until recently because it seems like the rest of my muscle are out growing my chest. It was a different feeling in my shoulder that slowed my roll today so hopfully it will be gone by next week. I think the cable cross overs are what caused it, so maybe i will put those later in my routine. We will see.
 
Ate too much pizza today. Gonna have to kill some tuna and wash it down with protein shakes today.

Taking a nutrition day today :)
