I had erase as my planned PCT, but i actually decided to bridge into Helladrol (halo). Katana is an outstanding strength anabolic. It puts stano and MMv3 to bed. It really is a "recomp monster", i hardly altered my diet, and most days i went over on carbs to the point i would be putting on fat. it just lead to serious pumps. I did ZERO cardio, none. If i cut carbs a bit, and did cardio, i would be a sick son of a bitch right now lol.

On taking erase on cycle: Towards the end of my cycle, i started to get itchy nipples. Nothing too serious and i wasn't too worried, but i decided to be safe since not too many people have run this clone at high dose, or atleast documented it. I actually have a buddy who is coming off P-stanz (another fura clone) and he finished his cycle at 450mg. He said begining his PCT he had itchy nips at 2 caps Inhibit-e a day, so he just upped it to 3 caps. I offered to sell him my erase if he needed it.

Went into leg day today with still a lingering soreness in my back. It didn't really affect my squats until i wanted to rep out my last set, that didn't really work. I had to take my SLDLs light as well, which i hate. Then finally i did front squats for the first in probably 4 years, so i was just kind of trying to get used to them. To be honest i didn't even really feel it in my quads until i was doing situps with my feet under a bar...

Not a very impressive workout, but a workout none the less. I should probably need to easy up on the deadlifts to give my back more recooperation time. I tell myself that a lot but i get pretty ambitious and want to deadlift often.

I have a slight guess that my weight drop has something to do with either 1, was holding onto weight from katana, or 2, estrogen related.

I think i am on day 5 from hella, i'm just continuing on here. I will have begining, post katana, and post Hella pics, and another helladrol review.

For those of you who are concerned with my semen production, it seems that after 35 days on cycle, my production must be down.

Today was day 2 on HCGenerate. I will report further findings with further developments.

It is of most importance that i do not show signs of disfunction after this cycle. At all cost must Mr Pinkshaft be in working order.
 
I just recently starting doing front squats again, I'm loving them.. What grip are you using on them mate?
 
I rest the bar on the front of my shoulders and grab with the opposite hand just inside the shoulder.

I haven't really looked into different ways to do it, that just seemed the most comfortable.

Chest day has gone from my favorite workout day to probably my least favorite. I can't push myself to get stronger, so i can only work out in a body building aspect. It's about the only way i can work around my shoulder pain. On a normal day, i can work around it just fine, but my numbers are still complete crap since i've stoped benching.

Other than that, pretty good workout day. It works alright when i keep mostly isolation exercises in my day. Just doesn't help much for strength increase. Also free weight flys feel like they tear at my shoulder, so heavy DB flys are out of the question.

I still enjoy a good tricep day at the end of chest workout. I tried a wider bar on dips that allowed me to hit more lower chest and not be limited by my triceps. I think i need to get a weight belt next chest day and see how that goes.

As far as the helladrol, it might be starting to kick in, only been 3 days on 100mg. Time will tell where it will take me though :)
 
Well me and my girl finally made up. I tricked her and told her i stoped working out because she was my motivation and i lost her, and since i lost so much muscle being lazy i didnt want to workout anymore. She almost acted like she wanted to leave me again lol...
 
I've never bridged two PH's but it looks interesting. Are you taking anything for your shoulder ?

I kind of ran them backwards, atleast in broscience theory 101. Bridging is better when you run harsh compounds for a few weeks, and then you finish off with a lighter compound to extend your cycle longer.

I, on the other hand, was running katana, and wanted more lol. Don't get me wrong, katana was great, but now that im cut, i want some LBM!!!

Nah, im not really taking anything for my shoulder. I was taking USPlabs Cissus, but i think when it felt better, i just pushed myself and actually did more damage. I also ordered some Animal Flex and when it arrived every gelcap in the who tin was busted lol... So other than about 10g of fish oil a day, im learning to work around my shoulder. I actually went on a 3 week break in july, and my shoulder almost felt 100% better. So that's promising atleast.

Correction* Bro Science theory 101 would suggest stacking, and possibly extending out Katana with Halo, due to Katana being a Fura clone aka non-methyl

On my earlier front squat grip question, I also use the cross hand grip BUT apparently using a clean grip is preferrable, if somewhat unnatural feeling

Back day with out Deadlifts just isn't quite back day. Anyways, still a little achey in the back, kind of weird, so i'm taking another week off deads. Hopefully i will be ready to rip roar next week.

Today i got fired up at work, it's bull**** but it all got straightened out at the end. All is good, not sure if Helladrol is kickin up my temper a little bit though lol.

I had shoulder issues a month or so ago had to completly nix the DB presses for a few weeks and shoulder work for about a week. started mega dosing fishoil and joint support. I reevaluted my form on bench and realized it was slightly off, i adjusted it and havent looked back since man. Hopefully you can push through it like i was able to and come back stronger.

My shoulder has been a lingering injury since a max attempt in high school. I probably need surgery if i ever want it fixed for good. When i take breaks from lifting it pretty much goes into hiding though. So i think for now i will continue to try to lift around it, and a little more body building chest routine. :)
 
I would tell you why my forearms are meaty, but a year in afghanistan says it all :lol::lol:

Well im gonna do shoulders and traps after work. I hate working out after work, too close to bed and i can't use Pre workouts if i want to sleep and be up for work the next day. Will post workout before bed though!

This was a very simple, quick workout. I actually felt pretty good about the simple idea i had. Hands down one of the better workouts i have gotten in a while. Two great exercises performed until burnt. Started heavy, then worked the muscles with reps. I still and feeling sore from my chest and back day, but i will probably get sore from this tomorrow as well.

Sometimes work makes it hard to hit all my calories, but im doing my best to get everything in. Today im sure i went way over on carbs actually. Might not be such a bad thing though, i just dont want to mistake a gut for LBM after this katana cycle.

It seems that my bridge from katana in hella worked pretty good, no strenght loss or anything, although i wasn't suspecting anything really even if i flat out dropped katana. Hopfully i will start seeing my numbers go up weekly with Helladrol. Obviously my diet is going to be just as important as the halo itself. I get the feeling im going to start picking up weight this week, just hope it's mostly clean :)

I failed at benching 300 one time when I was 18 and carried my shoulder injury for roughly untill about 3 months ago, it slowly started going away as I put more mass on my chest, It would bother me everytime I would bench anything over 220 ish

I ran a bottle of cissus and started doing more push ups at different angles to help build more tissue around my collar area

eventually the pain disapeared + the cissus took away my wrist pains brah

Pretty solid workout today. Nothing to complain about with my new Personal record. Had a little frustration built up i had to get out in the gym haha...

I'm kind of deperate to get rid of my marsh mellow legs and get some definition so im trying to mix it up a bit. I did a quick superset of curls and extensions that got my legs pretty burnt, then jumped right into the stair stepper. I might start on the stair stepper more often, i need a little cardio in my routine heh...

Edit* that looks like the shortest workout ever, lol. Really it wasn't as bad as it looks.
 
MARSHMALLOW LEGS? 315lbs for 12 reps followed by an additional 9 is pretty sick in my book! Ive got little tiny bird legs always have and well honestly probably always will. But for sure good work on them squats man!
 
Damn, that's a big lift man. Haven't dead'd in almost 2 weeks except some light straight legs :(


Im packin up my room to move to different housing and i tried on my old civilian clothes. It's a good feeling to grow over a year :) Couple more months and i will be squeezing into them like a hooker into skinny jeans
