I know i said i was leaving, but that was last night for me, and now it's morning time and i am about to jet.

A quick note, i've had a couple days with slight itchyness in the nipples at times. Not sure exactly what is going on, but i've decided to dose Erase at 1 cap a day. I have felt slightly dried out from the katana anyways. If i feel to be drying up more, or my libido plummets i will drop the Erase. Also when i start the helladrol i will reevaluate.

Anyone have any comment on my Erase on katana? Am i being premature about things? It probably sounds silly but i don't think very many people have used it at the dose i am running it at.

Also, when i start my hella i should be about off Katana and i will post pictures with a half cycle review. Halo normally takes a few weeks to kick in anyways, so any results from katana probably aren't going to be skewed.
 
You'll probly be very dry when you add the Erase. I wouldn't do it while on Katana, but that's just me..
 
Yeah i see where you are coming from. If anything my natural production is still up so erase shouldn't hurt anything. Hasn't seem to become problematic yet.

Can't wait to get back to my base and get my ass back in the gym.
 
Day 29

177lbs (-3.0)

Well... i did squats and deadlifts. It was a fasted workout, first thing in the morning. I didn't have a lot of energy so it kind of killed it for me. Also down 3 pounds because i couldn't eat as much as i usually do while i was out being a soldier. That, and the katana was doing it's job.

Also, i attempted 455 Deadlift today. I didn't quite get it, i should of though. I had a good little audiance, but i was in the zone. Finished off with some straight legs after my failed attempt, some calves and i walked home with my protein smoothie.

Oh yeah, Tomorrow is Day 1 for Helladrol :) - 4 days left of Katana
 
Okay i've pondered it for a while, and it's hard with all these pills looking the same!

I will take 50mg of hella pre-breakfast for the next 4 or 5 days until my katana cycle is over. At which point i will move to 25mg pre breakfast, and 50mg pre workout of hella.

Sound like a decent plan?

Didn't have a whole lot of energy today. Actually woke up from a 4 hour nap (while i was at work lol) and realized it was time to go to the gym if i was going to go (during work lol). My WO partner was being a fatass and didn't feel like going, i don't know why, first time in months. I guess i can't hold that against him.

Did a semi-unmotivated chest workout unfortunetly. I stayed away from compound movements because my shoulder seems to be getting worse. I hate doing just iso-chest movements, but maybe a couple of weeks won't be bad for me. BW dips is about the only compound i can get away with.

Not much else goin on. Almost done with my katana, and i am definitely looking better in the mirror. Numbers are up, and hopefully continue with my bridge into Helladrol.

In another day or two i will post up Post-Katana pictures, so i will of only been on Katana for about 3 or 4 days. Not long enough to make a visable difference.

you mean helladrol, no? i'm interested in seeing how much you changed since your weight has stayed about the same.

That's exactly right, i've been on Katana for about a month and i haven't changed my weight hardly any. The results are pretty noticeable to me, hopefully pictures will do justice.

Not a bad workout today. Again i wasn't feeling it, i guess i am still trying to get my schedule straight. Not a bad workout though, my back was a little sore so i wasn't going to do any rack pulls or deadlifts, but i kind of changed my mind half way through. I didn't bring my straps so i can't really go above 315 for reps or the grip won't hold.

I don't know, it might be because of all the back workout ive did prior but i was pissed my concentration curls were only at 45. It's bull****. Anyways, im going to start working on my bicep strength lol. I sat at a flat bench so i could watch a cute little girl in some vibram 5 fingers, and i looked like a total bitch curling 45s haha.
 
Dude I totally understand. My Biceps take a beating on Back day too and I always do bis after back and they are half spent.
 
Sweet, I can't wait for H-drol to kick in. I'd like to see how this treats you because I'm gonna run it a 2nd time and I think you said you've used it b4 so I'd like to know how powerfull it is the 2nd time around. :)
 
Actually last time i took Halotest-25 which is supposedly a little wetter. I think i am going to have much better luck this cycle though.

So what are your goals for the Hella? More recomping like it seems katana has done or are you trying to move into more of a bulk?
 
Hopefully i will just add some LBM on over these next 5 weeks.

I counted my katana and somehow i have 2 days left after today. I guess my count was 34 day cycle, and today is 32. I got a workout coming in a couple hours, and hopfully i will post up pictures tonight or tomorrow night.

Pretty good workout today. Although my workout partner CONTINUES to talk **** on the way to the gym, i CONTINUE to shut him down inside the gym. Katana has given me a huge strength inscrease over the last 5 weeks. We used to be neck and neck, now we don't even really use the same weights.

I will get my pic up tonight because i feel like the Helladrol is going to kick in a lot sooner than i possibly expected. Still glad i have a katana bridge though.

I will try to go into better detail later tonight, but shutdown seems to have been minimal. Of course with out bloods there's no really telling for sure but with my best judgement i have no worries of not performing if you know what i mean.

Generally i've had a sense of fullness, and honestly i think BarbellBeast needs to fix his sig. "Katanadrol is Pure recomposition in a pill". I can't imagine what kind of recomp you would get with katana and N2Slin. :scratchchin:
 
You perfer regular Barbell WGURs?

When i go heavier, it's a little easier on my shoulder. The randomest exercises seem to hurt my shoulder, when other ones don't.

They do wonders to outer delts..
Trick is to hit nipple line and dont pull to your neck, that is where you injure your cuffs..
 
Oddly any weight over 135 on flat bench hurts my shoulder, but i can use dumbbells up to 90lbs and not get too much of a sting in my shoulder. I was reluctant to even try dumbbells in the first place because i figured less stabilization was going to make it worse on me, but oddly enough that's not the case.

Try dumbbell shoulder presses on a stability ball. That can really be hard at first but once you get the hang of it you'll find yourself a lot more methodical in your compound movements.

I'm just going to continue this log, and track my progress from start to finish. When i finish my Helladrol i will post pictures as well.

I guess my goal for the helladrol cycle will be a good 5-10lbs of LBM. Try to keep my calories up with out getting fat like i was before katana. Katana really helped me with repartitioning, i could eat what ever i wanted.

Judging from other logs, 10lbs doesn't seem that hard. MRSupps looks like they make some quality products.
 
When i was cutting at the beginning of the year i did alot of lower weight high rep stuff on the BOSU/Stability balls makes every excercise much more intense. Really helps strengthen your core which we all know how important that is. Sure you look funny but it gets results. I havent touched one of those balls in probably 6-7 months except for seeing how high i can bounce off one lol.

Look forward to the progress, ill be following from here on out and have no doubts youll get there man!

I really had to work hard to get a picture of my back. I don't know how i got the lighting, but my first back picture is pretty damn cut. The ones i was taking today looked like **** compared. I got some serious back pumps flexing my back lol.

About 3 hours of sleep and im not really tired. Not sure how work is gonna go tonight, whether it's a rest day or a workout day for me. Bumping it up to 100mg today though. Also start 5 caps daily of HCGenerate.

Edit* **** it, my back is sore anyways. Squats will be a no bueno. Will wait until tomorrow.
 
Your chest and back are both looking much bigger to me. Just wait till the helladrol kicks in. Im wondering since you ran the katana first if it will kick in faster than normal? Keep up the good work man!
 
Thanks guy, i feel a lot better, and i can't place it but i think im lookin better too.

I'm hoping my 6 day bridge will help the helladrol kick in quicker too, which hopefully will make me have a solid 5-6 week cycle!
