Didn't have a whole lot of energy today. Actually woke up from a 4 hour nap (while i was at work lol) and realized it was time to go to the gym if i was going to go (during work lol). My WO partner was being a fatass and didn't feel like going, i don't know why, first time in months. I guess i can't hold that against him.
Did a semi-unmotivated chest workout unfortunetly. I stayed away from compound movements because my shoulder seems to be getting worse. I hate doing just iso-chest movements, but maybe a couple of weeks won't be bad for me. BW dips is about the only compound i can get away with.
Not much else goin on. Almost done with my katana, and i am definitely looking better in the mirror. Numbers are up, and hopefully continue with my bridge into Helladrol.

In another day or two i will post up Post-Katana pictures, so i will of only been on Katana for about 3 or 4 days. Not long enough to make a visable difference.
Hopefully i will just add some LBM on over these next 5 weeks.
I counted my katana and somehow i have 2 days left after today. I guess my count was 34 day cycle, and today is 32. I got a workout coming in a couple hours, and hopfully i will post up pictures tonight or tomorrow night.
I am in and like I told the other guy, you want some nice lean mass, dose at 100mg all the way through.
Sounds good, i was dosing at 50mg until i was out of katana, but i will take 50mg morning and 50mg pre-workout starting tomorrow.
November 1st i am going to start HCGenerate. 3 caps morning 2 caps night sound right?

When i go heavier, it's a little easier on my shoulder. The randomest exercises seem to hurt my shoulder, when other ones don't.

I do 3 sets of 10 135lbs for WGURs..
They do wonders to outer delts..
Trick is to hit nipple line and dont pull to your neck, that is where you injure your cuffs..
I was just thinking earlier today my delts ****ing suck. I really need to find exercises i can go heavy on. Started taking military press more seriously as of late.
Try dumbbell shoulder presses on a stability ball. That can really be hard at first but once you get the hang of it you'll find yourself a lot more methodical in your compound movements.
