i loop the chain under the top dumbell head, and then twist it 180 degrees, and then secure it between my legs, and pound out reps. So far my best is with a 135
.
don't want plates... I have seen the 45's just "clapping" against each other a couple inches away from my friend's sack, it scared the **** out of him and the thought of using plates has never entered my mind again.
the plates can spin; the dumbell is wide enough to easily secure between your legs.
