Deep enough to fall on my ass lol.. I hate guys that load up the bar with 45lb plates and only squat 4 inches.. Then they come up to me and are like you can only squat 315?! lol

Its been 10 days since then and im not seeing the relief i need to press on to the big 500

OK, so I did triceps and some biceps and I was impressed with myself:

Close grip bench:

DB tricep overhead extension:
20x12
25x10
30x7
35x5- had to have a tad bit of assistance because of shoulders, but triceps pretty much did all the dirty work.


Dips:
BWx12
45x10
55x8
70x6

Rope Pushdown:
80x12
100x8
110x7 drop set to 50lbs

1 arm standing DB preacher curls:
35x8
40x6
45x6
50x5

BB curls:
85x7
95x6
115x3
105x5

Burnout BW dips:
about 30 reps..

Overall, im very happy with my lifts :)

Hell ya man, I love the full arm and shoulder pump I got, and chest gets slightly pumped from the dips. People be starrin at me for grunting and walking around with a dip belt and 70lbs lol..

Heavy is where it is at haha..
 
Rest day tomorrow and possibly Tuesday.

Continued review of I-GH-1 and GHenerate:
-every night is a restful night
-every night I have vivid, realistic dreams
-shoulder problems have gotten way better, I can lift heavy without any problems.
-when fully hard, erections get so hard it can be painful
-Recovery has increased slightly
-Have hit PRs every week, of course im also eating excess cals and lifting heavy

so according to this site...which "stack" will you be utilizing?

and i gotta gym question for you buddy. when I do dips I use a dip belt and the 45lb plates. Do you use dumbbells? and if you do how to you strap it to the dip belt so it doesn't fall out when you get set up on the bars?

I have used both. I like plates better. I can pin my legs on the plates and kep them stable and me balanced through the reps. DBs will fling everywhere lol.. But if you want, just wrap the chain twice around the DB and clip it and your G2G.
