At 21 its 193. But since Im active i would assume it is higher.

If you have a low heart rate it is higher. I should not of said max heart rate but upper recommend range which is 169 for an anverage 21 year old.

Just wanted to let you guys know Im still killing it. I still think Im increasing strength and my weight is holding in the 184-187 killing it.

Just watch your body composition during this time. I would keep the same weight at times but my look would change.

Good just keep a close eye. We get some of our volume on cycle cuz the muscles tend to be very full all the time. It can give you a false impression. It's important keep your nutrition and exercise to an optimum level maintain the same composition.

Just a few pics... Chest day today was feeling real nice so i decided why not.. Kinda pissed i couldnt find the belt to put weights on i think the manager kept it in the office.

One set of 15* bench wide grip just to see if i was burnt out and i was

Now im doing cardio been walking at 3.5 for 12 then i bumped it up too 4 and im about at 15
 
Finished up cardio at ~17 mins for 1 mile pretty easy cardio today gonna play bball tomorrow
